Abstract
【解決手段】 反応器10で、メタノールを触媒存在下で反応させてガソリンを合成し、メタノールのガソリン合成反応により発生する熱を冷却材で冷却し、熱の回収によって冷却材を蒸気化し、この蒸気を用いて高圧タービン30、中圧タービン40、低圧タービン50の一連の蒸気タービンで発電を行う。

Claims (6)
- メタノールからガソリンを製造するとともに発電を行う方法であって、
メタノールを触媒存在下で反応させてガソリンを合成するステップと、
前記メタノールのガソリン合成反応により発生する熱を、冷却材で冷却して熱を回収するステップと、
前記熱の回収によって前記冷却材を蒸気化し、この蒸気を用いて発電を行うステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記冷却材が水であり、前記蒸気が飽和水蒸気であり、前記発電ステップが、この飽和水蒸気を用いて蒸気タービンで発電を行うことを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記発電ステップが、前記蒸気タービンを複数段に設け、前記飽和水蒸気の一部を用いて前段の蒸気タービンで発電するステップと、前記飽和水蒸気の別の一部で、前記前段の蒸気タービンの排気を過熱するステップと、前記過熱した排気を用いて後段の蒸気タービンで発電するステップとを更に含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- メタノールからガソリンを製造するとともに発電を行うシステムであって、
メタノールからガソリンを合成するための触媒をその内部に備えるガソリン製造装置と、
前記メタノールのガソリン合成反応によって発生する熱のために温度上昇をする前記ガソリン製造装置を冷却材で冷却する冷却装置と、
前記ガソリン製造装置の冷却によって生じる前記冷却材の蒸気により発電を行う発電装置と
を備えるシステム。 - 前記冷却材が水であり、前記蒸気が飽和水蒸気であり、前記発電装置が蒸気タービンを更に備える請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記発電装置が、複数段の前記蒸気タービンを備え、前記飽和水蒸気の一部を前段の蒸気タービンに供給するラインと、前記前段の蒸気タービンの排気を後段の蒸気タービンに供給するラインと、前記前段の蒸気タービンの排気を前記飽和水蒸気の別の一部で過熱する過熱装置とを更に備える請求項5に記載のシステム。
