Abstract

Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1個のチャックと、加工片、又は工具のための少なくとも1個のホルダとを具える、工具、又は加工片のためのクランプ装置において、前記ホルダ(19)は上部部片(36)と、この上部部片(36)が着脱自在に連結される管状延長部(24)とを有することを特徴とするクランプ装置。
- 前記ホルダ(19)の前記上部部片(36)を前記管状延長部(24)に着脱自在に連結する構造をバヨネット連結(26)によって構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクランプ装置。
- 前記クランプ装置(1)は内部チャック(2)と、外部チャック(3)と、少なくとも1個のホルダ(19)とを有し、前記内部チャック(2)を前記外部チャック(3)に同心に固着連結したことを特徴とする請求項1、又は2に記載のクランプ装置。
- 前記ホルダ(19)の管状延長部(24)を前記内部チャック(2)にクランプできるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のチャック。
- 前記ホルダ(19)の管状延長部(24)を前記外部チャック(3)にクランプできるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のチャック。
- 前記ホルダ(19)の管状延長部(24)を前記内部チャック(2)及び前記外部チャック(3)のそれぞれにクランプできるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項3記載のチャック。
- 前記内部チャック(2)は軸線方向に延びる連続開口(25)を中心に有することを特徴とする請求項3〜6の何れか1項に記載のチャック。
- 前記内部チャック(2)、及び前記外部チャック(3)の両方はx‐y基準面(8,9)、及びz基準面(10,11)を有し、これ等x‐y基準面、及びz基準面はクランプ動作中、前記ホルダ(19)の対応する手段に協働することを特徴とする請求項3〜7の何れか1項に記載のチャック。
- 前記x−y基準面(8,9)のための前記ホルダ(19)の前記手段は弾性内部舌片対、及び/又は弾性外部舌片対(20,21)として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のチャック。
- 前記ホルダ(19)はz基準面(10,11)として、内部接触面、及び/又は外部接触面(22,23)を有することを特徴とする請求項8、又は9に記載のチャック。
- 前記ホルダ(19)は前記内部チャック、及び/又は前記外部チャック(2,3)にクランプするための管状延長部(24)を有し、前記管状延長部(24)の外径Dは前記連続開口(25)の内径D′の大きさの程度であって、前記内部チャック(2)の外径D″までの大きさであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のチャック。
- 前記内部チャック(2)の前記x‐y基準面はz方向に見て、前記外部チャック(3)の前記x‐y平面の表面と同一高さに配置され得ることを特徴とする請求項8〜10の何れか1項に記載のチャック。
- 前記ホルダ(19)は中心に連続開口(32)を有し、前記連続開口(32)の直径は前記管状延長部(24)の開口の直径の大きさ程度であることを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載のチャック。
