Abstract
【解決手段】複合容器30は、樹脂容器1と、樹脂容器1の外側に装着される紙製の外装材6と、樹脂容器1の第1フランジ部5にヒートシールされる蓋材21とで構成される。樹脂容器1の第1フランジ部5と外装材6の第2フランジ部9とを融着することで、樹脂容器1と外装材6とが固定される。

Claims (4)
- 底面と、該底面から上面の開口部に向かって起立する側面と、前記開口部の周縁に沿って形成される第1フランジ部とを有し、内面及び外面に熱可塑性樹脂層が形成された樹脂容器と、
該樹脂容器の外側に装着され、前記第1フランジ部に重なる第2フランジ部と、前記側面に対向する側板とを有する、内面に熱可塑性樹脂層が形成された紙製の外装材と、
前記第2フランジ部と反対側から前記第1フランジ部の全周に亘ってヒートシールされ前記樹脂容器を密封する蓋材と、で構成され、
前記樹脂容器と前記外装材とが、前記第1フランジ部と前記第2フランジ部の接着のみで固定されていることを特徴とする複合容器。 - 前記外装材は、前記第1フランジ部と前記第2フランジ部の接着によって形状が保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合容器。
- 前記第1フランジ部と前記第2フランジ部は、所定の間隔を隔てたスポットで接着されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の複合容器。
- 前記第1フランジ部と前記第2フランジ部は、超音波シールにより接着されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の複合容器。
