Abstract
Description
2,4−ビス(クロロスルホニル)−6−イソシアナトナフタレン1の製造
ビスクロロスルホニルイソシアネート化合物1から導かれる構造単位を含む微孔質膜の製造
水中に2重量%のピペラジン及び0.1重量%のN,N−ジメチルアミノピリジンを含む水溶液に、実験用の微孔質ポリエーテルスルホン超濾過膜(「支持体」)を室温で1分間浸漬した。支持体を取り出し、残留水滴をぬぐい取ることで、ピペラジン水溶液を含浸させた微孔質ポリエーテルスルホン支持体を得た。他の商業的に入手可能な微孔質限外濾過膜、例えばGE Water社(トレボース、米国ペンシルヴェニア州)から入手できるPシリーズ系列のポリエーテルスルホン限外濾過膜を、支持体として使用することもできる。
実施例2で製造した膜の評価
実施例2で製造した微孔質膜から試験クーポン(5”×3”)を切り出し、直交流型細胞膜試験ベンチに固定した。脱イオン水中に2000ppmのNaClを含む塩溶液を用いて、試験クーポンを800psi及び20℃で1時間処理した。その後、各試験片からの透過液を記録時間にわたって集め、集めた容量を計測し、Oakton Acorn CON6導電率計を用いて透過液の導電率を測定して塩通過率を求めた。圧力、膜面積、記録時間及び透過液容量を含むデータから膜の透過度(A値)を算出した。膜が試験装置内に存在する間に、脱イオン水中に次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(70ppm)を含む水溶液を用いて膜を225psi及び20℃で30分間処理した。次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶液で処理した後、膜を脱イオン水で30分間洗浄し、次いで脱イオン水中に2000ppmのNaClを含む塩溶液を用いて800psi及び20℃で1時間処理した。透過液を記録時間にわたって集め、この時間内での透過液の容量を計測し、前回と同様にして透過液の導電率を測定することで、次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶液で処理した後の膜の塩通過率を求めた。再び膜の透過度(A値)を算出した。
