−メラミン(樹脂A)又はイソシアネート(樹脂B)で架橋された熱硬化性アクリル樹脂の形態のバインダー;
−固形含有量に対して40〜70重量%の含有量を有する無機材料(顔料及び充填剤)
が含まれていた。
Claims (19)
- 少なくとも2つのガラス板(1、4)、及びポリビニルブチラールから形成されており、かつ前記ガラス板(1、4)を結合している少なくとも1つのポリマー中間層(2)を含み、ラッカー塗料の少なくとも1つの膜(3)が、前記少なくとも2つのガラス板(1、4)間に設置されていることを特徴とする積層化粧部材。
- ラッカー塗料の膜(3)又はラッカー塗料の各膜(3)が、ポリマー中間層(2)又は各ポリマー中間層(2)と接触している、請求項1に記載の化粧部材。
- ラッカー塗料の膜が不透明であり、ポリマー中間層が透明である、請求項1又は2に記載の化粧部材。
- 2つのガラス板(1、4)、第一のガラス板(1)上に堆積されたラッカー塗料の膜(3)、及び前記ラッカー塗料の膜(3)と接触しており、かつ前記第一のガラス板(1)と第二のガラス板(4)の間に結合を与えるポリマー中間層(2)から成る、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材。
- ラッカー塗料の膜(3)が、少なくともその表面上に、ヒドロキシル及び/又はカルボニル官能基と化学的に反応できる官能基を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材。
- ラッカー塗料において、ATR赤外線分光学法を用いる測定によると、アルキル又はアルカン基に関する吸収帯の面積に対するヒドロキシル基に関する吸収帯の面積の比が、0.4以上、特に0.5又は0.6である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材。
- ラッカー塗料の膜(3)が、10〜90μm、特に45〜70μmの粗さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材。
- ラッカー塗料の膜(3)が、30〜70N/mm2、特に32〜50N/mm2の表面張力を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材。
- ラッカー塗料(3)が、アクリル樹脂系バインダーを含み、特に、前記ラッカー塗料がメラミン及び/又はイソシアネートによって架橋されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材。
- ラッカー塗料(3)が、10−6未満、特に10−8未満、さらには10−13cm3・cm・cm−2・s−1・Pa−1未満の透水性を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材。
- 接着促進剤、特にシラン系促進剤が、ラッカー塗料の膜(3)とガラス板(1)の間及び/若しくはラッカー塗料の膜(3)とポリマー中間層(2)の間に設置された膜の形態で、並びに/又はラッカー塗料(3)に分散されて存在する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材。
- 反射膜(5)、特に銀鏡膜、及び/又はスクリーン印刷若しくはインクジェット印刷された装飾(5)が、ラッカー塗料の膜(3)とガラス板(1)の間に設置されており、所望により、前記反射膜及び/又は装飾が、接着促進剤の膜でコーティングされている、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材。
- ラッカー塗料の膜(3)が、40〜70%の含有量で、紫外線照射に耐性のある顔料及び/又は無機充填剤を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材。
- ガラス板又は各ガラス板(1、4)が、それらの面の少なくとも1つの上に、ロール処理及び/若しくは酸艶消し及び/若しくはサンドブラスト及び/若しくはエッチングにより得られる向上した外観を有するか、又はガラス板若しくは各ガラス板(1、4)の全外面が、塩酸又はサンドブラストにより艶消しされている、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材。
- ガラス板又は各ガラス板(1、4)が、それらの面の少なくとも1つの上で、好ましくはその外面上で、光学及び/又は滑り止め及び/又は表面特性、特に汚染防止性、抗菌性、自己洗浄性、疎水性、曇り止め性、耐擦傷性及び耐磨耗性を与えている少なくとも1つの機能層を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材。
- 発光ダイオードが、ポリマー中間層(2)と少なくとも1つのガラス板(1、4)の間に設置されている、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材。
- ラッカー塗料の膜(3)でコーティングされた少なくとも1つのガラス板(1)と少なくとも1つの他のガラス板(4)の間に少なくとも1つのポリマー中間層(2)を設置する工程、及び
次に前記ガラス板(1、4)を結合するために、前記集成体を熱圧着処理に供する工程
を含む、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材を得る方法。 - 熱圧着処理前に、ラッカー塗料の膜(3)が、プラズマの処理、特にコロナ放電処理に供される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の化粧部材が組み込まれている、パーティション、ドア、家具化粧材、天井、手すり、照明器具カバー、壁紙又は階段のステップ。
