Abstract
本发明属于木饰面板材领域,涉及一种透明基材木饰面板材。它解决了现有技术中玻璃板材与木质产品统一性差的技术问题。它包括透明基材,所述的透明基材两侧分别设置有木皮饰面,所述的木皮饰面与透明基材之间设置有粘合层且木皮饰面和透明基材通过粘合层粘合连接,所述的透明基材靠近粘合层的侧面设置有增强粘合力的粘合孔层。与现有的技术相比,本发明具有与木质产品统一性好,木皮饰面粘合度强的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于木饰面板材技术领域,尤其是涉及一种透明基材木饰面板材。
背景技术
在柜体中,为了达到晶莹剔透的视觉效果,通常采用玻璃隔板来营造晶莹剔透的视觉效果,并利用玻璃隔板的通透属性,增强视觉效果,尤其是在展示柜的应用中,透光的玻璃板材在灯光作用下,大大增强了展示效果。但是,在实木或木饰面的柜体中,安装透明玻璃隔板,与柜体整体效果不统一,影响柜子视觉统一性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种透明基材木饰面板材。
本发明的另一个目的是针对上述问题,提供一种透明基材木饰面板材及其制造方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:本透明基材木饰面板材,包括透明基材,所述的透明基材两侧分别设置有木皮饰面,所述的木皮饰面与透明基材之间设置有粘合层且木皮饰面和透明基材通过粘合层粘合连接,所述的透明基材靠近粘合层的侧面设置有增强粘合力的粘合孔层。
在上述的透明基材木饰面板材中,所述的粘合孔层与透明基材一体成型,所述的粘合孔层包括密集分布在透明基材表面的孔洞。
在上述的透明基材木饰面板材中,粘合层包括第一胶层,所述的第一胶层涂覆在粘合孔层上且第一胶层靠近粘合孔层的一侧设置有粘结凸粒,所述的粘结凸粒填充在孔洞中与粘合孔层连接。
在上述的透明基材木饰面板材中,粘合层还包括第二胶层,所述的第二胶层与第一胶层之间设置有镀银层,所述的镀银层上设置有连通槽,所述的第一胶层与第二胶层透过连通槽粘合连接。
在上述的透明基材木饰面板材中,孔洞底部设置有银层,所述的第一胶层填充入孔洞后将银层压设在孔洞中。
在上述的透明基材木饰面板材中,所述的第二胶层远离第一胶层的一面与木皮饰面粘合连接。
在上述的透明基材木饰面板材中,所述的木皮饰面远离粘合层的一侧依次设置有水灰层和油漆层。
本制作上述透明基材木饰面板材的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤A:在透明基材表面成形粘合孔层,利用高压水流混合金刚砂冲击透明基材表面形成密集分布的孔洞;
步骤B:涂覆第一胶层,在完成粘合孔层后,热风烘干透明基材表面,涂覆第一胶层;
步骤C:涂覆第二胶层,在第一胶层经热风干燥干透后经砂纸打磨,涂覆第二胶层;
步骤D:贴附木皮饰面,第二胶层涂覆完成后立即将木皮饰面贴附在第二胶层上,并自然晾干。
在上述的制作方法中,在步骤A中,在孔洞中溅射银离子形成银层,利用砂纸打磨透明基材表面,去除孔洞外银层。
在上述的制作方法中,在步骤B中,第一胶层涂覆完成后,在第一胶层上覆盖成槽网格,在网眼中溅射银离子成形具有连通槽的镀银层,去除成槽网格后进行步骤C。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1.灯光可以通过透明基材的折射,保持板材的透光性,实现晶莹剔透的视觉效果。
2.透明基材表面设置木皮饰面,在使用过程中,与整体相适应,保证统一性。
3.透明基材上设置有孔洞,增强木皮饰面与透明基材的粘合强度,防止在使用过程中,木皮饰面脱离透明基材。
4.孔洞中设置银层,将照射光多次反射,增强透明基材通透效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-2所示,本透明基材木饰面板材,包括透明基材1,透明基材1两侧分别设置有木皮饰面2,所述的木皮饰面2与透明基材1之间设置有粘合层3且木皮饰面2和透明基材1通过粘合层3粘合连接,灯光可以通过透明基材1的折射,保持板材的透光性,实现晶莹剔透的视觉效果。透明基材1表面设置木皮饰面2,在使用过程中,与整体相适应,保证统一性。进一步,透明基材1靠近粘合层3的侧面设置有增强粘合力的粘合孔层4,增强木皮饰面2与透明基材1的粘合强度,防止在使用过程中,木皮饰面2脱离透明基材1。
在本实施例中,优选透明基材1为普通无机玻璃板,更优选地,透明基材1为钢化玻璃板,本领域技术人员可以通过本实施例得到技术启示,透明基材1也可以是亚克力等透明材料。
优选地,粘合孔层4与透明基材1一体成型,所述的粘合孔层4包括密集分布在透明基材1表面的孔洞5,在透明基材1表面成形粘合孔层4,利用高压水流混合金刚砂冲击透明基材1表面形成密集分布的孔洞5。粘合层3填充到孔洞5中,增大粘合层3与粘合孔层2的粘合面积,增强粘合强度。在透明基材1在利用高压水流混合金刚砂冲击透明基材1表面形成密集分布的孔洞5。也可以通过100-150目的砂纸进行打磨,易产生粘合孔层4。
更进一步,粘合层3包括第一胶层6,在完成粘合孔层4后,热风烘干透明基材1表面,涂覆第一胶层6,防止水分稀释第一胶层6降低粘合效果,延长干透时间。所述的第一胶层6涂覆在粘合孔层4上且第一胶层6靠近粘合孔层4的一侧设置有粘结凸粒7,所述的粘结凸粒7填充在孔洞5中与粘合孔层连接。粘结凸粒7与孔洞4形成立体连接方式,孔洞4包覆粘结凸粒7防止第一胶层6与透明基材1脱离。相交于光滑的透明基材1表面具有更大的粘合力。当光线穿过透明基材1,余光从木皮饰面2中透出,以达到木板自发光的视觉效果。
优选地,粘合层3还包括第二胶层8,涂覆第二胶层8,在第一胶层6经热风干燥干透后经砂纸打磨,涂覆第二胶层8,更利于第一胶层6与第二胶层8粘结,同时防止第一胶层6表面不平整,影响第二胶层8与木皮饰面2粘接。
所述的第二胶层8与第一胶层6之间设置有镀银层9,当光照透过第一胶层6后,通过镀银层9的反射,回归到透明基材1中,减少光线衰退使得透明基材1更为透亮。所述的镀银层9上设置有连通槽10,所述的第一胶层6与第二胶层8透过连通槽10粘合连接。第一胶层6与第二胶层8直接粘结,以增强粘结效果。第一胶层6涂覆完成后,在第一胶层6上覆盖成槽网格,在网眼中溅射银离子成形具有连通槽10的镀银层9,去除成槽网格后进行第二胶层8涂覆。
孔洞5底部设置有银层11,所述的第一胶层6填充入孔洞5后将银层压设在孔洞5中。进一步增强透明基材1的透光感。在孔洞5中溅射银离子形成银层11,利用砂纸打磨透明基材表面,去除孔洞5外银层。
第二胶层8远离第一胶层6的一面与木皮饰面2粘合连接。木皮饰面2远离粘合层3的一侧依次设置有水灰层12和油漆层13。木皮饰面2远离粘合层3的一侧依次设置有水灰层12和油漆层13。水灰层12增强了木皮饰面2对于油漆层13的附着力,防止掉漆。贴附木皮饰面2,第二胶层8涂覆完成后在第二胶层8干透前,将木皮饰面2贴附在第二胶层8上,并自然晾干,再依次涂刷水灰和油漆。

Claims (10)
1.一种透明基材木饰面板材,包括透明基材(1),其特征在于,所述的透明基材(1)两侧分别设置有木皮饰面(2),所述的木皮饰面(2)与透明基材(1)之间设置有粘合层(3)且木皮饰面(2)和透明基材(1)通过粘合层(3)粘合连接,所述的透明基材(1)靠近粘合层(3)的侧面设置有增强粘合力的粘合孔层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明基材木饰面板材,其特征在于,所述的粘合孔层(4)与透明基材(1)一体成型,所述的粘合孔层(4)包括密集分布在透明基材(1)表面的孔洞(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的透明基材木饰面板材,其特征在于,所述的粘合层(3)包括第一胶层(6),所述的第一胶层(6)涂覆在粘合孔层(4)上且第一胶层(6)靠近粘合孔层(4)的一侧设置有粘结凸粒(7),所述的粘结凸粒(7)填充在孔洞(5)中与粘合孔层连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的透明基材木饰面板材,其特征在于,所述的粘合层(3)还包括第二胶层(8),所述的第二胶层(8)涂覆在第一胶层(6)上。
5.根据权利要求3所述的透明基材木饰面板材,其特征在于,所述的孔洞(5)底部设置有银层(11),所述的第一胶层(6)填充入孔洞(5)后将银层(11)压设在孔洞(5)中,第一胶层(6)之间设置有镀银层(9),所述的镀银层(9)上设置有连通槽(10),所述的第一胶层(6)与第二胶层(8)透过连通槽(10)粘合连接。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的透明基材木饰面板材,其特征在于,所述的第二胶层(8)远离第一胶层(6)的一面与木皮饰面(2)粘合连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的透明基材木饰面板材,其特征在于,所述的木皮饰面(2)远离粘合层(3)的一侧依次设置有水灰层(12)和油漆层(13)。
8.一种制作上述透明基材木饰面板材的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤A:在透明基材(1)表面成形粘合孔层(4),利用高压水流混合金刚砂冲击透明基材(1)表面形成密集分布的孔洞(5);
步骤B:涂覆第一胶层,在完成粘合孔层(4)后,热风烘干透明基材(1)表面,涂覆第一胶层;
步骤C:涂覆第二胶层(8),在第一胶层(6)经热风干燥干透后经砂纸打磨,涂覆第二胶层(8);
步骤D:贴附木皮饰面(2),第二胶层(8)涂覆完成后立即将木皮饰面(2)贴附在第二胶层(8)上,并自然晾干,再依次涂刷水灰和油漆。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤A中,在孔洞(5)中溅射银离子形成银层(11),利用砂纸打磨透明基材表面,去除孔洞(5)外银层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤B中,第一胶层(6)涂覆完成后,在第一胶层(6)上覆盖成槽网格,在网眼中溅射银离子成形具有连通槽(10)的镀银层(9),去除成槽网格后进行步骤C。
