Claims (5)
- 内側エンベロープ面に設けられた外周溝(3)を備えた外側レースリング(1)と、
外周溝(5)を有する外側エンベロープ面と、テーパ状鋸歯プロファイル(6)を有する前記内側エンベロープ面と、を備えた内側レースリング(4)と、
薄壁スリーブ(7)と、
フランジ部材(10)と、を組み合わせ、
前記テーパ状鋸歯プロファイル(6)は前記内側レースリングの軸方向に延在し、
前記薄壁スリーブ(7)には軸方向に延在したスロット(8)を利用してスロットが形成されており、且つ前記外側エンベロープ面上にテーパ状の鋸歯プロファイル(9)を備え、前記内側レースリング(4)と前記薄壁スリーブ(7)とが軸方向において互いに対して移動する場合、前記鋸歯プロファイル(9)は、シャフトに対する前記薄壁スリーブのグリップを増減するための前記内側レースリング(4)の前記内側エンベロープ面上の前記鋸歯プロファイル(6)と協働し、
前記フランジ部材(10)は、前記薄壁スリーブ(7)の外側に接続され且つ前記薄壁スリーブ(7)と前記内側レースリング(4)との間の相互移動を生じさせるために操作可能な締め付け部材(11)が設けられ、
前記外側および内側レースリング(1,4)の外周溝(3,5)は、該外周溝の間に配置された複数の回転体(12)のためのレーストラックを共に形成するように、互いに対して配置されたベアリングユニットにおいて、
前記テーパ状の鋸歯プロファイル(6)を形成した前記内側レースリング(4)の面は、旋削加工に続いて硬化処理することによって形成された面であることを特徴とするベアリングユニット。 - 前記外側レースリング(1)は球状に湾曲した外側エンベロープ面(2)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベアリングユニット。
- 前記薄壁スリーブ(7)に面した前記内側レースリング(4)の表面層は硬化した表面層であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のベアリングユニット。
- 外側レースリング(1)と、
テーパ状鋸歯プロファイル(6)を有する前記内側エンベロープ面を備えた内側レースリング(4)と、
薄壁スリーブ(7)と、
フランジ部材(10)と、を組み合わせ、
前記テーパ状鋸歯プロファイル(6)は前記内側レースリングの軸方向に延在し、
前記薄壁スリーブ(7)には軸方向に延在したスロット(8)を利用してスロットが形成されており、且つ前記外側エンベロープ面上にテーパ状の鋸歯プロファイル(9)を備え、該鋸歯プロファイル(9)は前記内側レースリング(4)の前記内側エンベロープ面内の前記鋸歯プロファイル(6)と協働し、
前記フランジ部材(10)は、前記スリーブ(7)の外側に接続され且つ前記薄壁スリーブ(7)と前記内側レースリング(4)との間の相互移動を生じさせるために操作可能な締め付け部材(11)が設けられたベアリングユニットを製造するための方法において、
前記テーパ状の鋸歯プロファイル(6)を形成した前記内側レースリング(4)の面は、柔らかい旋削によって形成され、少なくとも前記スリーブ(7)に面した表面層のどこであっても硬化処理されることを特徴とする方法。 - 柔らかい旋削加工された前記内側レースリング(4)の表面層は、高周波焼入れ処理されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
