Abstract
【解決手段】本願の製造方法は、自動車用スタビライザを製造する方法であって、スタビライザを通電加熱する通電加熱工程(S10)と、通電加熱されたスタビライザの表面に塗装する塗装工程(S12)を有している。通電加熱工程では、スタビライザの基準表面温度の上昇速度が10〜30℃/秒の範囲となるように通電加熱される。

Claims (4)
- 屈曲部を有する自動車用スタビライザを製造する方法であって、
スタビライザを通電加熱する通電加熱工程と、
通電加熱されたスタビライザの表面に塗装する塗装工程と、を有しており、
通電加熱工程では、スタビライザの基準表面温度の上昇速度が10〜30℃/秒の範囲となるように通電加熱されることを特徴とする自動車用スタビライザの製造方法。 - 通電加熱工程は、スタビライザの基準表面温度が所定温度となるまで上昇させる第1ステップと、基準表面温度が所定温度まで上昇したスタビライザを所定温度で維持する第2ステップとを有しており、第2ステップの時間が10秒以下とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用スタビライザの製造方法。
- スタビライザが中空断面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自動車用スタビライザの製造方法。
- 通電加熱工程が、スタビライザの屈曲部の内側を冷却しながら行われることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動車用スタビライザの製造方法。
