表1のゴム配合の厚さ4mmのゴムシートの上に、PET心線を25mm幅に並べ、プレス板で2.0MPaの圧力をかけ、163°Cで30分間加硫することによって、剥離試験用の試料を作製した。そして、この試料を120℃で5日熱老化した後、120℃の雰囲気温度でJIS K6256に準じて平剥離力を測定した。
表1のゴム配合の厚さ4mmのゴムシートにプレス板で2.0MPaの圧力をかけ、163°Cで30分間加硫した。この加硫ゴムについて、JIS K6253に従って硬度(JIS−A)を測定した。
駆動プーリ(直径120mm)、アイドラープーリ(直径85mm)、従動プーリ(直径120mm)、テンションプーリ(直径45mm)を順に配置して構成した走行試験機を用いた。そして、試験機の各プーリにVリブドベルトを掛架し、Vリブドベルトのテンションプーリへの巻き付け角度を90°、アイドラープーリへの巻き付け角度を120°にして、雰囲気温度120°C、駆動プーリの回転数4900rpm、ベルト張力55kgf/3リブ、75kgf/3リブの試験条件で駆動プーリに荷重を付与し、従動プーリに負荷12PSを与えてVリブドベルトを走行させる耐熱耐久試験を行なった。試験は、走行400時間を打ち切りとし、心線に達する亀裂が6個発生するまでの時間を調べた。

Claims (5)
- ベルト長手方向に沿って心線を埋設した心線支持層と、心線支持層に積層される圧縮層とを備えた摩擦伝動ベルトにおいて、心線支持層が、エチレン・α−オレフィンエラストマー100質量部に対して、アミン系老化防止剤を0.7〜2.0質量部、加硫促進剤として、スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤と、チウラム系加硫促進剤と、チアゾール系加硫促進剤をそれぞれ0.5〜1.0質量部含有するゴム組成物を硫黄加硫して形成されたものであることを特徴とする摩擦伝動ベルト。
- 上記ゴム組成物には、エチレン・α−オレフィンエラストマー100質量部に対して、カーボンブラックを30〜70質量部、シリカを10〜50質量部含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摩擦伝動ベルト。
- 上記心線支持層は、硬度(JIS−A)が70〜85であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の摩擦伝動ベルト。
- 上記圧縮層が、エチレン・α−オレフィンエラストマーを含有するゴム組成物からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の摩擦伝動ベルト。
- Vリブドベルトであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の摩擦伝動ベルト。
