Abstract
【解決手段】車両の電源システムは、補機バッテリ180と、充電が可能な蓄電装置110と、外部電源260から供給される交流電力を用いて蓄電装置110を充電する充電装置200とを備える。充電装置200は、外部電源260から供給される交流電力を用いて、充電装置200の制御用の電源電圧を生成する制御電源部210と、AC/DCコンバータ230と、AC/DCコンバータ230を制御するための第1の制御装置220とを含む。そして、第1の制御装置220は、外部充電時に、補機バッテリ180の充電状態に応じて、制御電源部210により生成された制御用の電源電圧を用いて補機バッテリ180を充電する。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に従う電源システムを搭載した車両100の全体ブロック図である。
図2を参照して、PCU120は、コンバータ121と、インバータ122と、コンデンサC1,C2とを含む。
図3を参照して、制御電源部210は、外部電源260からの交流電圧を降圧するための変圧器TR1と、降圧された交流電圧を整流するためのダイオードブリッジ211と、整流された直流電圧を平滑化するためのコンデンサC10とを含む。
また、充電ECU220は、補機バッテリ180に含まれるセンサ(図示せず)から、補機バッテリ180の電圧VB2および電流IB2の検出値を受ける。充電ECU220は、電圧VB2および電流IB2に基づいて、補機バッテリ180のSOCを演算する。そして、充電ECU220は、得られたSOCに基づいて、制御信号SE3,SE4を出力することによって、スイッチ160,280の開閉を制御する。
図5を参照して、AC/DCコンバータ230は、ブリッジ回路231と、ゲート回路232と、コンデンサC30とを含む。
実施の形態2においては、充電ECU220は、補機バッテリ180のSOCがしきい値αより小さい場合には、補機バッテリ180の充電を優先的に実行するとともに、補機バッテリ180の充電の完了後は、引き続いてメインバッテリである蓄電装置110の充電を実行する。
Claims (7)
- 補機に電力を供給するための補機バッテリと、
充電が可能な蓄電装置と、
外部電源から供給される交流電力を用いて前記蓄電装置を充電する外部充電が可能に構成された充電装置とを備え、
前記充電装置は、
前記外部電源から供給される交流電力を用いて、前記充電装置の制御用の電源電圧を生成するように構成された制御電源部と、
前記制御電源部から供給される制御用の電源電圧を受け、前記外部電源から供給される交流電力を前記蓄電装置を充電するための直流電力に変換するように構成されたAC/DCコンバータと、
前記制御電源部から供給される制御用の電源電圧を受け、前記AC/DCコンバータを制御するための第1の制御装置とを含み、
前記第1の制御装置は、前記外部充電時に、前記補機バッテリの充電状態に応じて、前記制御電源部により生成された制御用の電源電圧を用いて前記補機バッテリを充電する、車両の電源システム。 - 前記第1の制御装置は、前記補機バッテリの充電状態が予め定められた基準値よりも低下した場合に、前記補機バッテリを充電する、請求項1に記載の車両の電源システム。
- 前記制御電源部と前記補機バッテリとを結ぶ経路に介挿された第1の開閉器をさらに備え、
前記第1の制御装置は、前記蓄電装置を充電する場合は前記第1の開閉器を開放し、前記補機バッテリを充電する場合は前記第1の開閉器を閉成する、請求項1または2に記載の車両の電源システム。 - 前記第1の制御装置は、前記補機バッテリを充電する場合には、前記蓄電装置の充電を停止するとともに、前記AC/DCコンバータへの制御用の電源電圧の供給を停止する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両の電源システム。
- 前記充電装置は、
前記制御電源部と前記AC/DCコンバータとを結ぶ経路に介挿された第2の開閉器をさらに含み、
前記第1の制御装置は、前記補機バッテリを充電する場合は前記第2の開閉器を開放する、請求項4に記載の車両の電源システム。 - 前記蓄電装置から供給される直流電圧を、前記補機バッテリを充電するための直流電圧に降圧するように構成されたDC/DCコンバータと、
前記外部充電時に、前記DC/DCコンバータを停止させるように、前記DC/DCコンバータを制御するための第2の制御装置とをさらに備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の車両の電源システム。 - 前記第1の制御装置は、前記補機バッテリの電圧および電流の検出値の少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記補機バッテリの充電状態を検出する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の車両の電源システム。
