Claims (25)
- 組成物中から炭素系物質を実質的に除去する方法であって、
炭素系物質を含む組成物を用意するステップと、
前記炭素系物質を硫黄化合物と反応させるステップと、
硫酸、亜硫酸、および二酸化硫黄のうちの少なくとも1つと、炭素含有化合物を含む生成物を生成するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記炭素系物質が二酸化炭素を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硫黄化合物が硫化水素を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記生成物が、炭素、炭素−硫黄ポリマー、硫酸、亜硫酸、二酸化硫黄、水、亜硫酸塩および硫酸塩のうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記生成物が、炭素および炭素−硫黄ポリマーの少なくとも1つを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 酸化物および水酸化物の少なくとも1つを用意するステップをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記反応ステップが、約大気圧から大気圧を超える圧力を有する反応器に、前記組成物を供給することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記反応ステップが、酸素を含まない雰囲気を有する反応器を準備することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記反応ステップが、
前記炭素系物質および前記硫黄化合物を、内容物として、酸素を含まない雰囲気の反応器に注入し、
前記内容物の励起および触媒の少なくとも1つによって反応速度を加速することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記反応ステップが、二酸化炭素と硫化水素をモル体積の比率で約2:1から3:2の範囲で供給することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記反応ステップが、過剰な量の二酸化炭素を供給することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物から前記生成物を分離することをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 約室温から1,000℃の温度を有する反応器を準備することをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記炭素系物質が二酸化炭素を含み、前記硫黄化合物が硫化水素を含み、前記生成物が、元素炭素、水、炭素−硫黄ポリマー、亜硫酸、硫酸、および二酸化硫黄のうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記炭素系物質が前記組成物から完全に除去される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記炭素系物質の少なくとも95%が前記組成物から除去される請求項1に記載の方法。

- 炭素系物質を実質的に含まない組成物であって、
炭素系物質2モル体積と硫黄化合物1モル体積の比率で、炭素系物質と硫黄化合物を有する化学組成物を用意し、
前記炭素系物質を前記硫黄化合物と接触させる
ことを含む方法によって、前記炭素系物質が除去された組成物。 - 前記炭素系物質が二酸化炭素を含む請求項18に記載の組成物。
- 前記硫黄化合物が硫化水素を含む請求項18に記載の組成物。
- 前記方法が、炭素、水、炭素−硫黄ポリマー、硫酸、亜硫酸、および二酸化硫黄のうちの少なくとも1つの生成物を生成することをさらに含む請求項18に記載の組成物。
- 組成物から炭素系物質を実質的に除去するシステムであって、
炭素系物質を含む組成物および硫黄化合物を、炭素系物質モル体積と硫黄化合物モル体積の比率が約2:1から3:2の範囲で収容し、前記炭素系物質を実質的に含まない生成物を生成する反応器を備えたシステム。 - 前記炭素系物質が二酸化炭素を含む請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 前記硫黄化合物が硫化水素を含む請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 前記生成物が、炭素、水、炭素−硫黄ポリマー、硫酸、亜硫酸、および二酸化硫黄のうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項22に記載のシステム。
