Abstract
Description
水蒸気透過性試験
2種の靴底を試験して、水蒸気透過性の点から靴底の通気性を求めた。それぞれの底を低密度PVA(すなわち、密度約0.2g/cm3を有する)で形成した。試験底1は、PVA溶融物の押出しまたは成形によって形成されたものなど、連続PVA底であった。試験底2は、本明細書に記載の粒状PVAおよび結合剤材料から形成された本発明による底であった。各試験底を、BS EN ISO 20344に従って評価して、サンプルの水蒸気透過性を求めた。
曲げ疲労試験
本発明による2種の靴底を、Beta Belt Flex試験を用いて曲げ疲労に関して試験した。それぞれの底を本明細書に記載のEVA細粒および結合剤で形成した。試験底はさらに前足部にTPUシートインサートを含んだ。結合粒子の完全性が損なわれるのを避けるために、試験底を溶媒による最低限の洗浄に供した。試験底1および試験底2はそれぞれ、50000サイクルを完了した後、限定された破壊のみを示した。完全な破壊は示されなかった。
Claims (58)
- 外部摩耗面を含む靴であって、粒状材料と結合剤材料とを含む組成物で形成された外部摩耗面の少なくとも一部を有する、靴。
- 前記粒状材料が、再生材料を含む、請求項1に記載の靴。
- 前記粒状材料が、約0.1mm〜約15mmの平均粒度を有する、請求項1に記載の靴。
- 前記粒状材料が、約0.5mm〜約10mmの平均粒度を有する、請求項1に記載の靴。
- 前記組成物の全体積に対して約1体積%〜約30体積%の結合剤材料を含む、請求項1に記載の靴。
- 前記組成物の全体積に対して約10体積%〜約25体積%の結合剤材料を含む、請求項1に記載の靴。
- 前記組成物中の結合剤と細粒の体積比が、約0.05〜約0.5である、請求項1に記載の靴。
- 前記組成物中の結合剤と細粒の体積比が、約0.1〜約0.4である、請求項1に記載の靴。
- 前記粒状再生材料の個々の細粒が、前記外部摩耗面において視覚的に識別できる、請求項1に記載の靴。
- 前記組成物で形成された前記外部摩耗面の一部が、多孔性組織を有する、請求項1に記載の靴。
- 前記外部摩耗面が、靴の甲の少なくとも一部を含む、請求項1に記載の靴。
- 前記外部摩耗面が、靴底を含む、請求項1に記載の靴。
- 前記外部摩耗面がさらに、靴の甲の少なくとも一部を含む、請求項12に記載の靴。
- 前記靴底が、BS EN ISO 20344に従って試験されたとき、少なくとも約10mg/cm2・hの水蒸気透過性を有する、請求項12に記載の靴。
- 前記靴底が、Beta Belt Flex試験に50000サイクル後に合格するような曲げ疲労を前記靴底が示す、請求項12に記載の靴。
- 前記靴底が、前記靴底内に抗ひび割れインサートを含む、請求項12に記載の靴。
- 前記抗ひび割れインサートが、熱可塑性ポリウレタン材料を含む、請求項16に記載の靴。
- 前記靴底がアウトソールおよびミッドソールを含み、前記抗ひび割れインサートが前記アウトソールと前記ミッドソールとの界面に配置されている、請求項16に記載の靴。
- 前記靴底が、
前記外部摩耗面を形成し、第1粒状材料および第1結合剤材料を含むアウトソールと、
第2粒状材料および第2結合剤材料を含むミッドソールと
を含む、請求項12に記載の靴。 - 前記第1粒状材料と前記第2粒状材料の少なくとも1つが、再生材料を含む、請求項19に記載の靴。
- 前記ミッドソールを形成する前記粒状材料が、前記アウトソールを形成する前記粒状材料と異なる材料である、請求項19に記載の靴。
- 前記第1結合剤材料が、前記第2結合剤材料と異なる、請求項19に記載の靴。
- 前記ミッドソールを形成する前記粒状材料が、前記アウトソールを形成する前記粒状材料の粒度と異なる粒度を有する、請求項19に記載の靴。
- 前記ミッドソールとアウトソールが、前記第1結合剤材料、前記第2結合剤材料、または前記第1および第2結合剤材料の両方で互いに結合されている、請求項19に記載の靴。
- 前記アウトソールを形成する前記粒状材料が、タイヤゴムを含む、請求項19に記載の靴。
- 前記ミッドソールを形成する前記粒状材料が、エチレン酢酸ビニルを含む、請求項19に記載の靴。
- 前記第1結合剤材料と、前記第2結合剤材料とが、ポリウレタン、ラテックス、シリコーン、熱可塑性材料、水性結合剤組成物、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群からそれぞれ独立して選択される、請求項19に記載の靴。
- 前記靴底が、前記ミッドソールとアウトソールとの一方または両方にインサートを含む、請求項19に記載の靴。
- 前記インサートが、固体構造体、気体充填空洞部、液体充填空洞部、ゲル、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項28に記載の靴。
- 前記結合剤材料が前記個々の細粒を少なくとも実質的に被覆するように、粒状材料を結合剤材料と合わせるステップと、
前記合わせた粒状材料と結合剤材料とを成形して、前記靴の少なくとも一部を形成するステップと
を含む、靴を調製する方法。 - 前記粒状材料が、再生材料を含む、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記合わせた材料を硬化させるステップをさらに含む、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記粒状材料が、粒状タイヤゴムを含む、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記粒状材料が、エチレン酢酸ビニルを含む、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記粒状材料が、約0.1mm〜約15mmの粒度を有する、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記粒状材料が、約0.5mm〜約10mmの粒度を有する、請求項30に記載の方法。

- 前記結合剤材料と前記粒状材料の体積比が、約0.1〜約0.3である、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記成形ステップが、前記合わせた材料を金型内または金型上に配置するステップを含む、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記金型が、非湿潤性材料で形成される、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記非湿潤性材料が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記成形ステップが、靴底を形成するステップを含む、請求項30に記載の方法。

前記結合剤材料が第2粒状材料の前記個々の細粒を少なくとも実質的に被覆するように、前記第2粒状材料を第2結合剤材料と合わせるステップと、
前記合わせた第2粒状材料と第2結合剤材料を成形して、第2領域を形成するステップと
を含む、請求項30に記載の方法。 - 前記第1粒状材料と前記第2粒状材料との少なくとも1つが、再生材料を含む、請求項46に記載の方法。
- 前記第1領域が、ミッドソールを含み、前記第2領域が、外部摩耗面を形成するアウトソールを含む、請求項46に記載の方法。
- 前記第1粒状材料と第2粒状材料とが同じであるか、または前記第1結合剤材料と第2結合剤材料とが同じである、請求項46に記載の方法。
- 結合剤の細粒に対する体積比が約0.05〜約0.4で、結合剤および粒状材料を含む製造物品。
- 前記粒状材料の少なくとも一部が、再生材料を含む、請求項50に記載の物品。
- 別個の特性を示す複数の別個の領域を含む製造物品であって、前記物品が、
第1粒状材料と前記第1結合剤材料とを含む第1領域であって、細粒が第1結合剤材料で互いに結合されている、第1領域と、
第2粒状材料と前記第2結合剤材料とを含む第2領域であって、細粒が第2結合剤材料で互いに結合されている、第2領域と
を含む物品。 - 前記第1粒状材料および前記第2粒状材料の少なくとも1つが、再生材料を含む、請求項52に記載の物品。
- 各粒状材料が、約0.1mm〜約15mmの範囲の粒度を有する、請求項52に記載の物品。
- 前記第1領域を形成する前記粒状材料が、前記第2領域を形成する前記粒状材料と異なる材料である、請求項52に記載の物品。
