Claims (5)
- ピエゾ圧電式アクチュエータ部材を包囲しているアクチュエータハウジングを備えたアクチュエータユニットであって、
前記アクチュエータハウジングおよびピエゾ圧電式アクチュエータ部材は、相応する異なる熱膨張係数を有する異なる材料から製造されている形式のものにおいて、
前記アクチュエータハウジングに固定部材が配置されており、当該固定部材の材料はそれぞれアクチュエータハウジングの材料およびピエゾ圧電式アクチュエータ部材の材料とは、熱膨張係数に関して異なっており、
前記アクチュエータハウジングおよび固定部材の材料は、材料のうちの1つが、ピエゾ圧電式アクチュエータ部材の熱膨張係数よりも大きい熱膨張係数を有しており、他方の材料が、ピエゾ圧電式アクチュエータ部材の熱膨張係数よりも小さい熱膨張係数を有しているように選択され、前記固定部材は、アクチュエータハウジングに取り付けられているねじ山に噛み合っている、
ことを特徴とするアクチュエータユニット。 - 前記固定手段は前記アクチュエータハウジング上に軸方向に緊締されている、請求項1記載のアクチュエータユニット。
- 前記固定手段はクランプナットとして構成されている、請求項1または2記載のアクチュエータユニット。
- 前記ねじ山に噛み合っている、クランプナットの部分の長さは、ピエゾ圧電式アクチュエータ部材の熱膨張係数に依存している、請求項3記載のアクチュエータユニット。
- 前記固定手段は鋼から成り、前記アクチュエータハウジングはインバーから成り、前記ピエゾ圧電式アクチュエータ部材はセラミックから成る、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータユニット。
