Abstract
Description
未被覆のPt−20Rh供給システム材料、フレーム溶射「Rokide」被覆、および2つの異なるコーティング厚のプラズマ溶射ジルコニア(PSZ)を用いて、1670℃での40日後の酸化速度を比較した。その比較の結果が、以下の表1に示されている。図1も参照のこと。
Claims (10)
- 貴金属製ガラス供給システムの酸化を減少させる方法であって、溶射プロセスによって、前記貴金属製ガラス供給システムの外面に接触して、耐火性酸化物を含む材料を十分な量だけ施し、それによって、該貴金属製ガラス供給システムの酸化を減少させる工程を有してなり、ただし、フレーム溶射されたアルミナを含む耐火性酸化物は含まないことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記溶射プロセスがプラズマ溶射であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記耐火性酸化物がジルコニアを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記耐火性酸化物がアルミナを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記溶射プロセスがフレーム溶射であり、前記耐火性酸化物がジルコニアを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記溶射プロセスが高速フレーム溶射または爆発溶射であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記耐火性酸化物がジルコニアを含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記ジルコニアが、完全安定化ジルコニアであり、Ca化合物により安定化されていることを特徴とする請求項3、5または7記載の方法。
- 前記ジルコニアが、完全安定化ジルコニアであり、Mgおよび/またはY化合物により安定化されていることを特徴とする請求項3、5または7記載の方法。
- 貴金属製ガラス供給システムの酸化を減少させる方法であって、溶射プロセスによって、前記貴金属製ガラス供給システムの外面に接触して、MgO、TiO2、またはZrO2を含む耐火性酸化物を含む材料を十分な量だけ施し、それによって、該貴金属製ガラス供給システムの酸化を減少させる工程を有してなる方法。
