Abstract
【解決手段】分娩後10日以内に搾乳された乳またはその加工物を用いて血中アルブミン量の増加促進または減少抑制用組成物を調製する。また1日投与単位中に、分娩後10日以内に搾乳された乳に由来する蛋白質が0.1〜50mg/kg体重の割合で含まれるように調製する。

Description
項1.分娩後10日以内に搾乳された乳またはその加工物を含有することを特徴とする、血中アルブミン量の増加促進または減少抑制用組成物。
項2.上記乳加工物が脱脂粉乳である項1に記載する組成物。
項3.1日投与単位中に、分娩後10日以内に搾乳された乳に由来する蛋白質を0.1〜50mg/kg体重の割合で含有する項1または2に記載する組成物。
項4.経口的、経胃的、経腸的、経鼻胃管的または経胃瘻的に投与若しくは摂取される組成物である項1乃至3のいずれかに記載する組成物。
本発明の組成物は、分娩後10日以内に搾乳された乳またはその加工物を含有することを特徴とする。
本発明の血中アルブミン量の増加促進または減少抑制用組成物の一態様として医薬組成物を挙げることができる。
上記本発明の血中アルブミン量の増加促進または減少抑制用組成物の他の一態様として食品組成物を挙げることができる。
初乳の加工物
乳原料として、分娩後1日目、6日目および10日目の牛からそれぞれ搾乳した生乳(以下、分娩後1日目、6日目および10日目の乳をそれぞれ「初乳A」、「初乳B」および「初乳C」という)を使用した。各生乳から、三元分離機(遠心力5300〜6200G:温度47〜80℃)を用いて脂質を分離除去したのち、得られた脱脂乳を73℃で15秒間加熱殺菌し、限外膜ろ過(分画分子量15000〜30000ダルトン、膜面積5m2の膜を使用。運転条件:温度50℃、圧力0.4MPa、流量6.8m3/時間)を用いて濃縮し、次いで濃縮物をスプレードライ機(送風温度:180〜230℃)を用いて乾燥した。斯くして得られた初乳A〜Cの脱脂粉乳について成分分析を行った結果を表1に示す。表1における単位は「重量%」である。
常乳を原料とする脱脂粉乳(商品名:SMP-NF、森永乳業株式会社)、およびホエーを原料とする脱脂粉乳(商品名:WPC-80、森永乳業株式会社)について、上記と同様に、成分分析を行った。結果を表2及び3に示す。表2及び3における単位は「重量%」である。
平均体重が約40kgの健常者(合計40名)を、4群(初乳投与群、常乳投与群、ホエー投与群、コントロール群)に分け、初乳投与群(10名)、常乳投与群(10名)およびホエー投与群(10名)に、2ヶ月間にわたり、それぞれ初乳B(分娩から6日目)から調製した脱脂粉乳(調製例1:蛋白質含量46.2%)、常乳由来の脱脂粉乳(SMP-NF、森永乳業株式会社)(比較例1:蛋白質含量38.5%)およびホエー由来の脱脂粉乳(WPC-80、森永乳業株式会社)(比較例2:蛋白質含量80%)を、1日あたり20mg/kg体重の割合で投与した。一方、コントロール群(10名)には何も投与しなかった。
平均体重が約40kgの健常者(合計28名)を、4群(初乳投与群(10名)、常乳投与群(6名)、ホエー投与群(6名)、コントロール群(6名))に分け、さらに初乳投与群を5群(20mg/kg体重/day投与群、50mg/kg体重/day投与群、100mg/kg体重/day投与群、200mg/kg体重/day投与群、400mg/kg体重/day投与群、各群2名ずつ)、常乳投与群とホエー投与群をそれぞれ3群(20mg/kg体重/day投与群、100mg/kg体重/day投与群、400mg/kg体重/day投与群、各群2名ずつ)に分けた。
平均体重が約40kgの健常者(合計35名)を、4群(初乳A投与群(10名)、初乳B投与群(10名)、初乳C投与群(10名)、コントロール群(5名))に分け、さらに初乳A投与群、初乳B投与群、および初乳C投与群をそれぞれ2群(2mg/kg体重/day投与群、0.2mg/kg体重/day投与群、各群5名ずつ)に分けた。
Claims (4)
- 分娩後10日以内に搾乳された乳またはその加工物を含有することを特徴とする、血中アルブミン量の増加促進または減少抑制用組成物。
- 上記乳加工物が脱脂粉乳である請求項1に記載する組成物。
- 1日投与単位中に、分娩後10日以内に搾乳された乳に由来する蛋白質を0.1〜50mg/kg体重の割合で含有する請求項1または2に記載する組成物。
- 経口、経胃、経腸、経鼻胃管または経胃瘻投与若しくは摂取用の組成物である項1乃至3のいずれかに記載する組成物。
