- プロセスにおいて又は生成物の製造の際に前記プロセス中に含まれる反応体又は生成物の前記の製造の際に存在する適当な反応体と耐高温性でかつ耐摩耗性のチタン化合物、例えばチタン酸アルミニウム、チタン酸マグネシウム、Ti(C,N)化合物又はこれらの化合物の混合物を形成することができるチタン含有材料を含有し、前記チタン含有材料は少なくとも部分的に、微細粒の天然のチタン含有材料からなるか及び/又は部分的に微細粒のTiO2富有スラグからなることを特徴とする、チタン含有添加剤。
- 天然チタン含有材料として、チタン含有鉱、チタン含有スラグを単独又は混合物として使用し、チタン含有添加剤は場合により合成チタン含有材料を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のチタン含有添加剤。
- チタン含有材料として、チタン含有鉱及び合成チタン含有材料を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のチタン含有添加剤。
- チタン含有材料として、TiO2富有スラグ及び合成チタン含有材料を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のチタン含有添加剤。
- チタン含有材料として、チタン含有鉱、TiO2富有スラグ及び合成チタン含有材料を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のチタン含有添加剤。
- チタン含有鉱はイルメナイト、ルチルであり及びチタン含有スラグがソーレルスラグであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のチタン含有添加剤。
- チタン含有材料が、TiO2を15〜95質量%、有利に25〜90質量%含有し、合成チタン含有材料がTiO2を20〜100質量%、有利に30〜100質量%(全チタン含有量から算出)含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のチタン含有添加剤。
- TiO2を20〜98質量%、有利に25〜95質量%、特に有利に30〜95質量%、さらに特に有利に40〜90質量%(全チタン含有量から算出)含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のチタン含有添加剤。
- 合成チタン含有材料は、少なくとも1種の次に記載された材料又はその混合物:
− 二酸化チタンの製造からの中間生成物、複合生成物及び/又は最終生成物、その際、前記材料はこの場合、硫酸塩法による二酸化チタンの製造からも、塩化物法による二酸化チタンの製造からも得ることができ、かつ前記中間生成物及び複合生成物は連続的TiO2製造から取り出すことができる、
− 二酸化チタン又はその混合物の製造からの残留物、その際、前記材料はこの場合、硫酸塩法による二酸化チタンの製造からも、塩化物法による二酸化チタンの製造から得ることができる、
− 化学工業からのチタン含有残留物
から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のチタン含有添加剤。 - 炭、還元炭及び/又は金属酸化物の材料から選択される他の添加剤を含有し、その際、金属酸化物として酸化鉄が有利であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のチタン含有添加剤。
- チタン含有添加剤が、100%まで5mm未満、有利に2mm未満、特に有利に0.5mm未満、さらに特に有利に0.2mm未満の微粉度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のチタン含有添加剤。
- 前記成分の平均粒径は、有利に0.01μm〜2000μm、さらに特に有利に0.1μm〜1000μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のチタン含有添加剤。
- チタン含有材料及び場合により添加物を混合し、適当な方法で微粉化することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のチタン含有添加剤の製造方法。
- チタン含有材料を別個に微粉化し、引き続きミキサー中で、場合により添加物の添加下で、適応に応じて所望な割合で混合することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のチタン含有添加剤の製造方法。
- チタン含有材料をまず混合し、場合により添加物の添加下で、引き続き適用に応じて微粉化することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のチタン含有添加剤の製造方法。
- チタン含有材料を混合の前又は後で熱処理し、有利に乾燥することを特徴とする、請求項13から15までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 熱処理を100〜1200℃の温度で実施することを特徴とする、請求項13から16までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- チタン鉱を精製せずに使用することを特徴とする、請求項13から17までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- チタン鉱から、その使用の前に、不純物及び/又は脈石を除去することを特徴とする、請求項13から18までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 冶金学的プロセスにおける、耐火材料中での、炉レンガ張りの耐久性の向上の目的で冶金学的炉中へ注入するための、製鋼における、製鋼の際のスラグフォームの形成のための、出銑口閉塞材中での、注入材、ランナー材及び/又は補修材中での、炭−/黒鉛電極中での、建築材料用の添加剤としての、炭素−/黒鉛レンガの製造のための、炭素−/黒鉛ラミング材の製造のための、炭素結合した製品の製造のための及び触媒としての、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のチタン含有添加剤の使用。
