Abstract
Description
無停電電源装置は、磁気軸受において著しい高コスト要因である。
無停電電源装置は、著しい構造空間を要求する。
無停電電源装置のバッテリの動作能力を保証するために、例えば温度、空気湿度等のような特定の環境条件が維持されなければならない。
バッテリが定期的に検査されて手入れをされなければならない。
図1は本発明による装置の概略図を示し、
図2は1つの相における交流出力電圧の経過を示す。

Claims (11)
- 電源電圧(U)によって電気エネルギーを供給されて電動機(3)を制御する第1のコンバータ(2)と、整流器(8)および電動機(3)に接続されている変圧器(7)とを含み、整流器(8)が、電源電圧(U)の喪失時に、磁気軸受(5)の制御に用いられる第2のコンバータ(14)の電気的な中間回路(11)に電気エネルギーを供給することを特徴とする電源電圧の喪失時に磁気軸受の中断のない給電を確保する装置。
- 変圧器(7)の前に電気抵抗(6)が直列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 整流器(8)と電気的な中間回路(11)との間にリアクトル(9)が直列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 整流器(8)が非制御整流器として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の装置。
- 変圧器(7)は、第1のコンバータ(2)の最大の交流出力電圧(UA)において変圧器の飽和が発生しないように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の装置。
- 変圧器は、電源電圧(U)の存在時に変圧器(7)の整流器側電圧が第2のコンバータの中間回路電圧を下回るように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の装置。
- 整流器(8)と中間回路(11)との間に電力変換器(22)が接続され、電力変換器(22)は、電源電圧(U)の喪失時に中間回路電圧(UZ)ができるだけ長く一定であるように制御されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の装置。
- 整流器(8)と電力変換器(22)との間に1つのコンデンサ(17)が並列に挿入接続されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。
- 整流器(8)が可制御整流器として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の1つに記載の装置。
- 変圧器(7)と整流器(8)との間に複数のコンデンサ(23)が並列に挿入接続されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載の装置。
- 請求項1乃至10の1つに記載による工作機械、生産機械および/またはロボット。
