Abstract
Description
本発明は、ガラスと支持体との間の接着を改善する方法に関する。
1)イソプロパノール(IPA)およびBETASEAL 43532下塗剤、
2)BETASEAL 43518およびBETASEAL 43520A下塗剤、
3)清浄剤およびBETASEAL 43538下塗剤、および
4)清浄剤および43520A下塗剤。
ただし、清浄剤はイソプロパノール中1.5質量%KOHであった(下記結果中では塩基拭きという。)。
各々の清浄剤/下塗剤の系は、次の5つの異なるRIM部品の上で試験される。
1)3836離型剤と共にRECTICEL LM 161、
2)3771離型剤と共にRECTICEL LM 161、
3)RIM 8離型剤と共にRECTICEL LM 161、
4)3836離型剤と共にRECTICEL LM 30、および
5)RIM 8離型剤と共にRECTICEL LM 30。
ケム・トレンド社製離型剤が使用される。BETASEAL 15625の形態のポリウレタン接着剤が、すべての重ね剪断試験に接着剤として使用される。
各々の清浄剤/下塗剤の4つの試料が、各々、次の一組の条件で行なわれる。
1)初期硬化、
2)熱老化、
3)湿潤老化、および
4)2000時間WOM(言及がなければ)。
各接着剤系について4つの試料の重ね剪断試験の結果は平均され、表1〜4において報告される。
Claims (20)
- 熱可塑性の第一の支持体に清浄剤を塗布する工程、および第一の支持体から清浄剤の少なくとも一部を除去することによって第一の支持体を乾燥させる工程を含む接着のための支持体を製造する方法であって、清浄剤が少なくとも1つのアルコール中に約0.5質量%〜約5.0質量%の少なくとも1つの水酸化物から本質的になる溶液である、方法。
- 前記の塗布する工程が、清浄剤を含む塗布用具で第一の支持体を拭くことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記の乾燥させる工程が塗布用具で第一の支持体を拭くことを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性の第一の支持体が離型剤と共に反応射出成形部品を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 清浄剤が、イソプロパノール中の水酸化カリウムから本質的になる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 清浄剤が、イソプロパノール中に約1.5質量%の水酸化カリウムを溶かした溶液から本質的になる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 反応射出成形部品が、少なくとも1つのイソシアネートプレポリマーと少なくとも1つのポリオールエーテルとの反応生成物である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 清浄剤を塗布した後に第一の支持体に下塗剤を塗布することをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 表面用離型剤をその上に有する反応射出成形品を、イソプロパノール中に約1.5質量%の水酸化物を溶かした溶液から本質的になる清浄剤と接触させる工程を含む、接着のための支持体を製造する方法。
- 接触させる工程が、清浄剤を含む塗布用具で前記成形品を拭くことを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 部品の表面を乾燥させる工程をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記の乾燥させる工程が塗布用具で前記成形品を拭くことを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 清浄にされた表面に下塗剤を塗布する工程をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 反応射出成形部品がポリウレタンを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの水酸化物と少なくとも1つのアルコールから本質的になる塩基性溶液で第一の支持体の表面を清浄にする工程(ただし、第一の支持体は離型剤を含む反応射出成形部品である。)、
前記の清浄にされた表面または第二の支持体に下塗剤を塗布する工程(ただし、第二の支持体は透明なグラスパネルを含む。)、
第一の支持体と第二の支持体とを接着剤で結合する工程
を含む2つの支持体を接着する方法。 - 前記の清浄にする工程が、前記塩基性溶液を含む塗布用具で前記表面を拭くことを含み、そして塗布用具で前記表面を拭くことによって前記表面を乾燥させることを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記塩基性溶液が、イソプロパノール中の約1.5質量%の水酸化カリウムから本質的になる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記反応射出成形部品が、少なくとも1つのイソシアネートプレポリマーと少なくとも1つのポリオールエーテルまたはアミンエーテルとの反応生成物である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記反応射出成形部品がポリウレタンまたはポリ尿素を含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤がポリウレタンを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
