Description
The present invention relates to a toilet cleaner composition that is excellent in safety and cleanability for the human body, has a high deodorizing effect and a sterilizing effect, and can suppress urine stone accumulation.
Most of the dirt adhering to toilet bowls in the toilet room and tiles such as floors and walls is urine stone, which is a poorly soluble compound due to degradation of phosphate, calcium salt, uric acid, etc. in the urine by enzymes. It is known that When this urine stone is left and further deposited, it is very difficult to remove it, and microorganisms, spoilage bacteria, etc. are itched and become a source of bad odors such as hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, and ammonia. Conventionally, an acidic cleaning composition mainly composed of hydrochloric acid has been widely used as a cleaning composition for removing the soil. However, when it contains hydrochloric acid, it may be necessary to wear protective gloves, protective glasses, etc. during use. Also, when mixed with chlorine-based cleaning agents (mold remover, bleach, etc.), harmful chlorine gas may be generated, and it has to be used with extreme caution.
On the other hand, neutral detergents used for washing tiles such as washstands and bathrooms have almost no irritation to the human body, but have been unable to suppress malodor from urine stones.
In recent years, various cleaning compositions with improved cleaning and deodorizing effects have been disclosed.
Patent Document 1 discloses a deodorant cleaning composition containing an anionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant, and a deodorizing component obtained from a camellia plant.
Patent Document 2 includes a deodorizing means for acidic malodorous substances and a deodorizing means (organic acid and / or salt thereof) for alkaline malodorous substances, and further monoglyceride, polyglycerin ester, sorbitan ester, propylene glycol. A deodorant cleaning composition containing a surfactant such as ester, sucrose ester, saponin, lecithin and the like is disclosed.
The objective of this invention is providing the cleaning composition for toilets which is excellent in the safety | security to a human body and washability, has a high deodorizing effect and disinfection effect, and can suppress the accumulation of urine stone.

The toilet cleaning composition of the present invention contains the cleaning component, the sterilizing component, the deodorizing component, and the water described above, but forms the cleaning component, the sterilizing component, and the deodorizing component. The ratio of the total amount of the metal salt is usually 1 to 15% by mass, preferably 1 to 10% by mass with respect to the entire composition. If it is the ratio of this range, the washing | cleaning effect, disinfection effect, and a deodorizing effect can be exhibited stably.

The toilet cleaner composition of the present invention sprays, etc. on a portion to be cleaned including a contaminated portion such as a toilet, a floor surface, a wall surface, etc. in a toilet room, and is cleaned with a brush or the like. An effect and a sterilization effect can be obtained. In particular, since the deodorizing component is adsorbed on the toilet bowl, floor surface, wall surface, etc., the deodorizing effect and the sterilizing effect have persistence. Moreover, the adsorption | suction can suppress the accumulation of urolith in a to-be-cleaned part. Since urine stones are prone to stagnation of microorganisms, spoilage bacteria, etc., and cause odors such as hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, ammonia, etc. It is possible to suppress the accumulation of stones and the habits of microorganisms, spoilage bacteria, and the like. After cleaning the contaminated part, the composition remains in the trap water under the toilet bowl or in the toilet trap water, and the composition is rinsed after use of the toilet. However, the deodorizing effect and sterilizing effect can be maintained. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the stench stagnant in the sewer pipe from drifting to the toilet. Therefore, no bad odor remains or drifts in the toilet room.

[II] Deodorization test Hydrogen sulfite, ammonia, methyl mercaptan, trimethylamine, and acetaldehyde were separately used as malodorous substances, and the tests were performed separately.
1 mL of the cleaning composition was placed in a 300 mL Erlenmeyer flask, and each malodorous substance was accurately injected using a syringe so that the initial concentration was 100 ppm and sealed. This was left still for 30 minutes under the condition of 25 ° C., and deodorized. Thereafter, the concentration of malodorous substances was measured using a gas detector tube, and the deodorization rate was calculated by the following formula.
Deodorization rate (%) = [(initial concentration−concentration after treatment) / (initial concentration)] × 100
[III] Cleaning test On the surface of the white porcelain tile, standard dirt A (mineral oil containing spindle oil, earth and sand, carbon black, etc.) according to the Japanese floor polish industry standard JFPA204 and standard dirt B according to JIS K3362 ( A test was conducted by attaching 49% beef tallow, 49% soybean oil and 2% animal black / vegetable oil composed of carbon black).
Dirt was evenly applied to the surface of the porcelain tile and allowed to stand at 25 ° C. for 24 hours. Thereafter, excess dirt was wiped off, and 10 ml of the cleaning composition was applied to the entire dirt adhering surface. This was allowed to stand for 2 minutes, and then washed using a washability tester provided with a white pad impregnated with 30 ml of the detergent composition, and the dirt-adhered surface was reciprocated 25 times.
Using the following formula using the brightness L 0 of the porcelain tile before attaching the dirt, the brightness L 1 of the porcelain tile when the dirt is attached, and the brightness L 2 of the porcelain tile after the cleaning treatment, Was calculated.
Cleaning rate (%) = (L 2 −L 1 ) / (L 0 −L 1 ) × 100
From Table 1, the following is clear.
Comparative Example 1 is an example using a composition containing no deodorant component. Hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan and trimethylamine were not deodorized at all, and the deodorization rates of ammonia and acetaldehyde were not sufficient. Moreover, the comparative example 2 is an example which does not contain a disinfection component, and there are as many as 43 viable bacteria, and the disinfection effect was not acquired.
On the other hand, Examples 1-8 were excellent in the cleaning effect, the disinfection effect, and the deodorizing effect.
