JP 2000-139597 A

In the case of the caster support of Patent Document 1, since the moving direction of the caster is limited when the caster is placed on the caster support, this placement work is easy for general users regardless of skilled workers. It wasn't.

Further, since the caster is fixed to the caster support using the fixing member 15 and the wing nut 17, the component configuration is complicated. Moreover, since the work for fixing the casters is performed between the lower part of the equipment and the floor, it is not easy.

The present invention aims to solve these problems in the prior art.

The apparatus for preventing movement of equipment according to claim 1,
It consists of a bottom plate, a back plate attached to the bottom plate, and a convex component connected to the back plate by a connecting component,
The back plate is in a posture perpendicular to the bottom plate at least in use and provided with a pair of vertical sides perpendicular to the bottom plate in the posture,
The convex part is
A rectangular pasting surface,
A pair of overhanging portions arranged in parallel and stepwise with the pasting surface portion,
A pair of relay portions connected to each of the overhang portions and the longitudinal sides of the pasting surface portion;
The connecting component includes a pair of connecting grooves formed by folding both vertical sides of the rectangular plate,
The sticking surface portion is positioned above the bottom plate, the overhanging portion is overlaid on the back plate, and the overlapping back plate and the upper end portion of the overhanging portion are placed inside the connecting groove portion before the connection. When the component is slid in the direction toward the bottom plate, the back plate and the projecting component are connected to each other by loosely sandwiching the back plate and the overhang portion at the connection groove portion.
The bottom plate is attached to the floor with an adhesive damping material having adhesiveness and damping properties arranged between the bottom plate and the floor,
The convex component is attached to the side surface by an adhesive sheet material disposed between the pasting surface portion and the side surface of the equipment,
By connecting the back plate attached to the bottom plate attached to the floor and the convex component attached to the side surface with the connection component,
The movement of the devices is prevented.

The bottom plate of the apparatus for preventing movement of equipment according to claim 1 is attached to the floor by an adhesive damping material having adhesiveness and damping properties arranged between the bottom plate and the floor. On the other hand, the convex component is attached to the side surface of the device by an adhesive sheet material disposed between the sticking surface portion and the side surface of the device.

In addition, as described in claim 4, the convex component is formed by using a sheet material of an adhesive damping material having adhesiveness and vibration damping properties disposed between the pasting surface portion and the side surface of the equipment. The structure attached to is preferable.

Examples of the adhesive vibration-damping material having adhesiveness and vibration-damping properties include JP-A No. 2001-146549, JP-A No. 2001-316447, JP-A No. 2001-316448, JP-A No. 11-257395, and JP-A No. 11-257395. Examples disclosed in 2000-301640 and JP-A-2006-111756 are exemplified.

The adhesive vibration damping material for attaching the bottom plate to the floor and the adhesive vibration damping material for attaching the convex component to the side surface of the equipment may have the same or different physical properties.
However, the adhesive damping material for attaching the bottom plate to the floor has a good performance to withstand the compressive force in the vertical direction when in use (for example, a tack fit product from Kitagawa Kogyo Co., Ltd.) Adhesive damping material for attaching convex parts to the side of equipment is one that can maintain adhesive strength for a long time (for example, from Kitagawa Industries Co., Ltd. It is desirable to use each of those sold under the trade name.

And the apparatus with which the convex component was attached is moved, a sticking surface part is located above a baseplate, and an overhang | projection part is piled up on a backplate.
The moving direction of the devices at this time is not particularly limited as long as the back plate is avoided, so that it is not difficult even for general users who are not skilled workers.

If the overhanging part and the back plate overlap, put the back plate and the upper end of the overhanging part inside the connection groove part, and then slide the connection part toward the bottom plate, that is, downward, into the connection groove part. The back plate and the projecting part are connected to each other with the back plate and the overhanging portion loosely sandwiched.

Here, the structure in which the back plate and the overhanging portion are loosely sandwiched by the connecting groove portion, that is, the portion where the back plate and the overhanging portion overlap is not tightly fitted into the connecting groove portion, but is a so-called “raised” structure. It is not necessary that the back plate and the overhanging portion overlap precisely. Therefore, the work of overlapping the above-described overhanging portion on the back plate does not need to be precise, and the work is also facilitated in this respect.

Moreover, the operation | work which connects a backplate and convex-shaped components, ie, the operation | work which fixes apparatus to a floor, is only the operation | movement which drops a connection component, and is very easy.
By connecting the back plate attached to the bottom plate attached to the floor and the convex part attached to the side surface of the equipment with the connecting parts, these three parts are connected to each other, and consequently the equipment and the floor. Are concatenated. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the devices from moving due to an earthquake or the like.

In addition, adhesive and vibration-damping materials with adhesive and vibration-damping properties are interposed between floors and bottom plates, equipment side surfaces, and convex parts. Therefore, the effect of preventing devices from moving due to an earthquake or the like is enhanced.

Furthermore, because the back plate and the overhanging part are loosely sandwiched by the connecting groove part, there is rattling, so when vertical vibrations are applied to the equipment, the equipment can be displaced in this direction and It is possible to prevent the device movement prevention apparatus from being disassembled, and the effect of preventing the device from moving due to an earthquake or the like is enhanced.

The apparatus for preventing movement of equipment according to claim 2, wherein the bottom plate and the back plate are connected in advance, so that the equipment for preventing movement of equipment is the bottom plate and the back plate. There is no need to connect the two.

The apparatus for preventing movement of equipment according to claim 3, wherein a support plate that contacts the bottom plate is connected to the lower end of the back plate when the back plate is in a posture perpendicular to the bottom plate. 3. The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the plate is connected to the bottom plate by a hinge, and is compact when the back plate is tilted by the hinge when not in use. Can be packaged.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on examples of the present invention. The present invention is not limited to the following examples and the like, and it goes without saying that the present invention can be implemented in various ways without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[Example 1]
(Constitution)
With reference to FIGS. 1-4, the structure of the movement prevention instrument 1 is demonstrated.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a device for preventing movement (hereinafter, simply referred to as “moving prevention device”) 1 of the device of the present embodiment is composed of an L-shaped part 2, a convex part 3, and a connecting part 4. .
The L-shaped component 2 includes a bottom plate 5 and a back plate 6.

As shown in detail in FIG. 4, the bottom plate 5 is a substantially rectangular metal plate (a steel plate having a thickness of 1 mm in this embodiment). In addition, the sheet | seat 7 of the adhesive damping material (Brand name Tuck fit, Kitagawa Industrial Co., Ltd.) which has adhesiveness and damping property is stuck on the lower surface of the baseplate 5 previously. A protective film is attached to one side (exposed side) of the sheet 7.

A support plate 9 is connected to one side of the bottom plate 5 by a hinge 8. The support plate 9 and the back plate 6 are formed by bending an approximately rectangular metal plate (a steel plate having a thickness of 1 mm in this embodiment) into an L shape. That is, the support plate 9 is connected to the back plate 6. The angle between the support plate 9 and the back plate 6 is 90 ° (design value). For this reason, when the support plate 9 is brought into contact with the bottom plate 5 by turning around the hinge 8 as an axis, the back plate 6 is in a posture perpendicular to the bottom plate 5, and the vertical side 6 a of the back plate 6 is also with respect to the bottom plate 5. It becomes vertical.

The convex component 3 is made of one sheet of a substantially rectangular metal plate (a steel plate having a thickness of 1 mm in this embodiment), and is sandwiched between a pair of overhanging portions 10 along the vertical sides and the overhanging portions 10. The rectangular pasting surface part 11 and the relay part 12 which connects the overhang | projection part 10 and the vertical side of the pasting surface part 11 are provided.

The relationship between the pasting surface portion 11 and the pair of overhanging portions 10 is that when the both overhanging portions 10 (the back surfaces thereof) are placed on a plane, the pasting surface portion 11 becomes parallel to the plane, but the pasting surface portion 11 and the flat surface thereof. A gap corresponding to the width of the relay portion 12 is formed between the two. That is, the sticking surface portion 11 and the pair of overhang portions 10 are arranged in parallel and in a stepped manner.

The lateral width of the convex component 3 (distance between the side ends of the overhanging portion 10) is substantially equal to the lateral width of the back plate 6 (distance between the vertical sides 6a).
In addition, the sheet | seat 13 of the adhesive damping material (brand name super tack fit, Kitagawa Industrial Co., Ltd.) which has adhesiveness and a damping property is stuck on the sticking surface part 11 previously. A protective film is attached to one side (exposed side) of the sheet 13.

The connecting component 4 has a structure in which a pair of connecting groove portions 14 are formed along the vertical sides by folding back both vertical sides of a substantially rectangular metal plate (a steel plate having a thickness of 1 mm in this embodiment).
The distance between the bottoms (the above-mentioned folded portions) of the two connecting groove portions 14 exceeds the lateral width of the back plate 6 and the lateral width of the convex component 3 (2 mm in this embodiment). The width of the folded piece 15 forming the connecting groove portion 14 is smaller than the width of the overhanging portion 10, and the distance between the two folded pieces 15 is greater than the lateral width of the sticking surface portion 11 (the distance between the outer surfaces of the two relay portions 12). large. Further, the inner method of the connecting groove portion 14 (the distance between the folded piece 15 and the surface facing it) is greater than the sum of the plate thickness of the back plate 6 and the plate thickness of the overhang portion 10 (2 mm in this embodiment). It exceeds 2 mm or more (in this embodiment, the above inner method is 5 mm).

Accordingly, the back plate 6 and the overhanging portion 10 can be overlapped and inserted into the connecting groove portion 14.
When they are inserted, the back plate 6, the overhanging portion 10, and the inner surface of the connecting groove portion 14 are not in close contact with each other and can be loosened (loosely pinched).
(how to use)
The usage method of the movement prevention instrument 1 is demonstrated with reference to FIG.

First, as shown in FIG. 5A, the L-shaped component 2 is attached to the floor F on which the movement preventing instrument 1 is to be installed. This attachment is performed by peeling off the protective film attached to the sheet 7 to expose one side of the sheet 7 and attaching the exposed surface to the floor F.

Separately from this, as shown in FIGS. 5B and 5C, the side surface 21 of the equipment (for example, a copying machine) 20 that is intended to prevent the movement of the convex part 3 by the movement preventing instrument 1. Attach to. This attachment is performed by peeling off the protective film attached to the sheet 13 to expose one surface of the sheet 13 and attaching the exposed surface to the side surface 21.

Note that the convex component 3 has a height from the floor F at the lower end of the convex component 3 such that the pair of overhanging portions 10 are substantially perpendicular to the floor F (not necessarily exactly vertical). The positioning is performed so that the range in which the convex component 3 and the back plate 6 overlap as much as possible (preferably the upper and lower ends of the convex component 3 correspond to the upper and lower ends of the back plate 6).

Then, the equipment 20 to which the convex component 3 is attached is moved using, for example, a caster 22, and the sticking surface portion 11 is positioned above the bottom plate 5 as shown in FIG. 10 is placed on the back plate 6. At this time, it is preferable that the caster 22 (or the leg or bottom of the equipment) is placed on the bottom plate 5, that is, the convex component 3 is attached to such a position.

The moving direction of the devices 20 at this time is not particularly limited as long as the main body portion of the devices 20 or the casters 22 do not hit the back plate 6, so that it is not difficult even for general users who are not skilled workers.

Further, when the devices 20 are moved, the back plate 6 of the L-shaped component 2 can be brought down as shown in FIG. If the back plate 6 is tilted in this way, it is possible to reduce the risk of the devices 20 and the operator coming into contact with the back plate 6 during the movement of the devices 20.

If the overhanging portion 10 and the back plate 6 overlap with each other, the connecting component 4 is lowered from above the back plate 6 and the overhanging portion 10 so that the upper ends of the back plate 6 and the overhanging portion 10 are placed inside the connecting groove portion 14. The connecting component 4 is further slid in the direction toward the bottom plate 5, that is, downward. Then, the L-shaped component 2 and the convex component 3 are coupled by loosely sandwiching the back plate 6 and the overhanging portion 10 at the coupling groove portion 14 (see the enlarged portions in FIGS. 1A and 1F).

Here, a structure in which the back plate 6 and the overhanging portion 10 are loosely sandwiched by the connecting groove portion 14, that is, a portion where the back plate 6 and the overhanging portion 10 overlap is not tightly fitted into the connecting groove portion 14, but a so-called “ It is not necessary that the back plate 6 and the overhanging portion 10 overlap each other precisely because of the “warped” structure. Therefore, the operation of superimposing the overhanging portion 10 on the back plate 6 does not need to be precise, and the operation is facilitated also in this respect.

Moreover, the operation | work which connects the L-shaped component 2 and the convex-shaped component 3, ie, the operation | work which fixes the equipment 20 to the floor F is only the operation | movement which drops the connection component 4, and is very easy.
By connecting the L-shaped part 2 attached to the floor F and the convex part 3 attached to the side surface 21 of the equipment 20 by the connecting parts 4, these three parts are connected to each other, and consequently the equipment 20 And floor F are connected. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the devices 20 from moving due to an earthquake or the like.

In addition, because the floor F and the L-shaped component 2, the side surface 21 of the equipment 20 and the convex component 3, the adhesive damping material sheets 7 and 13 having adhesiveness and damping properties are interposed, Since the vibration and impact due to an earthquake and the like are efficiently mitigated by the adhesive damping material, the effect of preventing the movement of equipment due to the earthquake or the like is enhanced.

In particular, when the caster 22 (or the leg or bottom of the equipment) is placed on the bottom plate 5, it is possible to effectively prevent the L-shaped component 2 from being separated from the floor F by the load. Therefore, the effect of preventing the movement becomes better.

Further, since the back plate 6 and the overhanging portion 10 are loosely sandwiched between the connecting groove portions 14 and “having rattles”, when vertical vibrations are applied to the devices, the devices can be displaced in this direction. It is possible to prevent the device from preventing the device from being disassembled by the vertical movement, and the effect of preventing the device from moving due to an earthquake or the like is enhanced.

Moreover, since it was set as the structure which affixes an adhesive damping material (sheet | seat 13) to the sticking surface part 11 of the convex component 3, when an earthquake occurs, the connection part of the sticking surface part 11 and the relay part 12, or the relay part 12 and the overhang | projection part Deformation stress concentrates on any of the ten connected portions, and the deformation occurring in the pasting surface portion 11 can be minimized.

However, when the sticking surface portion 11 of the convex component 3 is not made convex (that is, a flat plate as in the prior art), deformation occurs even at the sticking position of the adhesive damping material, and the flatness decreases. The fixing force may be reduced.

However, since the convex part 3 as described above is used, it is possible to minimize a decrease in the flatness of the pasting surface portion 11, and thus, it is possible to stably hold heavy objects even if repeated aftershocks occur. The decrease can be suppressed slightly.
[Example 2]
(Constitution)
With reference to FIGS. 6-10, the structure of the movement prevention instrument 31 of a present Example is demonstrated. In addition, about a common part with Example 1, description is abbreviate | omitted using the same code | symbol.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the movement prevention device (hereinafter simply referred to as “movement prevention device”) 31 of the device of this embodiment includes a single bottom plate 35, a pair of back plates 36, a pair of convex parts 3, and the like. It is composed of a pair of connecting parts 4.

As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the bottom plate 35 is a substantially rectangular metal plate (a steel plate having a thickness of 1 mm in this embodiment). Note that two sheets 7 of an adhesive damping material (trade name Tackfit, Kitagawa Industries Co., Ltd.) having adhesiveness and vibration damping properties are attached in advance to the lower surface of the bottom plate 35. A protective film is attached to one side (exposed side) of the sheet 7. An overhanging inclined plate 37 is provided on the side of the bottom plate 35. On the other hand, a folded portion 38 is provided at an end portion where the inclined plate 37 is not provided, and two bolt insertion holes 39 which are long holes are provided at each end portion.

The back plate 36 is connected to a support substrate 41 formed by bending a base at a right angle, and two nuts 42 are arranged on the support substrate 41. Although not shown, the support substrate 41 is provided with holes for bolts that communicate with the inner holes of the nuts 42.

The configurations of the convex component 3 and the connecting component 4 are as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, respectively, and are the same as those in the first embodiment.
(how to use)
In order to use this movement preventing instrument 31, first, the machine bolt 43 is passed through the bolt insertion hole 39 from the back surface (the surface on which the sheet 7 is pasted) of the bottom plate 35, and the support substrate 41 placed on the top surface of the bottom plate 35. The holes for bolts are passed through and screwed into the nuts 42 on the upper side of the support substrate 41 to temporarily connect the support substrate 41, that is, the back plate 36.

Next, the bottom plate 35 is attached to the floor on which the movement preventing instrument 1 is to be installed. This attachment is performed by peeling off the protective film attached to the sheet 7 to expose one side of the sheet 7 and attaching the exposed surface to the floor.

Separately from this, the convex component 3 is attached to the side surface of equipment (for example, a copying machine) which is intended to prevent movement by the movement preventing instrument 31. The mounting of the convex part 3 on the side surface of the equipment (for example, a copying machine) is the same as in Example 1, and the protective film attached to the sheet 13 is peeled off to expose one side of the sheet 13, and the exposed surface is exposed. It is done by sticking to the side.

In addition, the convex component 3 is such that the pair of overhanging portions 10 are substantially perpendicular to the floor (not necessarily exactly vertical), and the height of the lower end of the convex component 3 from the floor is The convex part 3 and the back plate 36 are positioned so that the overlapping range is as large as possible (preferably the upper and lower ends of the convex part 3 correspond to the upper and lower ends of the back plate 36).

And the apparatus with which the convex component 3 was attached is moved using a caster, for example, the sticking surface part 11 is located above the baseplate 35, and the overhang | projection part 10 is piled up on the backplate 36. FIG. At this time, it is preferable that the caster (or the leg or bottom of the equipment) is placed on the bottom plate 35, that is, the convex component 3 is attached at such a position.

The movement of the devices for placing the casters of the devices on the bottom plate 35 is easy because the casters are guided by the inclined plate 37 and proceed on the bottom plate 35, and it is difficult even for general users who are not skilled workers. Absent.

In order to prevent the devices from hitting the back plate 36 during this operation, the distance between the pair of back plates 36 should be made larger than the size of the devices, that is, it should have a space. Therefore, in the temporary connection between the support substrate 41 (back plate 36) and the bottom plate 35, the gap between the pair of back plates 36 is widened using the bolt insertion holes 39 which are long holes.

After the casters of the devices are placed on the bottom plate 35, the back plate 36 is moved along the bolt insertion hole 39 so as to overlap the overhanging portion 10, and then the nut 42 is tightened to support the support substrate 41 (back plate 36 ) And the bottom plate 35 are fully connected.

If the overhanging portion 10 and the back plate 36 overlap with each other by this connection, the connecting component 4 is lowered from above the back plate 36 and the overhanging portion 10, and the upper end portions of the back plate 36 and the overhanging portion 10 are connected to the connecting groove portion 14. The connecting component 4 is further slid in the direction toward the bottom plate 35, that is, downward. Then, the back plate 36 and the protruding component 3 are connected to each other with the back plate 36 and the overhanging portion 10 loosely sandwiched by the connecting groove 14. This connection structure is the same as that of the first embodiment. Accordingly, the devices are connected to the bottom plate 35 via the convex component 3, the connecting component 4, and the back plate 36, and are fixed to the floor.

Here, a structure in which the back plate 36 and the overhanging portion 10 are loosely sandwiched by the connecting groove portion 14, that is, a portion where the back plate 36 and the overhanging portion 10 overlap is not tightly fitted into the connecting groove portion 14, but the so-called “ Since there is a structure, the back plate 36 and the overhanging portion 10 do not have to overlap precisely. Therefore, the operation of superimposing the overhanging portion 10 on the back plate 36 does not need to be precise, and the operation is facilitated in this respect.

Moreover, the operation | work which connects the backplate 36 and the convex component 3, ie, the operation | work which fixes apparatus to a floor, needs only the operation | movement which drops the connection component 4, and is very easy.
The back plate 36 is attached to the bottom plate 35 attached to the floor, and the back plate 36 and the convex part 3 attached to the side surface of the equipment are connected by the connecting part 4 so that these parts are connected to each other. As a result, the equipment and the floor are connected. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the devices from moving due to an earthquake or the like.

Further, since the sheets 7 and 13 of the adhesive damping material having adhesiveness and vibration damping properties are interposed between the floor and the bottom plate 35, the side surfaces of the equipment and the convex component 3, vibrations caused by an earthquake or the like Since the impact is efficiently mitigated by the adhesive damping material, the effect of preventing the devices from moving due to an earthquake or the like is enhanced.

In particular, since the caster (or the leg or bottom of the equipment) is placed on the bottom plate 35, it is possible to effectively prevent the bottom plate 35 from leaving the floor due to the load. Therefore, the effect of preventing the movement becomes better.

In addition, since the back plate 36 and the overhanging portion 10 are loosely sandwiched by the connecting groove portion 14 so that there is rattling, the devices can be displaced in this direction when vertical vibrations are applied to the devices.
