Abstract
【解決手段】カーカス層を単層構造にすると共に、その両端部を左右のビードコア4の周りにビードフィラー6を挟むようにタイヤ内側から外側へタイヤ最大幅を超え、かつベルト層に到達しない位置まで折り返した構成にし、ビードフィラー6のビードヒールからの高さをタイヤ断面高さSHの15〜30%、サイドウォール部2のゴム厚さを3.5〜5.0mm、インナーライナー7をヤング率が5〜50MPaで、厚さが0.05〜0.25mmの熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂成分とエラストマー成分とをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物で、サイドウォール部2を天然ゴムを30重量%以上配合したゴム組成物で、トレッド部1を天然ゴムを70重量%以上配合したゴム組成物で構成したことを特徴とする。

Description
空気入りタイヤをリムサイズ15×6JJのリムに装着し、空気圧を230kPaにして国産2リットルクラスの試験車両に取付け、訓練された5名のテストドライバーがテストコースを周回するときの操縦安定性及び乗り心地性のフィーリングを評点し、その平均値により評価した。得られた結果を、比較例1を100とする指数で表した。この指数値が大きいほど操縦安定性が優れることを示す。
空気入りタイヤを、ドラム径1707mmのドラム試験機を用い、空気圧230kPa、荷重4.0kN、速度80km/hの条件で抵抗力を測定し、これを転がり抵抗とした。評価結果は、測定値の逆数を用い、比較例1のタイヤを100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど転がり抵抗が少ないことを意味する。

Claims (4)
- カーカス層を単層構造にすると共に、該カーカス層の両端部を左右のビードコアの周りにビードフィラーを挟むようにタイヤ内側から外側へタイヤ最大幅を超えた位置まで折り返した構成にし、前記ビードフィラーのビードヒールからの高さをタイヤ断面高さの15〜30%、サイドウォール部のゴム厚さを3.5〜5.0mm、前記カーカス層の内側に形成するインナーライナーをヤング率が5〜50MPaで、厚さが0.05〜0.25mmの熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂成分とエラストマー成分とをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物により構成した空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記サイドウォール部をゴム成分中に天然ゴムを30重量%以上配合したゴム組成物で構成すると共に、トレッド部をゴム成分中に天然ゴムを70重量%以上配合したゴム組成物で構成した請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記カーカス層を構成するカーカスコードがレーヨン繊維からなる請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記カーカスコードを400〜3000dtexの糸条を1〜3本撚り合わせた撚りコードで構成し、該カーカスコードの打込み密度を20〜30本/50mmにした請求項1、2又は3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
