Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は車両電気駆動装置に関し、ブレーキ応答性の車両電気駆動装置の必要性に答えるものである。本願発明の車両電気駆動装置は、内燃機関12と、当該内燃機関によって駆動される電気モーター/発電機14と、牽引モーター/発電機24,28によって駆動される駆動車輪26,30とを含んでいる。モーター/発電機14は、制御装置によって制御される。当該制御装置は、運転者による速度制御部材36、車両速度センサー、及び、各々、対応する左及び右のブレーキペダル57,59に結合されている一対のブレーキペダル位置センサー58,60から信号を受け取る。ブレーキペダルの作動に応答して、コントローラは、電気駆動装置の動作をブレーキペダルの動作に調和させる。

Description
本発明の更に別の目的は、減速又は加速を制限し且つ車両の突然の又は急な速度変化を防止する車両電気駆動装置を提供することである。
ステップ130においては、Brake Wheel Speed Command値がSensed Wheel−Delv−Maxに等しいように設定される。
図3は、ステップ114において、加速中のブレーキペダルの位置の関数としてDelv−Max値を決定する方法をグラフで示している。ブレーキペダルが、踏み込まれていない位置とxp1によって表されている第一の部分的に踏み込まれた位置との間にある場合には、Delv−Max値は上限値Max−accel−limitに設定される。ブレーキペダルが、位置xp1とxp2との間まで踏み込まれている場合には、Delv−Max値は、中間の値acc−limt−2に設定される。ブレーキペダルが、xp2と一杯まで踏み込まれた位置との間まで踏み込まれている場合には、Del−Max値は下限値acc−limit−1に設定される。

Claims (13)
- 車両電気駆動装置であり、
運転者によって制御される左及び右制動コマンド部材が作動可能に結合されている制動装置と、
各々、前記制動コマンド部材のうちの対応するものに結合され且つ対応する制動コマンド部材の位置を表すブレーキ位置信号を発生する左及び右ブレーキ変換器と、
内燃機関と、エンジンによる被駆動モーター/発電機と、当該エンジンによる被駆動モーター/発電機に結合された第一のインバータ/整流器と、当該第一のインバータ/整流器に結合されたバスと、当該バスに結合され且つ被駆動車輪に駆動可能に結合された牽引モーター/発電機と、運転者による速度制御部材と、当該速度制御部材の位置の関数として前記第二のインバータ/整流器の電流出力を制御するために第二のインバータ/整流器に結合されたコントローラであり、ブレーキ位置信号を受け取り且つ前記制動コマンド部材の作動によって当該電気駆動装置の動作を調和させる前記コントローラと、を含む車両電気駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両電気駆動装置であり、
前記制動コマンド部材が車両速度を減速するように動かされたときに、前記コントローラが、前記牽引モーター/発電機が発電機として機能し、前記エンジンによる被駆動モーター/発電機がモーターとして機能するように、前記エンジンによる被駆動モーター/発電機及び牽引モーター/発電機を制御することによって応答する、ようになされた車両電気駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両電気駆動装置であり、
前記左のブレーキ変換器が前記左の制動コマンド部材の位置信号を発し、前記右のブレーキ変換器が右の制動コマンド部材の位置信号を発し、
前記コントローラが、前記左及び右の制動コマンド部材の位置信号の最大値を選択し、当該電気駆動装置を前記最大値の関数として制御する車両電気駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両電気駆動装置であり、
前記コントローラが、前記制動コマンド部材の適用の増大に応答して、高い積極性で車両を減速するように作動するようになされた車両電気駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両電気駆動装置であり、
前記コントローラが、前記制動コマンド部材の適用の減少に応答して、高い積極性で車両を加速するように作動するようになされた車両電気駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両電気駆動装置であり、
前記コントローラが、車両の突然の速度変化を防止するように作動するようになされた車両電気駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両電気駆動装置であり、
前記コントローラが、前記速度制御部材からの第二のコマンド信号に応答して車両速度を制御し、前記コントローラが、前記制動コマンド部材の動作に応答して前記スピードコマンド信号を修正するようになされた車両電気駆動装置。 - 車両電気駆動装置であり、
内燃機関と、エンジンによって駆動されるモーター/発電機と、当該エンジンによって駆動されるモーター/発電機によって電力を供給され且つ被駆動車輪に結合された牽引モーター/発電機と、スピードコマンド信号を発生する運転者による速度制御部材とを備えた電気駆動装置と、
車両制動装置に作動可能に結合されている運転者によって制御される左及び右ブレーキペダル部材を備えている制動装置と、
各々、前記ブレーキペダルのうちの対応するものに結合され且つブレーキペダル位置信号を発生する左及び右のブレーキペダルセンサーと、
前記スピードコマンド信号の関数として前記電気駆動装置を制御するためのコントローラであり、前記ブレーキペダル位置信号に応答して前記電気駆動装置の制御を修正する前記コントローラと、を含む車両電気駆動装置。 - 請求項8に記載の車両電気駆動装置であり、
車両速度を減速するためにブレーキペダルが動かされると、前記コントローラが、前記牽引モーター/発電機が発電機として機能し、前記エンジンによる被駆動モーター/発電機がモーターとして機能するように前記エンジンによる被駆動モーター/発電機及び前記牽引モーター/発電機を制御することによって応答するようになされた、車両電気駆動装置。 - 請求項8に記載の車両電気駆動装置であり、
左のブレーキ変換器が左のブレーキペダル位置信号を発生し、右のブレーキ変換器が右のブレーキペダル位置信号を発生し、
前記コントローラが、前記左及び右のブレーキペダル位置信号の最大値を選択し且つ当該最大値の関数として当該電気駆動装置を制御するようになされた、車両電気駆動装置。 - 請求項8に記載の車両電気駆動装置であり、
前記コントローラが、前記ブレーキペダルの適用の増大に応答して積極性を増大させて車両を減速するように機能するようになされた、車両電気駆動装置。 - 請求項8に記載の車両電気駆動装置であり、
前記コントローラが、前記ブレーキペダルの適用の減少に応答して積極性を増大させて車両を加速するように機能するようになされた、車両電気駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両電気駆動装置であり、
前記コントローラが、前記車両の突然の速度変化を防止するように機能するようになされた、車両電気駆動装置。
