Abstract
【解決手段】 霧化対象空間1に霧化電極2及びこれに対向する対向電極3を配置すると共に、霧化電極2と対向電極3との間に高電圧を印加して霧化電極2に供給される水を静電霧化するように構成する。霧化電極2に、霧化対象空間1に隣接する霧化対象空間1よりも低い温度の冷空間4との熱のやりとりで冷やされる伝熱部5を設ける。伝熱部5の冷却により霧化電極2に結露水を生成させて霧化電極2に水を供給する。

Claims (7)
- 霧化対象空間に霧化電極及びこれに対向する対向電極を配置すると共に、霧化電極と対向電極との間に高電圧を印加して霧化電極に供給される水を静電霧化するように構成し、上記霧化電極に、霧化対象空間に隣接する霧化対象空間よりも低い温度の冷空間との熱のやりとりで冷やされる伝熱部を設けると共に、伝熱部の冷却により霧化電極に結露水を生成させて霧化電極に水を供給することを特徴とする静電霧化装置。
- 霧化対象空間と冷空間との間を断熱材よりなる仕切り部で仕切り、該仕切り部の一部に仕切り部の他の部分よりも熱が伝わり易い部分を設け、この熱が伝わり易い部分に霧化電極の伝熱部を位置させて成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の静電霧化装置。
- 仕切り部の一部の肉厚を薄くして熱が伝わり易い部分を構成することを特長とする請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
- 仕切り部に霧化対象空間側に開口する凹部を形成して熱が伝わり易い部分を構成すると共に凹部内に伝熱部を挿入して成ることを特長とする請求項2又は請求項3記載の静電霧化装置。
- 霧化電極、対向電極、霧化電極と対向電極との間に高電圧を印加する高電圧印加部、静電霧化を行うための制御部を装置ハウジング内に収納し、装置ハウジングの後面に設けた孔部に伝熱部を臨ませ、装置ハウジングを霧化対象空間内の仕切り部に沿って配設すると共に伝熱部を仕切り部の熱が伝わり易い部分に対向させて成ることを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の静電霧化装置。
- 霧化電極に供給された水を静電霧化するために霧化電極と対向電極とが所定の電位差となるように電圧を印加するに当って、霧化電極側の電位を接地電位とするかまたは霧化電極側の電位を対向電極側の電位よりも接地電位に近い電位として成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載した静電霧化装置。
- 冷空間との熱のやりとりで冷やされる伝熱部の温度調整を行うための温度調整手段を設けて成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の静電霧化装置。
