Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a dentifrice composition that is excellent in the stability of dextranase in a preparation, has a less off-taste, and has a high cleaning feeling in the oral cavity after use.
Dextranase exhibits a caries prevention effect by decomposing plaque, and is therefore blended in the oral composition as an active ingredient.
On the other hand, surfactants are blended in the oral composition from the viewpoint of usability and usability, and in particular, a large amount of abrasive is blended in the dentifrice composition, ensuring sufficient foamability. Therefore, an anionic surfactant such as sodium lauryl sulfate is blended. However, a dentifrice composition containing an anionic surfactant such as sodium lauryl sulfate has the disadvantage that it is difficult to maintain the temporal stability of the enzyme due to its protein denaturing action, and a dentifrice containing a dextranase Also in the composition, a decrease in the aging stability of dextranase has been a problem.
For this reason, in a dentifrice composition containing dextranase, a technology for stabilizing the dextranase enzyme is essential in the preparation, and a specific non-anionic surfactant is added for stabilization. Is known to be useful. For example, a carboxylic acid type amphoteric surfactant (Patent Document 1; JP 58-225007 A), polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (Patent Document 2; JP 61-176518 A), glycerin fatty acid ester (Patent Document) 3; Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-181413), and examples in which fatty acid alkanolamides are blended (Patent Document 4; Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-187360).
However, with these technical means, protein denaturation by sodium lauryl sulfate may be improved to some extent, but when a large amount of nonionic surfactant is added, a unique taste is produced and sufficient oral dispersibility of the preparation is ensured. Can not do it. Moreover, when an amphoteric surfactant is blended in a large amount, a peculiar bitter taste is generated, and the feeling of use tends to deteriorate.
Further, in a composition for oral cavity containing glucanase and sodium lauryl sulfate, as a method for providing a dentifrice composition capable of ensuring enzyme stability while ensuring a good foaming amount of sodium lauryl sulfate, glucanase and A dentifrice composition containing sodium lauryl sulfate has a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether having an alkyl group having 14 to 18 carbon atoms and an ethylene oxide addition mole number of 3 to 8, and an ethylene oxide addition mole number. A technique of previously mixing and dispersing 10 to 80 polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil is disclosed (Patent Document 5; JP-A-2005-41787).
However, in the above proposal, there may be a bitter taste peculiar to nonionic surfactants, or it may be difficult to ensure a sufficient cleaning feeling after brushing the teeth, and a taste that greatly affects the feeling of use of the dentifrice and a feeling of cleaning after use. At the same time, it was sometimes difficult to maintain sufficiently.
Accordingly, there has been a demand for a dentifrice composition that has high stability of dextranase, has almost no peculiar taste unique to nonionic surfactants, and provides a cleaning feeling after brushing.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a dentifrice composition that exhibits excellent plaque removal effect by blending with dextranase in a stable manner, has less off-taste, and has a high cleaning feeling after toothpaste. The purpose is to provide.
As a result of diligent studies to achieve the above object, the present inventors, as a result, (A) dextranase, (B) polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil having an average added mole number of ethylene oxide of 10 to 30 mol, ( C) a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether having an alkyl group having 14 to 18 carbon atoms and an average addition mole number of ethylene oxide of 3 to 8 moles, and (D) a straight chain represented by the following general formula (1) By blending with at least one of these water-soluble polyphosphates, dextranase can be stabilized and formulated over time, exhibiting excellent plaque removal effect, and having a good feeling of use with almost no off-flavor And it discovered that the cleaning feeling after tooth brushing was also high, and came to make this invention.
In addition, linear polyphosphates such as sodium pyrophosphate are known as components for removing tooth stains (Patent Document 6: JP-A-9-175966, Patent Document 7: JP-A-10-182389). In addition, it is also known that a colored pellicle removal effect can be obtained by blending with an oral composition in combination with particles (see Patent Document 8: JP 2002-068947 A). However, in the present invention, by combining the components (A) to (C) and the component (D), the dextranase can be stably blended as will be apparent from the examples described later, and the nonionic surface activity It is possible to achieve a special operational effect that it has a good feeling of use with almost no off-taste derived from the agent and a high cleaning feeling after tooth brushing, and in particular contains linear polyphosphate This is considered to be derived from the improvement in plaque removal power of dextranase and the removal effect of linear polyphosphate.

The dentifrice composition of the present invention is stabilized and formulated with dextranase, exhibits an excellent plaque removing effect, has almost no off-taste, and has a high cleaning feeling after brushing.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail. The dentifrice composition of the present invention is prepared as a dentifrice such as a toothpaste and a liquid dentifrice.
(A) dextranase,
(B) polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil having an average addition mole number of ethylene oxide of 10 to 30 mol,
(C) polyoxyethylene alkyl ether having an alkyl group having 14 to 18 carbon atoms and an average added mole number of ethylene oxide of 3 to 8 mol, and (D) a linear water-soluble polyphosphate It is made.
(A) Examples of dextranase include dextranase obtained by known methods from known dextranase-producing bacteria belonging to the genus Ketomium, Penicillium, Aspergillus, Spicaria, Lactobacillus, Servibrio, etc. Also, dextranase produced from other microorganisms can be used, and commercially available products such as those manufactured by Sankyo Co., Ltd. can be used.
The blending amount of dextranase is preferably 2 to 200 units / g (U / g), particularly 10 to 50 units / g in the composition. If it is less than 2 units / g, a sufficient plaque removing effect cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 200 units / g, the stability may not be sufficient. Here, 1 unit of dextranase is the amount of dextranase that produces free reducing sugar corresponding to 1 μmol of glucose per minute when the reaction is carried out using dextran as a substrate. Usually, when 13,000 units / g are used, the amount of dextranase is 0.0154 to 1.54% (mass%, the same applies hereinafter) of the entire composition.
Next, as polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, those having an average added mole number of ethylene oxide of 10 to 30, preferably 20 to 30 are used in terms of dentifrice stability and dextranase stabilization effect. To do. If the average added mole number of ethylene oxide is less than 10 moles, the appearance may deteriorate due to liquid separation of the preparation, and if the added mole number exceeds 30, the dextranase stabilizing effect is inferior.
As such polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, for example, HCO-10, HCO-20, HCO-30 manufactured by Nikko Chemicals Co., Ltd., HC-10, HC-20, HC-30 manufactured by Nihon Emulsion Co., Ltd., Examples include BLAUNON RCW-20 manufactured by Aoki Oil & Fat Co., Ltd.
The blending amount of the polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil is preferably 0.3 to 5%, particularly 0.5 to 2% of the entire composition. If the blending amount is less than 0.3%, the dextranase stability may be lowered. If the blending amount exceeds 5%, there may be a problem in the feeling of use due to the special taste.
The polyoxyethylene alkyl ether used in the dentifrice composition of the present invention includes the following general formula (2)
R—O— (EO) n H (2)
(However, R represents an alkyl group having 14 to 18 carbon atoms, n represents 3 to 8, and EO represents ethylene oxide.)
The one shown in is used.
As the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, those having an alkyl group having 14 to 18 carbon atoms, preferably 16 to 18 carbon atoms, are used in terms of the stability of dentifrice and the stability of dextranase. When the carbon number of the alkyl group is less than 14, the stability of the preparation and the stability of dextranase are poor, and when the carbon number of the alkyl group exceeds 18, the dextranase stability is poor.
Specific examples of such polyoxyethylene alkyl ether include polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, polyoxyethylene myristyl ether, polyoxyethylene stearyl ether, and the like, and polyoxyethylene stearyl ether is particularly preferable.
Moreover, the average addition mole number of the ethylene oxide of the said polyoxyethylene alkyl ether is the range of 3-8 mol from the point of stability of a dentifrice, and dextranase stability, Preferably it is the range of 5-8 mol. When the average number of added moles is lower than 3 moles, liquid separation may occur in the preparation, resulting in poor dextranase stability. Moreover, when it exceeds 8 mol, it is inferior to dextranase stability.
A commercial item can be used as such a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether. Examples of commercially available products include polyoxyethylene (3) cetyl ether (EMALEX 103), polyoxyethylene (5) cetyl ether (EMALEX 105), polyoxyethylene (7) cetyl ether (EMALEX 107) and poly Examples thereof include oxyethylene (3) stearyl ether (EMALEX 603), polyoxyethylene (5) stearyl ether (EMALEX 605), polyoxyethylene (6) stearyl ether (EMALEX 606), polyoxyethylene (8) stearyl ether (EMALEX 608) and the like. . Among these, from the viewpoint of the stability and usability of dextranase, those having an ethylene oxide average addition mole number of 5 to 8 moles and an alkyl chain length of 16 to 18 carbon atoms are particularly preferred.
The blending amount of the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether is preferably 0.3 to 5%, particularly 0.5 to 2% of the entire composition. If the blending amount is less than 0.3%, the dextranase stability may decrease, and if it exceeds 5%, the feeling of use tends to deteriorate and liquid separation may occur in the preparation.
Next, the linear water-soluble polyphosphate has the following general formula (1):
M n + 2 P n O 3n + 1 (1)
(However, M represents Na or K, and n is an integer of 2 to 5.)
The sodium pyrophosphate having a polymerization degree of n = 2 (made by Taihei Chemical Sangyo Co., Ltd., Tohoku Chemical Co., Ltd.) or potassium pyrophosphate (manufactured by Taihei Chemical Sangyo Co., Ltd., Toa Gosei Chemical Co., Ltd.) Etc.), n = 3 sodium tripolyphosphate (manufactured by Taihei Chemical Sangyo Co., Ltd., Central Glass Co., Ltd., Nippon Builder Co., Ltd.) and potassium tripolyphosphate (manufactured by Taihei Chemical Sangyo Co., Ltd.) , N = 4 sodium tetrapolyphosphate (produced by Taihei Chemical Sangyo Co., Ltd.), n = 5 sodium pentapolyphosphate (produced by Taihei Chemical Sangyo Co., Ltd.) and the like. Alternatively, two or more kinds can be used in combination. When n is less than 2, a unique taste of nonionic surfactant is produced, and the cleaning feeling after brushing tends to be inferior. If n exceeds 5, the cleaning feeling after brushing tends to be inferior, and the stability of the preparation becomes poor. Among these, sodium tripolyphosphate (manufactured by Taihei Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) is particularly preferable from the viewpoint of effects.
The amount of the water-soluble polyphosphate is 0.1 to 3%, preferably 0.3 to 2%, more preferably 0.3 to 1.5% of the entire composition. If the blending amount is less than 0.1%, a peculiar taste of nonionic surfactant is generated, or the cleaning feeling after brushing is inferior.
