Abstract
【解決手段】被処理物中に浸漬して空気を吹き込んで曝気する曝気装置1において、被処理物が流入する開口部3aが下端に形成された下部筒体3と、下部筒体3の上部に連設された外筒4aとこの外筒内に間隔をおいて配置された内筒4bと天井部4cとで囲われた空間により形成された空気溜室4と、天井部4cに配置された、空気を被処理物に向けて噴出する複数の空気噴出ノズル6aを有する送気管6と、空気溜室外で送気管6の接続管6bに接続された加圧空気を供給する空気溜室外の加圧空気供給管7と、記空気溜室4の内筒4bに連設され、被処理物が流出する開口部5aが上端に形成された上部筒体5とを備える。

Claims (11)
- 被処理物中に浸漬して空気を吹き込んで曝気する曝気装置において、
被処理物が流入する開口部が下端に形成された下部筒体と、
前記下部筒体の上部に連設された外筒とこの外筒内に間隔をおいて配置された内筒と天井部で囲われた空間により形成された空気溜室と、
前記空気溜室内へ空気を噴出させる空気噴出装置と、
前記空気溜室外で前記空気噴出装置に接続された、加圧空気を供給する前記空気溜室外の加圧空気供給管とを備えたことを特徴とする曝気装置。 - 前記空気溜室の前記内筒に、前記被処理物が流出する開口部を上端に形成した上部筒体が連設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曝気装置。
- 前記上部筒体と前記空気溜室の前記内筒の接続部分で、上部筒体側の下端に環状の段部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の曝気装置。
- 前記空気噴出装置は、前記空気溜室内の前記天井部に配置された、空気を前記被処理物に向けて噴出する空気噴出ノズルを有する送気管が加圧空気供給管に接続管を介して接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置。
- 前記送気管の前記接続管の近傍で加圧空気供給管に逆止弁が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置。
- 前記下部筒体の形状が下端の前記開口部から上方向に末広がりであることを特徴とする請求項請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の記載の曝気装置。
- 前記空気溜室の前記内筒の下端の径が前記下部筒体の前記開口部の径より大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置。
- 前記空気溜室の前記内筒が上端から下方向に末広がりであることを特徴とする請求項請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置。
- 前記空気溜室の前記内筒が横断面円形で、且つ空気噴出ノズルの空気の噴射角度が内筒に向けて空気を噴射する方向に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置。
- 空気噴出ノズルの空気の噴射角度が前記内筒の接線方向に向けて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置。
- 前記内筒の下端の周縁に間隔をおいて切り欠きにより内筒内に通じる複数の空気進入口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の曝気装置。
