Abstract
【解決手段】 中心部分に貫通孔を有しかつ光入射側となる一方の面側に案内溝3を有する基板2と、前記基板2の前記案内溝3が形成された面上に形成された反射層4と、前記反射層4上に形成されかつ色素を含む有機物質で構成された記録層5と、前記記録層5上に設けられた光透過性のカバー層6と、を有する光情報記録媒体1において、前記カバー層6は硬化性樹脂で形成され、前記記録層5と向き合う界面領域の弾性率が25℃で40MPa以下であることを特徴とする。

中心部分に貫通孔を有しかつトラックピッチ0.32μmの案内溝を有する外径120mm、厚さ1.1mmの円板状のポリカーボネート製の基板を、射出成形によって作成した。この基板の案内溝が形成された面にAg合金をスパッタリングして100nmの厚さの反射層を形成した。その後図8に示すアゾ系色素をTFP溶剤に溶かした色素溶液をスピンコート法により塗布し、80℃で30分間乾燥して記録層を形成した。これを試験する試料の数だけ用意した。
中心部分に貫通孔を有しかつトラックピッチ0.32μmの案内溝を有する外径120mm、厚さ1.1mmの円板状のポリカーボネート製の基板を、射出成形によって作成した。この基板の案内溝が形成された面にAg合金をスパッタリングして100nmの厚さの反射層を形成した。その後図8に示すアゾ系色素をTFP溶剤に溶かした色素溶液をスピンコート法により塗布し、80℃で30分間乾燥して記録層を形成した。これを試験する試料の数だけ用意した。

Claims (4)
- 中心部分に貫通孔を有しかつ光入射側となる一方の面側に螺旋状の案内溝を有する基板と、前記基板の前記案内溝が形成された面上に形成された反射層と、前記反射層上に形成された色素を含む有機物質で構成された記録層と、前記記録層上に形成された光透過性のカバー層と、を有する光情報記録媒体において、
前記カバー層は硬化性樹脂で形成され、前記記録層と向き合う界面領域の弾性率が25℃で40MPa以下である
ことを特徴とする光情報記録媒体。 - 前記カバー層は、第一の樹脂層と、前記第一の樹脂層より弾性率の低い第二の樹脂層とで構成され、前記界面領域は前記第二の樹脂層で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光情報記録媒体。
- 前記基板の案内溝上における前記界面領域の厚さが19〜30μmであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光情報記録媒体。
- 前記記録層と前記カバー層の間に保護層が設けられており、該保護層の押込み塑性・弾性が40%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光情報記録媒体。
