Abstract
【解決手段】耐火原料の表面に触媒として、V、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Mo、Pd、Rh、WおよびPtからなる群のうち1種または2種以上の金属、その金属の酸化物または金属塩が被覆された触媒被覆耐火原料と、有機高分子樹脂またはその前駆体を原料とし、これらを混練、成形、熱処理することによって、組織中にナノカーボンチューブが均一に分散されたナノカーボン含有耐火物とする。

Claims (4)
- 耐火原料の表面に触媒として、V、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Mo、Pd、Rh、WおよびPtからなる群のうち1種または2種以上の金属、その金属の酸化物または金属塩が被覆された触媒被覆耐火原料と、有機高分子樹脂またはその前駆体を原料としたナノカーボン含有耐火物。
- 耐火原料の平均粒径が100μm以下である請求項1に記載のナノカーボン含有耐火物。
- 触媒の被覆量が触媒被覆耐火原料の0.1〜30質量%である請求項1または請求項2に記載のナノカーボン含有耐火物。
- 耐火原料が、マグネシア、アルミナ、スピネル、カルシア、ドロマイト、シリカ、クロミア、ジルコニア、チタニアおよびムライトからなる群のうち1種または2種以上からなる請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載のナノカーボン含有耐火物。
