Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、電気的に接続された極巻き線をもつ突極を備える同期機に関する。さらに本発明は、風力発電設備、および風力発電設備の同期機をモニタする方法に関する。同期機は、少なくとも1つの極巻き線を備える複数の極をそれぞれ有するローターを備え、複数の極の極巻き線は、励磁電流が流れる第1の導体により相互に電気的に接続される。所定の信号によって作用されるモニタ導体が、第1の導体に対して実質的に平行に配置され、モニタ導体は、上記信号を検出する信号検出装置と接続され、第1の導体の遮断が生じるとき、モニタ導体の信号変化により遮断が検出され、信号検出装置は制御装置に接続され、制御装置は第1の導体を流れる励磁電流を少なくとも減少させるか、好ましくは切る。

Claims (10)
- ロータとそのロータに接続された発電機とを備える風力発電設備であって、前記発電機が前記風力発電設備の運転中に電力を生成し、前記発電機は、少なくとも1つの極巻き線をそれぞれ備える複数の極を有するロータを備える同期機であり、
前記複数の極の前記極巻き線は、励磁電流が流れる第1の導体が前記極巻き線を直列に接続する各電気的接続による接続位置で電気的に接続され、
所定の信号に対するモニタ導体が、前記複数の極巻き線の電気的接続の領域において前記第1の導体に対して実質的に平行かつ隣接して配置され、
前記モニタ導体は前記信号を検出する信号検出装置に結合されるかまたは接続され、
前記第1の導体において前記電気的接続のうちの1つの遮断が生じるとき、前記遮断における励磁電流の結果として電気的アークが形成され、前記電気的アークにより、前記モニタ導体は、前記モニタ導体の信号変化により前記第1の導体における遮断が検出可能になるように、遮断され、
前記信号検出装置が、前記第1の導体を流れる励磁電流を少なくとも減少させるか、または切る制御装置に接続されることを特徴とする風力発電設備。 - 前記モニタ導体が、前記第1の導体における電気的接続の周りをらせん構造で巻かれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の風力発電設備。
- 前記モニタ導体が、導電体および/または光伝導体であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の風力発電設備。
- 所定の信号により前記モニタ導体に作用する装置が、冗長の設計であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の風力発電設備。
- 前記所定の信号により前記モニタ導体に作用する装置が、所定の信号により前記導体に作用する第1および第2の装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の風力発電設備。
- 前記所定の信号により前記モニタ導体に作用する前記第1および第2の装置が、1つの構造ユニットを形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の風力発電設備。
- 同期機の作動をモニタする方法において、前記同期機は、極巻き線を含む複数の極を備えるロータを有する風力発電設備の発電機であり、前記複数の極の前記極巻き線は、前記極巻き線を介して励磁電流が流れる第1の導体が前記極巻き線を直列に接続する各電気的接続による接続位置で電気的に相互に接続され、
前記方法は、
前記電気的接続に対して実質的に平行かつ隣接したモニタ導体を用いて、前記電気的接続位置をモニタするステップ;
所定の信号により前記モニタ導体に作用するステップ;
前記モニタ導体に所定の信号が存在するか否かをモニタするステップ;
前記励磁電流の結果として前記第1の導体における前記電気的接続のうちの1つの遮断が生じて電気的アークが形成されるとき、前記所定の信号に障害または大きな変化が現れると、前記電気的接続における電気的遮断を認識するステップ;および
制御装置に前記励磁電流を減少させるかまたは完全に切らせるステップ
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 並列接続された前記極巻き線にてなる複数のグループが存在するとき、前記方法は、
前記電気的遮断を含む極巻き線にてなるグループでは励磁電流を切るステップと、
前記極巻き線の他のグループでは対照的に前記励磁電流を維持するステップと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記風力発電設備のポッドの位置に配置された発電機から、前記風力発電設備のパイロンのベースの位置まで、発電された電力を流すようになっている電流バスをさらに備え、
前記発電された電力が、電力供給網に供給できるように処理され、
所定の信号により作用されるモニタ導体が、前記電流バスに対して実質的に平行に配置され、
前記モニタ導体(ヒューズワイヤ)は前記信号を検出する信号検出装置に結合されるかまたは接続され、
前記電流バスに遮断が生じると前記モニタ導体においても遮断が生じ、前記遮断は前記モニタ導体の信号変化により検出され、
前記信号を検出する前記信号検出装置が前記電流バスを流れる電流を少なくとも減少させるか、または切るように構成された制御装置に接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の風力発電設備。 - 前記モニタ導体が、個々の前記電流バスまたは前記電流バスのグループの周りに巻かれて、実質的に前記電流バスの始点から終点まで平行に延在することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の風力発電設備。
