Abstract
【解決手段】車両用排気系構造10は、車両の排気系路に設けられ排気ガスと冷媒との熱交換を行う熱交換部14Aを有する排気系熱交換器14が、サポートロッド78を介して車体に支持されている。サポートロッド78は、該排気系熱交換器14の隔壁パイプ26における熱交換部14A以外の部分を構成する外郭部である排気ガス排出部26Dに固定され、熱交換部14Aの側方に配置されたサポートゴム84によって車体に支持されている。

Description
図5には、車両用排気系構造10の概略全体構成が平面図にて示されており、図6には車両用排気系構造10が側面図にて示されている。これらの図に示される如く、車両用排気系構造10は、上流から順に、排気ガスを浄化するための触媒コンバータ12、エンジンの暖機促進や暖房維持のために排気ガスの熱回収する排気系熱交換器14、排気音を低減(消音)するためのマフラ16が設けられ、これらの機器が排気管18にて直列に連通されている。
排気系熱交換器14は、排気ガスの熱を冷媒としてのエンジン冷却水に回収する構成とされており、図2に示される如く該排気ガスの流路とエンジン冷却水の流路とを隔てる隔壁パイプ26を備えている。この実施形態では、隔壁パイプ26は、そのパイプ壁の内外に螺旋状に形成された螺旋溝26A、26Bが形成されている。螺旋溝26A、螺旋溝26Bは、排気ガスとエンジン冷却水との熱交換を行う熱交換部14Aの略全長に亘り形成されており、隔壁パイプ26の前後は、熱交換部14Aに対し前後にそれぞれ延設された排気ガス導入部26C、排気ガス排出部26Dとされている。
図3に示される如く、隔壁パイプ26における排気系熱交換器14の外郭の一部を成す排気ガス排出部26D(アウタパイプ32とエンドパイプ40との間で露出する部分)には、排気系熱交換器14(を含む排気系)を車体に対し支持するための被支持部材としてのサポートロッド78が固定されている。

Claims (5)
- 車両の排気系路に設けられ、排気ガスと冷媒との熱交換を行う熱交換部を有する排気系熱交換器と、
前記排気系熱交換器における前記熱交換部以外の部分を構成する外郭部に固定され、支持手段によって車体に支持される被支持部材と、
を備えた排気系熱交換器の支持構造。 - 前記排気系熱交換器は、軸心部に設けられ前記熱交換部をバイパスするためのバイパス管部を有しており、
前記被支持部材は、前記排気系熱交換器の外郭部における前記熱交換部に対する排気ガス流れ方向の上流又は下流で、かつ該排気ガス流れ方向において前記バイパス管部とオーバラップする部分に固定されている請求項1記載の排気系熱交換器の支持構造。 - 前記被支持部材は、前記排気系熱交換器の熱交換部に対し排気ガス流れ方向にオーバラップして位置する被支持部を有し、
前記支持手段は、前記一端側が前記被支持部材の被支持部に取り付けられ、他端側が車体に支持された弾性支持部材を含んで構成されている請求項1又は請求項2記載の排気系熱交換器の支持構造。 - 車両の排気系路に設けられ、排気ガスと冷媒との熱交換を行う熱交換部を有する排気系熱交換器と、
前記排気系路の構成部品に設けられ、前記排気系熱交換器の熱交換部に対し排気ガス流れ方向にオーバラップした被支持部を有する被支持部材と、
一端側が前記被支持部材の被支持部に取り付けられ、他端側が車体に支持された弾性支持部材と、
を備えた排気系熱交換器の支持構造。 - 前記排気系熱交換器の熱交換部は、前記冷媒の流路が最外層に配置されている請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか1項記載の排気系熱交換器の支持構造。
