Abstract
【解決手段】断熱防壁10、12の継ぎ目18に位置するように、FRC継ぎ板30がFRC補強板16に接着剤により接合されており、FRC補強板とFRC継ぎ板との間に、接着剤40の厚さを均一に維持させる間隔維持手段50が介在される断熱防壁接合構造である。間隔維持手段は、複数のワイヤー、複数のビーズ、繊維マット、またはFRC継ぎ板の一面に形成されている複数の突起と溝のいずれか一つからなる。断熱防壁接合方法は、断熱防壁の継ぎ目の周囲のFRC補強板に間隔維持手段を配列し、間隔維持手段上に接着剤を塗布する。また、接着剤にFRC継ぎ板を貼り付け、FRC補強板に対してFRC継ぎ板を押圧した後、接着剤を硬化させ、FRC継ぎ板をFRC補強板に接合する。

Claims (17)
- 断熱フォームと、この断熱フォームの表面に貼り付けられている繊維強化複合材料補強板とからなり、液化天然ガス運搬船のタンクに互いに隣接して設けられ、保冷を行う断熱防壁の継ぎ目を接合するための液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合構造において、
前記断熱防壁の継ぎ目に位置するように、繊維強化複合材料継ぎ板が前記繊維強化複合材料補強板に接着剤により接合されており、前記繊維強化複合材料補強板と前記繊維強化複合材料継ぎ板との間に、前記接着剤の厚さを均一に維持させる間隔維持手段が介在されていることを特徴とする液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合構造。 - 前記間隔維持手段は、複数のワイヤー、複数のビーズ、繊維マットのいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合構造。
- 前記間隔維持手段は、前記繊維強化複合材料補強板と接する前記繊維強化複合材料継ぎ板の一面に形成されている複数の突起と溝のいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合構造。
- 断熱フォームと、この断熱フォームの表面に貼り付けられている繊維強化複合材料補強板とからなり、液化天然ガス運搬船のタンクに互いに隣接して設けられ、保冷を行う断熱防壁の継ぎ目を接合するための液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合構造において、
前記断熱防壁の継ぎ目に位置するように、プリプレグ継ぎ板が前記繊維強化複合材料補強板に接合されており、前記繊維強化複合材料補強板と前記プリプレグ継ぎ板との間に、間隔を維持させる間隔維持手段が介在されていることを特徴とする液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合構造。 - 前記間隔維持手段は、複数のワイヤー、複数のビーズ、繊維マットのいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合構造。
- 前記間隔維持手段は、前記繊維強化複合材料補強板と接する前記プリプレグ継ぎ板の一面に形成されている複数の突起と溝のいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合構造。
- 断熱フォームと、この断熱フォームの表面に貼り付けられている繊維強化複合材料補強板とからなり、液化天然ガス運搬船のタンクに互いに隣接して設けられ、保冷を行う断熱防壁の継ぎ目を接合するための液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合構造において、
前記断熱防壁の継ぎ目に位置するように、繊維強化複合材料継ぎ板が前記繊維強化複合材料補強板に接合されており、前記繊維強化複合材料補強板と前記繊維強化複合材料継ぎ板との間に、間隔を維持させる間隔維持手段が介在されており、前記繊維強化複合材料補強板と前記繊維強化複合材料継ぎ板のいずれか一つはプリプレグからなることを特徴とする液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合構造。 - 前記間隔維持手段は、複数のワイヤー、複数のビーズ、繊維マットのいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合構造。
- 前記間隔維持手段は、前記繊維強化複合材料補強板と前記繊維強化複合材料継ぎ板のいずれか一面に形成されている複数の突起と溝のいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合構造。
- 断熱フォームと、この断熱フォームの表面に貼り付けられている繊維強化複合材料補強板とからなり、液化天然ガス運搬船のタンクに互いに隣接して設けられ、保冷を行う断熱防壁の継ぎ目を接合するための液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合方法であって、
前記断熱防壁の継ぎ目の周囲の前記繊維強化複合材料補強板に間隔維持手段を配列するステップと、
前記間隔維持手段上に接着剤を塗布するステップと、
前記接着剤に繊維強化複合材料継ぎ板を貼り付けるステップと、
前記繊維強化複合材料補強板に対して前記繊維強化複合材料継ぎ板を押圧するステップと、
前記接着剤を硬化させ、前記繊維強化複合材料継ぎ板を前記繊維強化複合材料補強板に接合するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合方法。 - 前記間隔維持手段は、複数のワイヤー、複数のビーズ、繊維マットのいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合方法。
- 前記間隔維持手段は、前記繊維強化複合材料補強板と接する前記繊維強化複合材料継ぎ板の一面に形成されている複数の突起と溝のいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合方法。
- 断熱フォームと、この断熱フォームの表面に貼り付けられている繊維強化複合材料補強板とからなり、液化天然ガス運搬船のタンクに互いに隣接して設けられ、保冷を行う断熱防壁の継ぎ目を接合するための液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合方法であって、
前記断熱防壁の継ぎ目の周囲の前記繊維強化複合材料補強板に間隔維持手段を配列するステップと、
前記間隔維持手段にプリプレグ継ぎ目を貼り付けるステップと、
前記繊維強化複合材料補強板に対して前記プリプレグ継ぎ板を押圧して接合するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合方法。 - 前記間隔維持手段は、複数のワイヤー、複数のビーズ、繊維マットのいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合方法。
- 前記間隔維持手段は、前記繊維強化複合材料補強板と接する前記プリプレグ継ぎ板の一面に形成されている複数の突起と溝のいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合方法。
- 断熱フォームと、この断熱フォームの表面に貼り付けられている繊維強化複合材料補強板とからなり、液化天然ガス運搬船のタンクに互いに隣接して設けられ、保冷を行う断熱防壁の継ぎ目を接合するための液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合方法であって、
前記断熱防壁の継ぎ目の周囲の前記繊維強化複合材料補強板にプリプレグシートを積層するステップと、
前記プリプレグシート上に繊維強化複合材料継ぎ板を積層するステップと、
前記繊維強化複合材料補強板、プリプレグシート、繊維強化複合材料継ぎ板を同時硬化により接合するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合方法。 - 前記繊維強化複合材料補強板と繊維強化複合材料継ぎ板は、プリプレグからなることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の液化天然ガス運搬船の断熱防壁接合方法。
