Abstract
【解決手段】導線及びその表面を被覆する絶縁皮膜を有する絶縁電線であって、前記絶縁皮膜が、ポリアミドイミド樹脂及びポリアミド酸を含有する絶縁被覆材料を、直接又は他の絶縁被覆材料からなる絶縁層を介して前記導線上に塗布し、焼き付け処理を施して形成した絶縁層を少なくとも1層有し、前記ポリアミドイミド樹脂が、その分子末端イソシアネート官能基をブロック剤で封止したポリアミドイミド樹脂であることを特徴とする絶縁電線。

Description
(絶縁被覆材料の作製)
分子量16500、固形分27%、粘度3600mPa・sのポリアミドイミド樹脂ワニス(田岡化学工業社製 商品名:AE2)600gに、ブロック剤として、メタノール3gを加え、70℃で2時間反応させて、末端イソシアネート官能基が封止されたポリアミドイミド樹脂603gを得た。
ポリアミドイミド樹脂とポリアミド酸の配合比率(重量比)が70:30の場合(実施例4の配合比率)について、このようにして得られた混合後の絶縁被覆材料の粘度を、B型粘度計(ローターNo.3、回転数12rpm)を用いて測定したところ、5000mPa・s(測定温度:30℃)であり、塗装可能とされる粘度(10000mPa・s)を下回り、十分塗装可能な粘度であった。
前記の6種の絶縁被覆材料のそれぞれを、径1.0mmの銅線の外周に塗布し、焼き付け炉を用いて焼き付けし、皮膜厚さ32〜34μmの絶縁電線を得た。
得られた絶縁電線に、0、10、20、30%の予備伸張を加えた後、JIS C−3003に基づく手法により、可撓性試験を行った。評価は、巻線を1.0mmの丸棒に30ターン巻付けて皮膜割れを生じたターン数を数え、n/30(30ターン中、nターン割れ)と表記した。
得られた絶縁電線から、導体を取り除いたチューブ状のフィルム(絶縁皮膜)を取り出し、表1に示す項目につき下記に示す方法で測定評価した。結果を、表1に併せて示す。
TMAとMDIをNM2P中で反応させて得られたポリアミドイミド樹脂ワニス(分子量22000、固形分23%、粘度4300mPa・s)600gに、ブロック剤として、メタノール3gを加え、70℃で2時間反応させて、末端イソシアネート官能基が封止されたポリアミドイミド樹脂603gを得た。この末端イソシアネート官能基が封止されたポリアミドイミド樹脂を用いた以外は、実施例1〜6と同様な方法により絶縁電線を作製し、同じ項目について測定、評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。
TMAとMDIをNM2P中で反応させて得られたポリアミドイミド樹脂ワニス(分子量5500、固形分30%)600gに、ブロック剤として、メタノール3gを加え、70℃で2時間反応させて、末端イソシアネート官能基が封止されたポリアミドイミド樹脂603gを得た。この末端イソシアネート官能基が封止されたポリアミドイミド樹脂を用いた以外は、実施例1〜6と同様な方法により絶縁電線を作製し、同じ項目について測定、評価を行った。結果を表3に示す。
実施例1〜6に用いたものと同じ末端封止されたポリアミドイミド樹脂のみ(比較例1)、又はポリイミド樹脂ワニスのみ(比較例2)を用いて、実施例1〜6と同様な方法により絶縁電線を作製し、同じ項目について測定、評価を行った。結果を表1に併せて示す。
実施例7〜12に用いたものと同じ末端封止されたポリアミドイミド樹脂を用い、ポリイミド樹脂ワニスを用いないで、実施例1〜6と同様な手法により絶縁電線を作製し、同じ項目について測定、評価を行った。結果を表2に併せて示す。
実施例13〜18に用いたものと同じ末端封止されたポリアミドイミド樹脂を用い、ポリイミド樹脂ワニスを用いないで、実施例1〜6と同様な手法により絶縁電線を作製し、同じ項目について測定、評価を行った。結果を表3に併せて示す。
Claims (4)
- 導線及びその表面を被覆する絶縁皮膜を有する絶縁電線であって、
前記絶縁皮膜が、ポリアミドイミド樹脂及びポリアミド酸を含有する絶縁被覆材料を、直接又は他の絶縁被覆材料からなる絶縁層を介して前記導線上に塗布し、焼き付け処理を施して形成した絶縁層を少なくとも1層有し、
前記ポリアミドイミド樹脂が、その分子末端イソシアネート官能基をブロック剤で封止したポリアミドイミド樹脂であることを特徴とする絶縁電線。 - 前記ポリアミドイミド樹脂の数平均分子量が、10000以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絶縁電線。
- 前記絶縁被覆材料が、前記ポリアミド酸を、前記ポリアミドイミド樹脂とポリアミド酸の合計含有量に対し5〜50wt%含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の絶縁電線。
- 前記導線の断面形状が、六角形又は矩形であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の絶縁電線。
