Claims (35)
- トロイダル構造を有する、タイヤ加硫装置用の膨張性ブラダであって、
― 第1のエラストマ材料の少なくとも1つの第1の層(8)及び前記第1のエラストマ材料と異なる第2のエラストマ材料の1つの第2の層(9)を備え、
― 前記第2の層(9)が前記第1の層(8)の半径方向外部の位置にあり、
― 前記第1及び第2の層(8、9)が波状界面輪郭(10)を有し、
― 前記界面輪郭(10)が前記第1のエラストマ材料と第2のエラストマ材料との間の機械的係合要素(10a)を画定する膨張性ブラダ。 - 固定テールピース(1a)を載せる少なくとも1つの周縁部を有する請求項1に記載のブラダ。
- 前記界面輪郭(10)が波高さ(H)と波ピッチ(P)とを有し、前記波高さ(H)は、前記波ピッチ(P)の10分の1よりも高いか又はそれと同じ高さである請求項1に記載のブラダ。
- 前記波高さ(H)が前記波ピッチ(P)の半分よりも高い請求項3に記載のブラダ。
- 前記機械的係合要素(10a)が相互アンダーカット拘束の部分(10b)を有する請求項1に記載のブラダ。
- 前記第1の層(8)の半径方向内部の位置に、少なくとも前記第1のエラストマ材料と架橋されたエラストマ材料の第3の層(11)が配置される請求項1に記載のブラダ。
- 前記第2の層(9)の半径方向外部の位置において、前記第1及び第2のエラストマ材料の少なくとも一方と架橋されたエラストマ材料の第4の層(12)が配置される請求項1に記載のブラダ。
- 前記第1のエラストマ材料が高分子ブチル基剤を含み、さらに前記第2のエラストマ材料が高分子シリコーン基剤を含む請求項1に記載のブラダ。
- タイヤ加硫装置用の膨張性ブラダを製造する方法であって、
― 第1の未加工エラストマ材料を含む少なくとも1つの第1の細長要素(13)と、前記第1のエラストマ材料のものと異なる組成を有する第2の未加工エラストマ材料を含む少なくとも1つの第2の細長要素(14)とを準備する工程、
― 前記第1のエラストマ材料の第1の層(8)を形成するように前記トロイダル支持体(18)の幾何学的軸(X)回りに巻かれたコイルの形態で前記トロイダル支持体(18)上に前記第1の細長要素(13)を配置する工程、
― 前記第1の層(8)の半径方向外部位置に前記第2のエラストマ材料の第2の層(9)を形成するように前記トロイダル支持体(18)の幾何学的軸(X)回りに巻かれたコイルの形態で前記トロイダル支持体(18)上に前記第2の細長要素(14)を配置する工程、
― 前記第1及び第2の層(8、9)が波状界面輪郭(10)を有し、前記界面輪郭(10)が第1及び第2エラストマ材料間に機械的係合要素(10a)を画定する工程、
― 前記ブラダを加硫化する工程、
を含む方法。 - 前記界面輪郭(10)が波高さ(H)及び波ピッチ(P)を有し、前記波高さ(H)は少なくとも前記波ピッチ(P)の10分の1と同じ高さである請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記波高さ(H)が前記波ピッチ(P)の半分よりも高い請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記機械的係合要素(10)が相互アンダーカット拘束の部分(10b)を有する請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の細長要素(8、9)の少なくとも一方が扁平断面構造を有する請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の細長要素(8、9)の少なくとも一方が実質的に三角形断面構造を有する請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の細長要素(8、9)の少なくとも一方が実質的に台形断面構造を有する請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記配置工程中に前記トロイダル支持体(18)の幾何学的軸(X)回りに巻かれる連続帯状要素(20)を作製するのと同じ長手方向延長上で第1及び第2の細長要素(8、9)を相互に結合する工程をさらに含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記結合工程が、前記配置工程前に実行される請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記連続帯状要素(20)の作製は、
― 第1の分配部材(15)を通して前記第1の細長要素(13)を分配する工程、
― 前記第1の細長要素(13)の分配と同時に第2の分配部材(16)を通して前記第2の細長要素(14)を分配する工程、
― 相互結合の点に向かって、互いに対し収束方向に前記第1及び第2の細長要素(8、9)を案内する工程、
を含む請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記第1及び第2の細長要素(8、9)の分配が、前記第1及び第2の分配部材の一部である、第1及び第2の押出機(15、16)のそれぞれを介する押出によって行われる請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記連続帯状要素(20)が同押出機(26)を介する前記第1及び第2の細長要素(13、14)の同時押出によって造られる請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記結合工程が、前記トロイダル支持体(18)上に位置する、前記細長要素(8、9)間の相互結合の点において、前記トロイダル支持体(18)上の前記帯状要素(20)の巻き取りと同時に実行される請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記結合工程が、前記トロイダル支持体(18)の上流に位置する、前記細長要素(8、9)間の相互結合の点において、前記トロイダル支持体(18)上の前記帯状要素(20)の巻き取りと同時に実行される請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の細長要素(13、14)が、周方向に互いに間隔を空けた点(A、B)において前記トロイダル支持体(18)上に同時に配置される請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記結合工程に続いて、前記細長要素(8、9)のそれぞれが他方の細長要素の基礎部分と一体の基礎部分(21、22)を有し、さらに前記細長要素(8、9)の一方が前記基礎部分(21、22)の相互配列方向(D)に対し前記基礎部分(21、22)から横方向に突き出ている頂点(23、24)を有する請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の細長要素(8、9)が前記基礎部分(21、22)の相互配列の方向(D)を横切る相互オフセット位置において結合されるので、各細長要素(13、14)が、他方の細長要素の頂点に対し逆方向に突き出る前記頂点(23、24)を有することができる請求項24に記載の方法。
- 細長要素(8、9)の前記頂点(23、24)が他方の細長要素の基礎部分(21、22)に対し上に折り返される請求項24あるいは25に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の細長要素(8、9)のそれぞれの配置は、
― 細長要素をトロイダル支持体自体の上に付与するために前記トロイダル支持体(18)に近接して配置された分配部材(15、16、17)から前記細長要素(8、9)を分配する工程、
― 前記細長要素が前記トロイダル支持体(18)上の周方向に分配されるように、前記トロイダル支持体(18)に幾何学的回転軸(X)回りの周方向分配用の回転運動を与える工程、
― 前記コイルを形成するために前記トロイダル支持体(18)と前記分配部材(15、16、17)との間で制御された相対的横方向分配移動を実行する工程、
を含む請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記トロイダル支持体(18)上に、前記第1の層(8)の半径方向内部に少なくとも1つの第3の層(11)を付与する工程をさらに含み、その第3の層(11)が前記第1のエラストマ層と架橋可能なエラストマ材料のものである請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の層(9)の半径方向外部位置に第4の層(12)を付与する工程をさらに含み、前記第4の層(12)が少なくとも前記第2のエラストマ材料と架橋可能なエラストマ材料のものである請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のエラストマ材料が高分子ブチル基剤を含み、さらに前記第2のエラストマ材料が高分子シリコーン基剤を含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- ブラダ加硫工程(1)中に、前記型にエラストマ材料を射出する少なくとも1つの工程が実行されて、前記ブラダ(1)上に少なくとも1つの追加被覆層を形成する請求項9に記載の方法。
- タイヤを製造する方法であって、
― グリーンタイヤ(6)を構築する工程、
― 前記グリーンタイヤ(6)を型(3)に挿入する工程、
― 前記グリーンタイヤ(6)に熱を供給し、前記グリーンタイヤ(6)を構成するエラストマ材料の架橋を得る工程、
― 前記グリーンタイヤが前記型(3)内に包囲されるとき、前記タイヤ(6)内に配置された膨張性ブラダ(1)の膨張を介して前記型(3)の壁に対し前記グリーンタイヤ(6)を成形する工程、
― 成形され、加硫されたタイヤ(6)を前記型(3)から取り出す工程、を含み、
前記膨張性ブラダ(1)がトロイダル構造を有し、
― 第1のエラストマ材料の少なくとも1つの第1の層(8)と、前記第1のエラストマ材料と異なる第2のエラストマ材料の1つの第2の層(9)とを備え、
― 前記第2の層(9)が前記第1の層(8)の半径方向外部の位置にあり、
― 前記第1及び第2の層(8、9)が波状界面輪郭(10)を有し、
― 前記界面輪郭(10)が前記第1及び第2のエラストマ材料間の機械的係合要素(10a)を画定する、方法。 - 前記膨張性ブラダ(1)が請求項2〜8のいずれか一項に記載のように定義される、請求項32に記載のタイヤを製造する方法。
- 車輪のタイヤ用の加硫装置であって、
― タイヤ(6)のトレッドバンドにトレッドパターン及び同タイヤ(6)のサイドウオールに複数のグラフィックマークを、成形することによって、画定するように適合された複数の側板部(4)及びセクター部(5)を有する型(3)、
― グリーンタイヤ(6)の架橋を可能にするために加硫対象の前記グリーンタイヤ(6)に熱を供給し、前記型(3)と動作的に連動される装置、
― 前記グリーンタイヤ(6)の内部から外部に圧力を加えて、成形工程中に前記グリーンタイヤを前記型(3)の前記側板部(4)及びセクター部(5)と接触させるように、前記型(3)と動作的に連動された膨張性ブラダ(1)、を備え、
前記膨張性ブラダ(1)はトロイダル構造を有し、
― 第1のエラストマ材料の少なくとも1つの第1の層(8)、及び前記第1のエラストマ材料と異なる第2のエラストマ材料の1つの第2の層(9)を備え、
― 前記第2の層(9)が前記第1の層(8)の半径方向外部の位置にあり、
― 前記第1及び第2の層(8、9)が波状界面輪郭(10)を有し、
― 前記界面輪郭(10)が前記第1及び第2のエラストマ材料間の機械的係合要素(10a)を画定する加硫装置。 - 前記膨張性ブラダ(1)が請求項2〜8のいずれか一項に記載のように定義される請求項34に記載の車輪のタイヤ用の加硫装置。
