Claims (5)
- ベースと、
前記ベースに固定されたピボット周りに振動するピボットアームと、
前記ピボットアームに取り付けられ、ベルトと係合するプーリーと、
前記ピボットに対して作用径の場所で前記ピボットアームと作用的に接続される第1の端部を有する圧縮バネと、
前記ピボットアームの振動を抑える減衰機構とを備え、
前記ピボットアームが、前記ピボットアームとともに動き、前記ピボットから所定距離だけ離れていて、概して前記圧縮バネの第2端部と前記ピボットの方向に向けられた弧状凹面を有し、
前記減衰機構は、前記ピボットアームの前記弧状凹面と摺動自在に係合する弧状摩擦凸面と、前記バネの第2の端部を向くとともに前記第2の端部に取り付けられるバネ受け部と、前記ベースに固定された突起部と係合する表面部とを有する可動シューを備え、
前記バネは、前記シューに対してバネ力を作用させ、前記シューは前記弧状凸面を前記弧状凹面に向けて押し、それに対して前記弧状凹面が前記シューに対して反作用の力を生じさせ、前記バネ力と前記反作用が組み合わされて前記シューを前記突起部に向けて押し、
さらに、
工具受け部を有し、前記ベースから延びる調整部と、
前記ピボットアーム上にあるインジケータ部と、
前記ピボットアーム上の前記インジケータ部と協同してあらかじめ定められた圧縮バネの力を示すために前記ベースに配置された指示部と
を備えたことを特徴とする調整可能なテンショナ。 - 前記シューの前記表面部と前記突起部が、前記圧縮バネの長手軸方向から所定角度の方向に沿って置かれた互いに自在な傾斜面として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記ピボットアームの弧状凹面が実質的に前記ピボットに対して同軸であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記工具受け部が、穴を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記工具受け部が、前記ピボットに関して前記減衰機構を超えて径方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
