Claims (17)
- 異なった位相位置の局所的に強度変調された光の走査をするための感光領域(3)を有する受信格子(1.7)を有し、受信格子(1.7)が、ドーピングされたp層(1.2.1)と本来のi層(1.2.2)とドーピングされたn層(1.2.3)とから成る半導体層積層体(1.2)を備える、光学位置測定システム用の走査ヘッドにおいて、
感光領域(3)が、ドーピングされた2つの層の第1の層(1.2.1)と本来の層(1.2.2)の少なくとも一部とを共有し、ドーピングされた2つの層の第2の層(1.2.3)の中断によって電気的に互いに分離されていることを特徴とする走査ヘッド。 - 半導体層積層体(1.2)が、背面接点(1.4)を従えて、導電性の同様に透明な電極(1.3)を有する透明なサブストレート(1.1)上に配設されており、従って、
−透明なサブストレート(1.1)と、
−導電性の電極(1.3)と、
−ドーピングされた第1の層又はp層(1.2.1)と、
−本来の層(1.2.2)と、
−ドーピングされた第2の層又はn層(1.2.3)と、
−背面接点(1.4)と、
による層構造が得られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の走査ヘッド。 - 感光領域(3)が、背面接点(1.4)によって定義されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の走査ヘッド。
- サブストレート(1.1)上に送信格子(1.5)が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の走査ヘッド。
- 送信格子(1.5)が、受信格子(1.7)の面重心内に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の走査ヘッド。
- 送信格子(1.5)が、完全に受信格子(1.7)によって取り囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の走査ヘッド。
- 受信格子(1.7)の形が、その長い方の直径が測定方向(M)に対して垂直に位置する楕円に近似されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の走査ヘッド。
- 送信格子(1.5)に光源(1.6)が付設されていることを特徴とする請求項4〜7のいずれか1つに記載の走査ヘッド。
- 隣接する感光領域(3)が、180°だけ位相ズレした信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の走査ヘッド。
- 受信格子(1.7)の目盛周期(T)が、入射する局所的に変調された強度模様(L)の周期(P)の半分に相当することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の走査ヘッド。
- 隣接する感光領域(3)が、90°だけ位相ズレした信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の走査ヘッド。
- 受信格子(1.7)の目盛周期(T)が、入射する局所的に変調された強度模様(L)の周期(P)の4分の1に相当することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の走査ヘッド。
- 半導体層積層体(1.2)が、アモルファスのシリコンから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の走査ヘッド。
- 感光領域(3)間のi層(1.2.2)の残厚が、感光領域(3)内のi層(1.2.2)の厚さより少ないことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の走査ヘッド。
- i層(1.2.2)の残厚が、i層(1.2.2)の厚さの5〜95%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の走査ヘッド。
- i層(1.2.2)の残厚が、i層(1.2.2)の厚さの10〜90%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の走査ヘッド。
- i層(1.2.2)の残厚が、i層(1.2.2)の厚さの約90%であることを特徴とする請求項14〜16のいずれか1つに記載の走査ヘッド。
