Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、縁にコイルが結合された丸形のハウジングと、ハウジングの中心部に結合される突出部と、突出部に厚みを形成して一体に結合される丸形の接触部を含むスリーブと、接触部に内周面が結合されて、縁にはコイルと対向されるようにマグネットが付着されて回転する丸形のハブと、ハウジングと接触部の間に位置して、ハブと結合しハブとスリーブの離脱を防止するストッパと、ストッパとスリーブの間に形成された空隙に流体が充填されて上記接触部と内周面の間に流体を供給及び維持させる貯蔵部を含み、上記スリーブの中心から縁方向に貫通ホールが形成され、貫通ホールは貯蔵部と空間的に離隔されて形成された流体動圧ベアリングモータは、低速回転でも十分にハブを支持することができる動圧を発生させる。

Claims (5)
- 縁にコイルが結合された丸形のハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの中心部に結合される突出部及び前記突出部と一体に形成された丸形の接触部を含むスリーブと、
内周面が前記接触部に結合され、縁に前記コイルと対向するマグネットが付着される丸形のハブと、
前記ハウジングと前記接触部の間に位置して、 前記ハブから前記スリーブが離脱されないように前記ハブに結合されるストッパと、
前記ストッパと前記スリーブの間に形成された空隙に流体が充填されて、前記接触部と前記ハブの内周面の間に流体を供給及び維持させる貯蔵部とを含み、
前記スリーブの中心から前記スリーブの縁方向に貫通ホールが形成され、前記貫通ホールは前記貯蔵部と空間的に離隔されて形成された流体動圧ベアリングモータ。 - 前記貯蔵部は、長さ方向が前記ハブの回転軸に対して垂直に形成される請求項1に記載の流体動圧ベアリングモータ。
- 前記ストッパは、中心部が穿孔された円形平板である請求項1に記載の流体動圧ベアリングモータ。
- 前記接触部または前記ハブの内周面には、流体の動圧発生及び循環を誘導するグルーブが形成される請求項1に記載の流体動圧ベアリングモータ。
- 前記ハブの内周面、または前記ハブの内周面と対応される前記ストッパには、流体の動圧発生を誘導し前記流体を遠心力方向にポンピングするグルーブが形成される請求項1または4に記載の流体動圧ベアリングモータ。
