Abstract
【解決手段】整列して配設された複数の端子収容室19を有するコネクタハウジング12と、複数の電線群61,62からなるケーブル60の当該電線61,62の端部にそれぞれ接続されて且つ前記端子収容室19にそれぞれ挿嵌される複数の端子11と、を備えたコネクタ10であって、当該コネクタ10のインピーダンスを前記ケーブル60に整合させるように、隣接する前記端子収容室19間に介在する前記コネクタハウジング12の隔壁28aに肉抜き部21がそれぞれ設けられている。

複数の電線群からなるケーブルの当該電線の端部にそれぞれ接続されて且つ前記端子収容室にそれぞれ挿嵌される複数の端子と、
を備えたコネクタであって、
当該コネクタのインピーダンスを前記ケーブルに整合させるように、隣接する前記端子収容室間に介在する前記コネクタハウジングの隔壁に肉抜き部がそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とするコネクタ。
前記肉抜き部が、前記隔壁の両側面に設けられており、
前記端子収容室を挟んで対向する2つの前記隔壁の側面にそれぞれ設けられた前記肉抜き部が、当該端子収容室の対角に配置されていることを特徴とする上記(3)のコネクタ。
図1は本発明のコネクタに係る第1実施形態の分解斜視図、図2は図1に示すコネクタの組み立て後の外観斜視図、図3は図1に示すコネクタのコネクタハウジングの一部破断外観斜視図、図4は図3に示すコネクタハウジングのIV−IV線断面図である。
次に、図5及び図6を参照して本発明のコネクタに係る第2実施形態について説明する。図5は本発明のコネクタに係る第2実施形態に用いられるコネクタハウジングの一部破断外観斜視図、図6は図5に示すコネクタハウジングのVI−VI線断面図である。
尚、本実施形態のコネクタは、上述した第1実施形態のコネクタ10との比較において、端子収容室19が設けられたコネクタハウジング12の前端部のみ相違するものであり、よって、コネクタの全体図は省略すると共に、上述したコネクタ10と共通する構成要素や機能的に同様な構成要素等については図中に同一符号あるいは相当符号を付すことによって説明を簡略化あるいは省略する。

Claims (5)
- 整列して配設された複数の端子収容室を有するコネクタハウジングと、
複数の電線群からなるケーブルの当該電線の端部にそれぞれ接続されて且つ前記端子収容室にそれぞれ挿嵌される複数の端子と、
を備えたコネクタであって、
当該コネクタのインピーダンスを前記ケーブルに整合させるように、隣接する前記端子収容室間に介在する前記コネクタハウジングの隔壁に肉抜き部がそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記肉抜き部が、前記端子収容室の並び方向に前記隔壁を貫通し、且つ前記端子収容室の並び方向に整列するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記肉抜き部が、前記隔壁の側面に凹設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記端子収容室が、断面矩形状であって、
前記肉抜き部が、前記隔壁の両側面に設けられており、
前記端子収容室を挟んで対向する2つの前記隔壁の側面にそれぞれ設けられた前記肉抜き部が、当該端子収容室の対角に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコネクタ。 - 差動伝送用コネクタであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のコネクタ。
