Abstract
【解決手段】端子可動コネクタ10は、インナーハウジング11内で該インナーハウジング11と端子13,13,13との間に挟まれるように端子13,13,13にそれぞれ固定され、且つ該インナーハウジング11内を電線61,61,61の端末部の軸方向Bにそれぞれスライド移動自在である第1支持部材26,26,26と、端子13,13,13をそれぞれ電線61,61,61の端末部の軸方向Bに移動自在に支持するようにインナーハウジング11に配置され、且つ端子13,13,13の電気接続部17,17,17のボルト挿入孔35,35,35に対してそれぞれ整列されるナット37,37,37を有する第2支持部材27と、を備える。

Description
(1) ボルトにより相手方端子がねじ止め可能な一端部を有し且つ、電線の端末部が接続された他端部を有する端子と、
前記端子の一端部が露出されるように前記端子および前記電線の端末部を一直線状に収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内で該ハウジングと前記端子との間に挟まれるように前記端子に固定され、且つ該ハウジング内を前記電線の端末部の軸方向にスライド移動自在である第1支持部材と、
前記端子を前記電線の端末部の軸方向に移動自在に支持するように前記ハウジングに配置され、且つ前記端子の一端部のボルト挿入孔に対して整列されるナットを有する第2支持部材と、
を備え、
前記ボルトが前記相手方端子のボルト挿入孔および前記端子の一端部のボルト挿入孔を通って前記ナットにねじ込まれる際の当該ボルトの移動方向が前記電線の端末部の軸方向と略平行であること。
(2) 上記(1)の構成の端子可動コネクタにおいて、
前記第1支持部材が、前記端子に一体成形されていること。
(3) 上記(1)または(2)の構成の端子可動コネクタが、
前記ハウジング内で前記電線の端末部をその軸方向に移動自在に支持するように前記ハウジングと前記電線の端末部との間に配置された第3支持部材を更に備えたこと。
上記(2)の構成の端子可動コネクタによれば、第1支持部材が端子に一体成形されているため、組み立て作業時の取り扱いが簡単になるとともに端子周りの部品点数の低減を図ることができる。
上記(3)の構成の端子可動コネクタによれば、第3支持部材によって電線の端末部がその軸方向にハウジング内で移動自在に支持されるので、端子の移動を充分に許容することができるとともにハウジング内で電線に曲がりや折れを生ずることなく外部への引き出しを行なうことができる。

Claims (3)
- ボルトにより相手方端子がねじ止め可能な一端部を有し且つ、電線の端末部が接続された他端部を有する端子と、
前記端子の一端部が露出されるように前記端子および前記電線の端末部を一直線状に収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内で該ハウジングと前記端子との間に挟まれるように前記端子に固定され、且つ該ハウジング内を前記電線の端末部の軸方向にスライド移動自在である第1支持部材と、
前記端子を前記電線の端末部の軸方向に移動自在に支持するように前記ハウジングに配置され、且つ前記端子の一端部のボルト挿入孔に対して整列されるナットを有する第2支持部材と、
を備え、
前記ボルトが前記相手方端子のボルト挿入孔および前記端子の一端部のボルト挿入孔を通って前記ナットにねじ込まれる際の当該ボルトの移動方向が前記電線の端末部の軸方向と略平行であることを特徴とする端子可動コネクタ。 - 前記第1支持部材が、前記端子に一体成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した端子可動コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジング内で前記電線の端末部をその軸方向に移動自在に支持するように前記ハウジングと前記電線の端末部との間に配置された第3支持部材を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載した端子可動コネクタ。
