Claims (10)
- 20〜60重量パーセントの金、6〜16重量パーセントのニッケル、16〜60重量パーセントの銅、および6〜16重量パーセントのチタンを含むろう材。
- 均質な合金の形態である、請求項1記載のろう材。
- 粉末の形態である、請求項1記載のろう材。
- 層状の形態である、請求項1記載のろう材。
- 前記層状の形態が、少なくとも1層の銅と、少なくとも1層の金/ニッケル合金と、および少なくとも1層のチタン/ニッケル/銅合金とを含む、請求項4記載のろう材。
- 前記層状の形態が、少なくとも1層の金/ニッケル合金を含む、請求項4記載のろう材。
- 前記層状の形態が、少なくとも1層のニッケルおよび少なくとも1層のチタン/ニッケル/銅合金を含む、請求項4記載のろう材。
- 前記ろう材が954℃(1750°F)〜982℃(1800°F)のろう付け温度、および450〜600KHNのろう付け後の硬度を有するように組成が選択されている、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載のろう材。
- ろう付け後の硬度が520〜560KHNである、請求項8記載のろう材。
- 本質的に金、ニッケル、銅、およびチタンで構成されるろう材であって、前記金、ニッケル、銅、およびチタンが、954℃(1750°F)〜982℃(1800°F)のろう付け温度、および450〜600KHNのろう付け後の硬度をろう材にもたらすのに十分な量で存在するろう材。
