Abstract
【解決手段】 ボトル10の底部11に設けられた環状凹部23には、ボトル10の内方に突出するリブ27がこのボトル10の周方向に複数並んで形成され、これらのリブ27はそれぞれ傾斜面部24と立上がり壁25とを備え、個々のリブ27において、傾斜面部24は立上がり壁25に向けて凹み量が大きくなるように傾斜し、立上がり壁25は傾斜面部24よりも大きな傾斜で立上がっている。

Description
また、中空リブを形成したことにより環状凹部の凹凸形状が複雑になり、内容物を充填する前のボトル内部洗浄が不十分になったり、その洗浄液を容易かつ確実にボトルの内部から排出することが困難になる等、その取り扱い性が低下するおそれがある。
この場合、内圧により中央凹部がボトルの外側へ向けて膨出変形しようとしたときに、傾斜面部が立上がり壁に覆い被さるように変形することになり、リブが前記周方向の両端側に拡がって潰れるのを防ぐことが可能になり、耐圧強度をより一層向上させることができる。
なお、立上がり壁は接地面に対して45°以上90°以下の範囲で傾斜させるとよい。
底部11は、図2および図3に示すように、外周縁部が接地部21とされるとともに、中央部にボトル10の内側に向けて凹む中央凹部22が形成され、接地部21と中央凹部22との間は接地部21から中央凹部22に向かうに従い漸次ボトル10の内側に向けた凹み量が大きくされた環状凹部23とされている。
ここで、前記角度θ1が45°より小さいとリブ27が前記周方向の両端側に拡がって潰され易くなり、また、前記角度θ1が90°より大きいと成形性が劣る。
例えば、前記実施形態では、横断面が概略円形のボトル10、30を示したが、横断面が概略矩形とされたボトルとしてもよい。
また、底部11に段差部26を形成したが、この段差部26を形成しないで、傾斜面部24および立上がり壁25、31の径方向外方端と、接地部21の径方向内方端とを直接連結させてもよい。
さらに、前記実施形態では、図4で示したように、平面状とされて立上がり壁25に向けて前記凹み量が大きくなるように傾斜した傾斜面部24を示したが、これに代えて凹曲面状に傾斜させても、あるいは凸曲面状に傾斜させてもよい。
そして、各ボトルに内圧を付与し、接地部21が外側に向けて膨出変形したときの内圧を耐圧強度として評価した。

Claims (2)
- 外周縁部が接地部とされるとともに、中央部がボトルの内側に向けて凹む中央凹部とされ、これらの接地部と中央凹部との間は接地部から中央凹部に向かうに従い漸次ボトルの内側に向けた凹み量が大きくなる環状凹部とされた底部を有するボトルであって、
前記環状凹部にはボトルの内方に突出するリブがこのボトルの周方向に複数並んで形成され、これらのリブはそれぞれ傾斜面部と立上がり壁とを備え、個々のリブにおいて、前記傾斜面部は前記立上がり壁に向けて前記凹み量が大きくなるように傾斜し、前記立上がり壁は前記傾斜面部よりも大きな傾斜で立上がっていることを特徴とするボトル。 - 請求項1記載のボトルにおいて、
前記底部の平面視で、前記立上がり壁の前記中央凹部側から前記接地部側へ延びる延在方向は、ボトルの半径方向に対して傾斜していることを特徴とするボトル。
