Abstract

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも2つの骨固定要素(2、3)を接続するための棒状インプラント要素であって、各々の骨固定要素は、骨に固定される固定部(21、21′)と、棒状インプラント要素に接続される受け部材(22、22′)とを含み、
該棒状インプラント要素は、
長手方向軸(A)と、
受け部材(22、22′)と連係し、かつ受け部材に受けられるように構成された、少なくとも1つの第1の長さの剛体部(4、61)と、
剛体部に隣接する第2の長さの弾性部(8、65、71)と、
長手方向軸に沿って、かつ剛体部および弾性部を通って延在するボア(9、66、67)と、
ボアに収容されるコア(12)とを含み、該コアは2つの対向する端部を有し、
弾性部が長手方向軸の方向に伸張または収縮するとき、コアの少なくとも一方の端部はボア内で移動自在である、棒状インプラント要素。 - コア(12)の曲げ剛性は、弾性部(8、65、71)の曲げ剛性より大きい、請求項1に記載の棒状インプラント要素。
- コア(12)の表面は、摺動を容易にする材料で被覆される、請求項1または2に記載の棒状インプラント要素。
- 前記材料は、ポリエチレンまたはテフロン(登録商標)のようなプラスチック材料である、請求項3に記載の棒状インプラント要素。

- コア(12)全体は、ボア内で長手方向軸(A)の方向に移動自在である、請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の棒状インプラント要素。
- 第3の長さの剛体部(6、63)を含み、弾性部(8、65、71)は2つの対向する端部を有し、第1の長さの剛体部(4、61)は第1の端部に隣接し、第3の長さの剛体部(6、63)は第2の端部に隣接する、請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の棒状インプラント要素。
- 剛体部および弾性部は、単一の連続体として形成される、請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の棒状インプラント要素。
- 弾性部(8)は、外面と、該外面内に螺旋状のスロット形開口部(10)とを含み、該スロットは、径方向内方に延在する、請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の棒状インプラント要素。
- 弾性部(65、71)は、エラストマーで形成される、請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の棒状インプラント要素。
- 骨、特に脊椎のための安定化装置であって、少なくとも2つの骨固定要素(2、3)を
