Abstract
【解決手段】 単量体混合物の均一な径の液滴を分散媒中に形成させた後、該液滴を合着または付加的な分散を生じることのない条件下で重合させ、必要に応じて処理、改質することにより得られる体積平均粒子径が50〜3000μmのポリマー粒子であって、該粒子の80体積%以上が体積平均粒子径の0.8倍から1.2倍の範囲内にある体液処理用ポリマー粒子。

Description
本発明のポリマー粒子は、カルボン酸ビニルエステル、メタクリル酸エステル、アクリル酸エステル、芳香族ビニル化合物、シアン化ビニル化合物からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種類の単量体を主要な単量体として含む単量体混合物を重合させ、必要に応じて処理、改質することにより得られるポリマー粒子であることが、種々特性のバランスの面から好ましい。より好ましくは、カルボン酸ビニルエステル、メタクリル酸エステル、芳香族ビニル化合物であり、特に好ましくは、カルボン酸ビニルエステル、メタクリル酸エステルである。
撹拌翼を有する2Lセパラブルフラスコ中に、水438.2g、アルファオレフィンスルホン酸ナトリウムの3重量%水溶液1.83g、微粒子状の第三リン酸カルシウムの10重量%スラリー126.4gを仕込み、穏やかに撹拌させておいた。
なお水に対するNaOH濃度が4重量%になるように水量を調整した。これを撹拌下、反応温度40℃で6時間保持して鹸化を行った。その後、洗浄液のpHが中性付近になるまで水洗し、さらに80℃の温水で十分に洗浄を行った。次いで121℃、20分間のオートクレーブ処理を行い、清浄なポリマー粒子を得た。
実施例1と同様に、水436.9g、アルファオレフィンスルホン酸ナトリウムの3重量%水溶液1.81g、微粒子状の第三リン酸カルシウムの10重量%スラリー124.2gを仕込み、穏やかに撹拌させておいた。
実施例1と同様に、水579.7g、アルファオレフィンスルホン酸ナトリウムの3重量%水溶液1.87g、微粒子状の第三リン酸カルシウムの10重量%スラリー128.8gを仕込み、穏やかに撹拌させておいた。
撹拌翼を有する8Lセパラブルフラスコ中に、水1776.3g、アルファオレフィンスルホン酸ナトリウムの3重量%水溶液7.4g、微粒子状の第三リン酸カルシウムの10重量%スラリー507.5gを仕込み、穏やかに撹拌させておいた。
温調用ジャケットおよび撹拌翼を有する100L重合反応器に、水16.05kg、アルファオレフィンスルホン酸ナトリウムの3重量%水溶液74.2g、微粒子状の第三リン酸カルシウムの10重量%スラリー5.09kgを仕込み、穏やかに撹拌させておいた。
撹拌翼を有する2Lセパラブルフラスコ中に、水521gを仕込み、穏やかに撹拌させておいた。
酢酸エチル128重量部、ヘプタン42.7重量部、ポリ酢酸ビニル(平均重合度500)12.8重量部とした以外は実施例5と同じ単量体組成の単量体混合物525.5gを、水666.4重量部、PVA 0.098重量部、アルファオレフィンスルホン酸ナトリウム0.022重量部、微粒子状の第三リン酸カルシウム4.96重量部(固形分)、NaNO2 0.038重量部を含む水相1141.6gがあらかじめ仕込まれた、平板状の撹拌翼と2枚の邪魔板を有する2Lセパラブルフラスコ中に室温で添加した。十分な撹拌混合の後、窒素雰囲気下、内容物を65℃で5時間保持して懸濁重合させた。
酢酸ビニル100重量部、TAIC 41.4重量部、酢酸エチル150重量部、ヘプタン50重量部、ポリ酢酸ビニル(平均重合度500)7.5重量部、V−65 5.75重量部よりなる単量体混合物354.7gを、水708.2重量部、PVA 0.113重量部、アルファオレフィンスルホン酸ナトリウム0.025重量部、微粒子状の第三リン酸カルシウム5.69重量部(固形分)、NaNO2 0.043重量部を含む水相1125.1gに添加し、比較例1と同様に懸濁重合させた。
MMA 82.8重量部、EGDMA 17.2重量部、酢酸エチル128重量部、ヘプタン42.7重量部、V−65 4.9重量部よりなる単量体混合物523.7gを、水595.6重量部、PVA 0.732重量部、NaNO2 0.033重量部を含む水相1178.3gに添加し、比較例1と同様に懸濁重合させた。
合成高分子よりなるポリマー粒子の替わりに、かさ比重が0.055g/mLである多孔質のセルロース粒子を用いた。
Claims (9)
- 単量体混合物の均一な径の液滴を分散媒中に形成させた後、該液滴を合着または付加的な分散を生じることのない条件下で重合させることにより得られる、体積平均粒子径が50〜3000μmであり、該粒子の80体積%以上が体積平均粒子径の0.8倍から1.2倍の範囲内にある体液処理用ポリマー粒子。
- 単量体混合物の均一な径の液滴を分散媒中に形成させた後、該液滴を合着または付加的な分散を生じることのない条件下で重合させ、処理、改質することにより得られる、体積平均粒子径が50〜3000μmであり、該粒子の80体積%以上が体積平均粒子径の0.8倍から1.2倍の範囲内にある体液処理用ポリマー粒子。
- 体積平均粒子径が150〜3000μmであり、100μm未満の粒子が5体積%以下である請求項1から2に記載の体液処理用ポリマー粒子。
- 水酸基、ポリオキシエチレン基、ピロリドン基から選ばれた少なくとも1種類の親水基を有する請求項1から3に記載の体液処理用ポリマー粒子。
- 全単量体の10重量%以上が架橋性単量体である単量体混合物を使用して得られる、多孔質構造を有する請求項1から4に記載の体液処理用ポリマー粒子。
- 単量体混合物が、カルボン酸ビニルエステル、メタクリル酸エステル、アクリル酸エステル、芳香族ビニル化合物、シアン化ビニル化合物からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種類の単量体を含む単量体混合物である請求項1から5に記載の体液処理用ポリマー粒子。
- カルボン酸ビニルエステルおよび多官能ビニル化合物を含む単量体混合物を重合させ、カルボン酸ビニルエステル単位を構成要素の一つとする架橋重合体を形成し、その後加水分解および/もしくはエステル交換反応を行ってカルボン酸ビニルエステル単位の一部もしくは全部をビニルアルコール単位とした請求項2から5に記載の体液処理用ポリマー粒子。
- カルボン酸ビニルエステル、メタクリル酸エステル、アクリル酸エステル、芳香族ビニル化合物、シアン化ビニル化合物からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種類の単量体を含む単量体混合物を重合させ、同時におよび/もしくはその後、親水基を与える単量体をグラフト重合させることにより粒子表面を改質した請求項2から5に記載の体液処理用ポリマー粒子。
- ノズル孔から分散媒中に噴出する単量体混合物の液柱に規則的な振動撹乱を与えて均一な径の液滴を分散媒中に形成させた後、該液滴を合着または付加的な分散を生じることのない条件下で重合させる請求項1から8に記載の体液処理用ポリマー粒子の製造方法。
