(B113)少なくとも1の別の共重合性モノマー0〜29.9質量%、
(B12)次のものをベースとするグラフトシェル5〜50質量%、
(B121)少なくとも1のビニル芳香族モノマー65〜90質量%、有利には70〜80質量%、
(B122)少なくとも1の極性の共重合性不飽和モノマー、有利にはアクリロニトリルおよび/またはメタクリロニトリル10〜35質量%、有利には20〜30質量%、
(B123)少なくとも1の別の共重合性コモノマー0〜25質量%、
(B2)次の成分により製造された少なくとも1のコポリマー10〜90質量%、
(B21)少なくとも1のビニル芳香族モノマー60〜85質量%、
(B22)少なくとも1の極性の共重合性不飽和モノマー15〜40質量%、
(B23)少なくとも1のコモノマー0〜9質量%
をベースとし、その際、(B1)および(B2)の質量の記載は(B)の質量に対するものであり、(B11)および(B12)の質量の記載は(B1)の質量に対するものであり、(B111)、(B112)および(B113)の質量の記載は成分(B11)に対するものであり、(B121)、(B122)および(B123)は(B12)の質量に対するものであり、かつ(B21)、(B22)および(B23)の質量の記載は(B2)の質量に対するものである。
TPU(A)として本発明による混合物中では一般に、公知の方法により(a)イソシアネートと、(b)イソシアネートに対して反応性の化合物および場合により(c)鎖長延長剤とを、場合により(d)触媒および/または(e)助剤および/または添加剤の存在下に反応させることにより製造することができる、脂肪族イソシアネートをベースとする通例のTPUを使用することができ、その際、成分(a)のイソシアネート対成分(b)および場合により(c)のイソシアネートに対して反応性の基の合計の比は通常1:0.9〜1:1.1である。
4,4′−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)および/またはヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、(b)ポリオキシテトラメチレングリコール、プロピレンオキシド−1,2およびエチレンオキシドをベースとするポリエーテロールおよび/またはアルキレン基中に2〜6の炭素原子を有するアルカンジオールポリアジペートをベースとするポリエステロールならびに(c)エタンジオール−1,2、ブタンジオール−1,4、エタンジオールおよび/またはヘキサンジオール−1,6を使用し、その際、成分(a)のイソシアネート基対成分(b)および(c)のイソシアネートに対して反応性の基の合計の比は有利には1:0.9〜1:1.1であり、かつ(b)および(c)は特に有利には1:1〜1:6.4の(b):(c)のモル比で使用する。
実施例中で第1表に記載されている出発成分は通常の二軸スクリュー押出機により約210℃の溶融温度で混合物へと加工する。比較例1および例1に記載の混合物により、一軸スクリュー押出機、30Dを用いた押出により、溶融温度190〜240℃およびその他は通例の条件で厚さ0.250mmのフィルムを製造した。
Claims (10)
- そのつど混合物(1)の全質量に対して、(A)脂肪族イソシアネートをベースとする熱可塑性ポリウレタン1質量%〜40質量%および(B)アクリロニトリル−スチレン−アクリルエステル−コポリマー(ASA)および/またはアクリロニトリル−エチレンホモもしくはコポリマー−スチレン(AES)−材料60質量%〜99質量%を含有する混合物(1)。
- そのつど混合物(1)の全質量に対して、(A)脂肪族イソシアネートをベースとする熱可塑性ポリウレタン1質量%〜40質量%および(B)アクリロニトリル−スチレン−アクリルエステル−コポリマー(ASA)および/またはアクリロニトリル−エチレンホモもしくはコポリマー−スチレン(AES)−材料60質量%〜99質量%を含有する混合物(1)により被覆した材料。
- (A)脂肪族イソシアネートをベースとする熱可塑性ポリウレタンおよび(B)アクリロニトリル−スチレン−アクリルエステル−コポリマー(ASA)および/またはアクリロニトリル−エチレンホモもしくはコポリマー−スチレン(AES)−材料を含有する混合物(1)により被覆した車体部材および/または木材。
- 混合物(1)が、そのつど混合物(1)の全質量に対して、(A)を1質量%〜40質量%および(B)を60質量%〜99質量%含有することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の車体部材および/または木材。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンがイソシアネート(a)としてヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートをベースとすることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の車体部材および/または木材。
- アクリロニトリル−スチレン−アクリルエステル−コポリマー(B)が、
(B1)少なくとも1のグラフトゴム10〜90質量%、これは次のものをベースとする:
(B11)次のものにより製造されたグラフトベース50〜95質量%、
(B111)少なくとも1のアクリル酸アルキルエステル70〜99.9質量%、
(B112)少なくとも1の少なくとも二官能性架橋剤0.1〜30質量%、
(B113)少なくとも1の別の共重合性モノマー0〜29.9質量%、
(B12)次のものをベースとするグラフトシェル5〜50質量%、
(B121)少なくとも1のビニル芳香族モノマー65〜90質量%、有利には70〜80質量%、
(B122)少なくとも1の極性の共重合性不飽和モノマー、有利にはアクリロニトリルおよび/またはメタクリロニトリル10〜35質量%、有利には20〜30質量%、
(B123)少なくとも1の別の共重合性コモノマー0〜25質量%、
(B2)次の成分により製造された少なくとも1のコポリマー10〜90質量%、
(B21)少なくとも1のビニル芳香族モノマー60〜85質量%、
(B22)少なくとも1の極性の共重合性不飽和モノマー15〜40質量%、
(B23)少なくとも1のコモノマー0〜9質量%
をベースとし、その際、(B1)および(B2)の質量の記載は(B)の質量に対するものであり、(B11)および(B12)の質量の記載は(B1)の質量に対するものであり、(B111)、(B112)および(B113)の質量の記載は成分(B11)に対するものであり、(B121)、(B122)および(B123)は(B12)の質量に対するものであり、かつ(B21)、(B22)および(B23)の質量の記載は(B2)の質量に対するものであることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の車体部材および/または木材。 - 混合物(1)が(A)および(B)に加えて、混合物(1)の全質量に対して1質量%〜50質量%の添加剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の車体部材および/または木材。
- 車体部材が、混合物(1)を含有するフィルムで被覆されているプラスチックをベースとする支持体を有することを特徴とする、請求項3から7までのいずれか1項記載の車体部材。
- 請求項3から7までのいずれか1項記載の混合物(1)により被覆した家具。
- 請求項3から7までのいずれか1項記載の混合物(1)により被覆した車体部材および/または木材の製造方法において、該混合物を押し出してフィルムとし、かつ該フィルムを熱成形法、焼結法、積層法および/または真空成形法によって、被覆すべき表面上に適用することを特徴とする、請求項3から7までのいずれか1項記載の混合物(1)により被覆した車体部材および/または木材の製造方法。
