Abstract
Description
a)同じ種類の重合体樹脂であるが異なる分子量を有する2つ以上の画分または異なる化学組成を有する2種以上の重合体樹脂または両方の化学的もしくは物理的混合で生じさせた不均一な二頂もしくは多頂重合体樹脂を準備するか、或は同じ種類の重合体樹脂であるが異なる分子量を有する2つ以上の画分または異なる化学組成を有する2種以上の重合体樹脂または両方を準備し、
b)段階a)の樹脂1種または2種以上を軟化温度より高い温度に加熱し、
c)加熱段階b)の後または加熱段階b)中に超臨界流体もしくは超臨界流体の混合物を導入し、
d)混合を高温高圧下で行うことで粘度を少なくとも10%低くし、
e)溶融状態で減圧をかけることで前記超臨界流体を除去し、そして
f)均一な二頂もしくは多頂重合体混合物を回収する、

A. 触媒調製
Journal of Organometallic Chemistry、288(1985)、63から67頁に公開された如きBrintzingerの方法に従ってエチレンビス(4,5,6,7−テトラヒドロ−1−インデニル)ジルコニウムジクロライドを調製した。
B. ポリエチレン樹脂の調製
低分子量のエチレン重合体と高分子量のエチレン重合体の混合物を含んで成るポリエチレン樹脂の製造を、それらをイソブタンに入れて懸濁させた状態で直列に連結させた2基のループ反応槽を用いて実施した。
Claims (13)
- 均一な二頂もしくは多頂重合体混合物を製造する方法であって、
a)同じ種類の重合体樹脂であるが異なる分子量を有する2つ以上の画分の化学的もしくは物理的混合で生じさせた不均一な二頂もしくは多頂重合体樹脂を準備するか或は同じ種類の重合体樹脂であるが異なる分子量を有する2つ以上の画分を準備し、
b)段階a)の樹脂1種または2種以上を軟化温度より高い温度に加熱し、
c)加熱段階b)の後または加熱段階b)中に超臨界流体もしくは超臨界流体の混合物を導入し、
d)混合を高温高圧下で行うことで粘度を少なくとも10%低くし、
e)溶融状態で減圧をかけることで前記超臨界流体を除去し、そして
f)均一な二頂もしくは多頂重合体混合物を回収する、
段階を含んで成る方法。 - 前記超臨界流体が二酸化炭素、亜酸化窒素、メタン、窒素、プロパン、ジフルオロクロロメタン、トリフルオロメタン、エタン、二酸化硫黄またはこれらの混合物である請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記超臨界流体が超臨界二酸化炭素である請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記重合体がポリオレフィン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリメタアクリル酸メチルまたはポリスチレンである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記重合体がエチレンまたはプロピレンのホモ重合体または共重合体である請求項4記載の方法。

- 連続低分子量画分の中に分散していない高分子量画分の量が高分子量画分の全比率の2%未満である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 同じ種類の重合体樹脂であるが異なる分子量を有する2つ以上の画分または両方を物理的または化学的に混合する結果としてもたらされた均一な二頂もしくは多頂重合体樹脂であって、請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の方法で入手可能な均一な二頂もしくは多頂重合体樹脂。
- 連続低分子量画分の中に分散していない高分子量画分の量が高分子量画分の全比率の2%未満である請求項9記載の均一な二頂もしくは多頂重合体樹脂。
- 更に充填材もしくは添加剤も含んで成っていてそれらが向上した分散能力を有する請求項9または請求項10記載の均一な二頂もしくは多頂重合体樹脂。
- 前記充填材がカーボンブラックである請求項11記載の均一な二頂もしくは多頂重合体樹脂。
- 超臨界流体の使用であって、同じ種類の重合体樹脂であるが異なる分子量を有する2つ以上の画分を物理的または化学的に混合する結果としてもたらされる不均一な二頂もしくは多頂樹脂の均一性を向上させるための使用。
