Abstract
Description
1.12時間絶食した患者に0.5Lの水を与える。
2.30分後に、純度99%超の粉末状の5−ALA(例えば、Medac GmbH, Hamburg, Germanyから商業的に入手可能)を患者に投与する。15−60mg/kg体重の用量で調製した水/ジュース溶液を患者に経口摂取させる。
3.経口摂取4−7時間後、過剰な5−ALAをGI器官組織から洗い流すため患者に0.5Lの水を摂取させる。
4.水の摂取から10分後に、患者に少なくとも1つの青色LED及びCMOS画像センサーの部分を覆っている赤色フィルターを含むGiven(商標)カプセルを摂取させる。
5.GI器官の画像を通常の方法で得る(記録し、RAPID(商標)ワークステーションにダウンロードする)と共に、CMOSにより蛍光画像を得る。GI器官全体を観察するため、少なくとも8時間にわたり、映像を集める。
6.画像の分析は、白色光の画像コマを、連続又は同時の蛍光画像コマと比較することを含むことができる。
1.メチレンブルーの1%無菌溶液を食道粘膜上にスプレーする。
2.メチレンブルーの適用後の数分以内に10%アセチルシステイン(粘膜溶解剤)を食道粘膜に適用する。
3.横にした患者にすぐGiven(商標)M2A(商標)カプセルを摂取させる。
4.患者をゆっくり回転させてもよい。;
5.GI器官の画像を通常の方法で得る(記録し、RAPID(商標)ワークステーションにダウンロードする)。GI器官全体を観察するため少なくとも8時間にわたり映像を集める。
1.インジゴカルミンの0.5%から0.8%溶液を食道粘膜上にスプレーする。
2.横にした患者に少なくとも1つの青色LEDを含むGiven(商標)M2A(商標)カプセルをすぐ摂取させる。
