Abstract
【解決手段】 差動部11における電気パスによる電気的エネルギーの伝達が熱的に限界となる場合には、電気的エネルギー抑制制御手段84により差動部11が非差動状態とされるか或いは切換クラッチC0或いは切換ブレーキB0が半係合状態とされるので、第1電動機M1が受け持つ必要があるエンジントルクTEに対する反力トルクが抑制される。よって、第1電動機M1の発電量が減少して電気的エネルギーも少なくされることから、電気パスに関連する機器の温度上昇が抑制されてそれらを冷却する為の冷却系が小型化され得る。また、電気パスに関連する機器への負担が低減され得る。

Claims (10)
- エンジンの出力を第1電動機および伝達部材へ分配する差動機構と該伝達部材から駆動輪への動力伝達経路に設けられた第2電動機とを有して電気的な無段変速機として作動可能な無段変速部を備えた車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記差動機構に備えられて、該差動機構の差動作用を制限することにより前記無段変速部の電気的な無段変速機としての作動を制限する差動制限装置と、
電気的な無段変速機として作動しているときの前記無段変速部の電気的エネルギーの伝達が熱的に限界となる場合には、該電気的エネルギーの伝達を抑制する為に、前記差動機構を非差動状態とするか或いは前記差動制限装置を半伝達容量状態とする電気的エネルギー抑制制御手段と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部を更に備え、
前記電気的エネルギー抑制制御手段は、前記差動機構を非差動状態とするか或いは前記差動制限装置を半伝達容量状態とすることができない場合には、前記変速部のダウン変速を行うものである請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記電気的エネルギー抑制制御手段は、前記差動機構を非差動状態とするか或いは前記差動制限装置を半伝達容量状態とすることができず、更に前記変速部のダウン変速を行うことができない場合には、前記エンジンの出力トルクを抑制するものである請求項2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- エンジンの出力を第1電動機および伝達部材へ分配する差動機構と該伝達部材から駆動輪への動力伝達経路に設けられた第2電動機とを有して電気的な無段変速機として作動可能な無段変速部と、前記動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部とを備えた車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
電気的な無段変速機として作動しているときの前記無段変速部の電気的エネルギーの伝達が熱的に限界となる場合には、該電気的エネルギーの伝達を抑制する為に、前記変速部のダウン変速を行う電気的エネルギー抑制制御手段を、含むことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - エンジンの出力を第1電動機および伝達部材へ分配する差動機構と該伝達部材から駆動輪への動力伝達経路に設けられた第2電動機とを有して電気的な差動装置として作動可能な差動部を備えた車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記差動機構に備えられて、該差動機構の差動作用を制限することにより前記差動部の電気的な差動装置としての作動を制限する差動制限装置と、
電気的な差動装置として作動しているときの前記差動部の電気的エネルギーの伝達が熱的に限界となる場合には、該電気的エネルギーの伝達を抑制する為に、前記差動機構を非差動状態とするか或いは前記差動制限装置を半伝達容量状態とする電気的エネルギー抑制制御手段と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部を更に備え、
前記電気的エネルギー抑制制御手段は、前記差動機構を非差動状態とするか或いは前記差動制限装置を半伝達容量状態とすることができない場合には、前記変速部のダウン変速を行うものである請求項5の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記電気的エネルギー抑制制御手段は、前記差動機構を非差動状態とするか或いは前記差動制限装置を半伝達容量状態とすることができず、更に前記変速部のダウン変速を行うことができない場合には、前記エンジンの出力トルクを抑制するものである請求項6の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- エンジンの出力を第1電動機および伝達部材へ分配する差動機構と該伝達部材から駆動輪への動力伝達経路に設けられた第2電動機とを有して電気的な差動装置として作動可能な差動部と、前記動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部とを備えた車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
電気的な差動装置として作動しているときの前記差動部の電気的エネルギーの伝達が熱的に限界となる場合には、該電気的エネルギーの伝達を抑制する為に、前記変速部のダウン変速を行う電気的エネルギー抑制制御手段を、含むことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記電気的エネルギーの伝達が熱的に限界となる場合とは、前記第1電動機および/または前記第2電動機のコイル温度が所定値以上のときである請求項1乃至8のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電気的エネルギーの伝達が熱的に限界となる場合とは、前記第1電動機および/または前記第2電動機の冷却用流体の温度が所定値以上のときである請求項1乃至9のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
