Abstract
【解決手段】発光ダイオードパッケージ100は底面102と、上記底面から上記パッケージの中心軸の周縁に円筒形で延長された光出射面104と、上記底面側で入射する光を上記光出射面側に反射するよう上記底面の反対側に上記中心軸を中心に対称されるように形成された反射面106、及び上記反射面の表面に提供された散乱領域108とを含む。このようにLEDパッケージの反射面に散乱物質を適用すれば、反射用紙の付着が省略できるため工程を単純化し製造時間及び費用が節約できる。

Claims (15)
- 発光ダイオードパッケージにおいて、
底面と、
上記底面から上記パッケージの中心軸の周縁に円筒形で延長された光出射面と、
上記底面側から入射する光を上記光出射面側に反射するよう上記底面の反対側に上記中心軸を中心に対称になるよう形成された反射面と、
上記反射面の表面に提供された散乱領域と
を含むことを特徴とする発光ダイオードパッケージ。 - 上記散乱領域は多数の微細な散乱粒子及び上記散乱粒子が分散された投光性結合剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 上記散乱粒子はTiO2、SiO2、CaCo3、SnO2、Nb2O5、ZnO2、MgF2、CeO2、Al2O3、HfO2、Na3LaF6及びLaF6から成る群より選択された少なくとも一つの粉末であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 上記結合剤はアクリル系結合剤、ウレタン系結合剤、混合結合剤及びタンパク質系結合剤から成る群より選択された少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 上記反射面は上記パッケージの上部に凹部を形成し、上記散乱領域は上記凹部を埋めるよう提供されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 上記散乱領域は上記反射面の表面に膜状で提供されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 上記光出射面は上記底面から緩やかな曲線で凸となるように延長された第1出射面と上記第1出射面から上記反射面の縁に上記パッケージ中心軸に対して斜めに傾いて延長された第2出射面を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の発光ダイオードパッケージ。
- 反射板と、
上記反射板上に配列された複数の発光ダイオードパッケージとを含み、
各々の上記発光ダイオードパッケージは底面、上記底面から上記パッケージの中心軸の周縁に円筒形で延長された光出射面、上記底面側から入射する光を上記光出射面側に反射するよう上記底面の反対側に上記中心軸を中心に対称になるよう形成された反射面及び上記反射面の表面に提供された散乱領域を有することを特徴とするバックライト装置。 - 上記散乱領域は多数の微細な散乱粒子及び上記散乱粒子が分散された投光性結合剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバックライト装置。
- 上記散乱粒子はTiO2、SiO2、CaCo3、SnO2、Nb2O5、ZnO2、MgF2、CeO2、Al2O3、HfO2、Na3LaF6及びLaF6から成る群より選択された少なくとも一つの粉末であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバックライト装置。
- 上記結合剤はアクリル系結合剤、ウレタン系結合剤、混合結合剤及びタンパク質系結合剤から成る群より選択された少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバックライト装置。
- 上記反射面は上記パッケージの上部に凹部を形成し、上記散乱領域は上記凹部を埋めるよう提供されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバックライト装置。
- 上記散乱領域は上記反射面の表面に膜状で提供されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバックライト装置。
- 上記光出射面は上記底面から緩やかな曲線で凸とするように延長された第1出射面と上記第1出射面から上記反射面の縁に上記パッケージ中心軸に対して斜めに傾いて延長された第2出射面を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバックライト装置。
- 上記発光ダイオードの上側に配された拡散板と上記発光ダイオードパッケージとの間に配された透明板をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバックライト装置。
