Abstract
【解決手段】畜糞を熱分解して有価物を製造する方法であって、前記畜糞を単独、あるいは高発熱量化させるための副資材ととともに熱分解装置に供給し、添加したアルカリ助剤とともに、還元性雰囲気下において熱分解させる。前記畜糞には堆肥化された牛糞を、前記アルカリ助剤には混合比2.5〜10%の消石灰を用いている。
Description
図1及び2において、1は、原料供給装置であって、上記畜糞とこれを高発熱量化するための副資材からなる原料を移送する投入コンベア11と、該投入コンベア11を駆動する投入駆動機構12と、該投入コンベア11から送られる畜糞及び副資材を貯留する原料ホッパ13と、連設されたスクリューコンベア等の定量供給装置14と、エアシールのための例えばゲート式の二重ダンパを備えたシール機構15とから構成されている。
ガス化炉3の始動時には、着火性の良好な木質チップ等の助燃材を予め一定量、原料供給装置1からガス化炉3に供給して炉底(閉鎖状態の残渣排出板35,35上)に堆積させておく。次に、図示しない押込送風機により、原料供給装置1周辺の臭気を吸引したガス化空気GAを送入ノズル36から送入すると、残渣排出板35,35上に設けられた複数の貫通孔を通過して炉内に吹き込まれる。
ガス化炉3で発生した熱分解ガスTGは、H2 やCO等の可燃性ガスを含んでおり、そのままでも利用可能であるが、該熱分解ガスTG中のタールを改質し、より高品質の燃料ガスを得るため、廃熱ボイラ61からの高温水蒸気HSを煙道中で添加したのち、上述の改質器51に送入して水蒸気改質することにより粗精製ガスRGに転換する。
(実験結果)
以下の実験結果は、畜糞を上記ガス化炉3でガス化した際に発生した焼結現象の解明のため実施した実験に関するものである。畜糞として、敷料と混合してコンポスト化された表1の組成の牛糞を用い、これを粉砕して7g秤量したものを準備した。また、助剤として消石灰(Ca( OH) 2 )と川砂(主成分SiO2 )の2種類を用意し、夫々を上記牛糞に添加して、固体状態で混合したものを試験体とした。
次に、実施例により本発明を更に詳細に説明する。
(実施例)
この実施例は、表1の組成のコンポストを主原料に、これに副資材として数cmの長さに破砕された針葉樹チップ(低位発熱量15490kJ/kg、組成:水分16.1、灰分0.3、可燃物83.6、各湿ベースwt%)を重量比50%の割合で混合した原料を図2のガス化炉3に供給し、発生した熱分解ガスTGを改質・精製した燃料ガスFGを使って発電した実験に関するものである。本実施例によるガス化施設の全体構成は図1に準ずるが、水蒸気改質方式の改質器51に替わり部分酸化方式の改質器が、廃熱ボイラ61に替わり水冷式減温塔及び丸ボイラが設けられた構成になっている。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。第2実施形態は、畜糞を主原料として炭化物を製造する炭化装置を主体とする構成である。

Claims (2)
- 畜糞を熱分解して有価物を製造する方法であって、
前記畜糞を単独、あるいは高発熱量化させるための副資材ととともに熱分解装置に供給し、添加したアルカリ助剤とともに、還元性雰囲気下において熱分解させることを特徴とする畜糞を原料とする有価物の製造方法。 - 前記畜糞には堆肥化された牛糞を、前記アルカリ助剤には混合比2.5〜10%の消石灰を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載された畜糞を原料とする有価物の製造方法。
