Abstract
【解決手段】近位側部分(14)及び遠位側部分(16)を有する長手本体(12)を備える大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための髄内釘。近位側部分(14)は、それぞれが近位側部分(14)の軸線に対する横軸線を有する各頭付きネジ(22、23、24、25)用の第1の孔(20)及び第2の孔(21)を有する。第1の孔(20)は2つの通路(30、31)に分けられ、2つの通路(30、31)はそれぞれ、第2の孔(21)の軸線(C)に対して所定の角度関係を有する各軸線(A、B)を有する。通路(30、31)は、各頭付きネジ(22、24)により選択的に係合されるように構成される。

Claims (17)
- 近位側部分(14)及び遠位側部分(16)を有する長手本体(12)を備え、前記近位側部分(14)は、それぞれが該近位側部分(14)の軸線(X)に対する横軸線を有する各頭付きネジ(22、23、24、25)用の第1の孔(20)及び第2の孔(21)を有する、大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための髄内釘であって、
前記第1の孔(20)は2つの通路(30、31)に分けられ、該2つの通路(30、31)は、隣接して長手方向に互いにつながっていることにより、前記第1の孔(20)はほぼ「8の字形の」断面を有し、前記2つの通路(30、31)はそれぞれ、前記第2の孔(21)の軸線に対して所定の角度を有する各軸線(A、B)を有し、前記通路(30、31)は、前記各頭付きネジ(22、24)により選択的に係合されるように構成されることを特徴とする、大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための髄内釘。 - 前記通路(30、31)は、大腿骨頭に向かうように意図される所定の収束角度で収束する各軸線(A、B)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための髄内釘。
- 前記通路のうちの第1の通路(30)は、前記第2の孔(21)の軸線(C)に対して或る角度を成す軸線(A)を有し、前記通路のうちの第2の通路(31)は、前記第2の孔(21)の軸線(C)とほぼ平行な軸線(B)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための髄内釘。
- 前記第1の通路(30)の軸線(A)は、前記第2の通路(31)の軸線(B)と約8°の角度を成すことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための髄内釘。
- 前記第1の通路(30)は、前記近位側部分(14)の軸線(X)と約115°の角度を成すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための髄内釘。
- 前記第2の通路(31)は、前記近位側部分(14)の軸線(X)と約123°の角度を成すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための髄内釘。
- 前記近位側部分(14)の軸線(X)に沿って測定される、前記第1の通路(30)の軸線(A)と前記第2の通路(31)の軸線(B)との間の距離は、約2mmに相当することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための髄内釘。
- 前記2つの通路(30、31)及び前記第2の孔(21)の両方には、前記頭付きネジ(22、23、24、25)の係合用の雌ネジが設けられる、請求項1に記載の大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための髄内釘。
- 請求項1に記載の髄内釘(10)と、該髄内釘(10)の2つの各近位側孔(20、21)に挿入されるのに適した頭付きネジ(22、23、24、25)とを備える、髄内釘を用いた大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための装置。
- 第1の孔(20)の第2の通路(31)と第2の孔(21)とにそれぞれ挿入されて第1の構成を得るのに適している、2つの第1の頭付きネジ(22、23)と、前記第1の孔(20)の第1の通路(30)と前記第2の孔(21)とにそれぞれ挿入されて第1の構成の代替として第2の構成を得るのに適している、2つの第2のネジ(24、25)とを備える、請求項9に記載の髄内釘を用いた大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための装置。
- 前記通路のうちの第1の通路(30)は、前記第2の孔(21)の軸線(C)に対して或る角度を成す軸線(A)を有し、前記通路のうちの第2の通路(31)は、前記第2の孔(21)の軸線(C)とほぼ平行な軸線(B)を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の髄内釘を用いた大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための装置。
- 前記2つの第1の頭付きネジ(22、23)はそれぞれ、互いに平行に配置されて動的構成を得るために、骨に螺入されるタッピンネジ(38)と、前記第1の孔(20)の前記第2の通路(31)と前記第2の近位側孔(21)とにそれぞれ摺動挿入される平滑な軸(40)とを有する、請求項11に記載の髄内釘を用いた大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための装置。
- 前記2つの第1の頭付きネジ(24、25)はそれぞれ、互いに収束して配置されて静的構成を得るために、骨に螺入されるタッピンネジ(50)と、前記第1の孔(20)の前記第1の通路(30)と前記第2の近位側孔(21)とにそれぞれ摺動挿入される第2のネジ(51)とを有する、請求項11に記載の髄内釘を用いた大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための装置。
- 前記第1の孔(20)の前記第2の通路(31)と前記第2の近位側孔(21)とにそれぞれ螺入される、雄ネジ(43)を有する2本のスリーブ(42)を備え、前記第1の頭付きネジ(22、23)の前記軸(40)は摺動挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の髄内釘を用いた大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための装置。
- 前記スリーブ(42)はそれぞれ、骨内に前進する鋭い外形部(44)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の髄内釘を用いた大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための装置。
- 前記スリーブ(42)の前記雄ネジ(43)は、骨を貫通する前記第1の頭付きネジ(22、23)の前記タッピンネジ(38)のピッチの半分に相当する見かけ上のピッチを有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の髄内釘を用いた大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための装置。
- 前記第2の頭付きネジ(24、25)の前記第2のネジ(51)は、前記第1のタッピンネジ(50)のピッチの半分に相当する見かけ上のピッチを有することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の髄内釘を用いた大腿骨近位部骨折の治療のための装置。
