<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask-shaped towel with a built-in polyester which can be easily attached by a hook and loop fastener, for solving a sense of choking and promoting sweating in an infrared sauna. <P>SOLUTION: A towel is made into a mask shape 1 which can be fixed by a hook and loop fastener 5. It completely wraps from the nose to the chin by fixing a rubber 2 up with the thin, can be easily attached without interspace, solves the sense of choking and promotes sweating by housing a polyester 4 excepting the nose part. 本発明は赤外線サウナの乾燥の息苦しさを解消し、なおかつ発汗を促がすようにしたものである。The present invention eliminates the stuffiness of drying infrared saunas and promotes sweating.
