Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement capable of reducing a snore and simultaneously preventing an apneusis during sleeping by mounting the implement on a head and a face. SOLUTION: The implement for reducing the snore and preventing the apneusis during sleeping comprises a cap 1 wearing on a head, a jaw pad 2 mounted at a distal end of a jaw, and bands 3 attached at the ends to both sides of the pad 2. The cap 1 has protrusions 5 provided at upper parts of a temple. The implement comprises extendible bands 4 each for coupling the protrusion 5 to the band 3.

2. Description of the Related Art When sleeping, snoring occurs when muscles around the throat become loose and the upper airway narrows.
The cause is that when you sleep on your back, the lower jaw, tongue, and uvula unintentionally slip into the back and narrow the airway. When this gets worse, the tongue goes deep into the throat, blocking the airway, making it impossible to breathe, and leading to bedtime apnea. At present, countermeasures for these require great effort and sacrifice. How to put tape on your mouth every day.
This is inadequate because the lower jaw and tongue sink into the back, narrowing the airway. Then use the inhaler to send air through the nose. Since this requires equipment such as a mask and a pump, the economic burden is considerably large to prepare this set. And a method to cut the back of the throat with a laser. This method produces the best results, but some psychology wants to avoid surgery if possible.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Accordingly, the present invention is only required to eliminate the condition for snoring. The solution is to raise the tip of the lower chin, close the mouth and fix the chin. Then, the mouth breathing stops, the nose breaths, the lower jaw does not fall into the back, and the airway does not narrow. At the same time, the tongue does not fall into the back and does not enter the throat. This reduces snoring and improves bedtime apnea. Therefore, it is easily solved as described above.

[Means for solving the problem] Now, the solution will be described with reference to the drawings. (A) A hat 1 is put on the head (B) A chin rest 2 is put on the tip of the lower chin, The lower jaw is shaped so that it can be lifted, and bands 3 are attached to both sides. (C) An elastic band 4 is provided between the band 3 and the hat 1. (D) The hat 1 is provided with the convex portion 5 and the elastic band 4 is provided thereon.

[Embodiment of the Invention] Hat 1 to be worn on the head
The chin rest 2 attached to the lower chin and the chin rest 2 do not come off, and it is difficult to remove.
When the band 3 is pulled up, the chin rest 2 is pulled up, the lower chin lifts, and the mouth closes. At this time, the chin rest 2 pulls only the tip under the chin. Beyond this, you will feel like you're tightening your chin and pushing your tongue up, narrowing your airway and making you breathless. An elastic band 4 is used between the hat 1 and the band 3 to raise the band 3. The elastic band 4 has a strength to close naturally even if the mouth is slightly opened, and is pulled up in the temple direction so that the lower chin does not fall back. Next, the reason why the convex portion 5 is provided at the upper part of the temple of the hat 1 is that, when the telescopic band 4 is stretched, the temple may be pressed and felt tight, or friction may be caused by the expansion of the telescopic band 4. This is in order to prevent the difficulty in performing. Conversely, a person with a dented temple does not have the above, so the convex portion 5 is unnecessary. In addition, since each person has a different face and head size, a magic tape (registered trademark) 6 is used in order to use the present invention for anyone. What is necessary is just to provide in the boundary surface of the convex part 5 and the elastic band 4, or the boundary surface of the elastic band 4 and the band 3. And since the position of the temple varies from person to person,
This can be achieved by expanding the convex portion 5 of the hat 1 and using a magic tape 6 on the entire surface. In the present invention, the elastic band 4 is provided on the upper part.
Although the lower part is the band 3, the upper part is replaced by the band 3 and the lower part is the elastic band 4.
Nothing changes.

[Effects of the Invention] With the above means and forms, the present invention will surely bring about effects. A person with a large snoring will have a small snoring, and a person with a small snoring will have almost no snoring. When apnea disappears at bedtime, cerebrovascular disease,
It is also said to be effective against arrhythmias, myocardial infarction and diabetes. Since it changes from mouth breathing to nasal breathing, the effect of viruses entering the mouth is reduced, so hay fever, atopic dermatitis,
It is also effective for colds. If the child tends to open his mouth on a daily basis, or unconsciously opens when watching TV or studying, the present invention will allow the mouth to close naturally, and nasal breathing It is also effective for children's health.
